When Stuart and Troy arrived (on a Sunday, no less!), they worked absolute miracles on our carpets. My 14-year-old Chihuahua has been having some accidents, leaving behind stains and odors that I thought were impossible to remove. But Stuart and Troy tackled the problem with expertise, leaving no trace of odor or stains behind.

I used DYW for carpet cleaning, outdoor tile cleaning and sealing, and window cleaning. The work is outstanding and the pricing is very reasonable and fair, significantly lower than some other companies. My outdoor tiles look like new. Take a look at this photo, part was cleaned and part was not. I would highly recommend Stuart and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Stuart and his son were Awesome, great customer service! Our very dirty tile floors and terrible grout was nasty looking, But NOW it looks brand new, and my wife is very HAPPY!
Plus, Stuart informed us why our floors are so dirty even though we mop them weekly. He said the products we use to mop the floor create the problem by putting down chemicals that leave a residue that remains on the tile which makes the dirt stick. So he created his own line of floor care products to purchase, helping to keep our floors clean and bright.

Had the carpet cleaned for a move out and they did miracle work! The carpet was so dark and dirty before and Stuart S. and another employee (I can’t remember his name) made it look GREAT! 👍 A very fair price..they were the cheapest place I got a quote from and I got many quotes. It was also done so quick. Excellent job, would recommend to anyone who asks.

Stuart did an amazing job and was very friendly! Done Your Way was able to make an appointment within a couple days and was very easy to set up. The cleaning was quick and easy! I would recommend if you need some carpets done.

Filled out there online form requesting a quote to clean four rooms including Scotchgard and sanitizing. They texted me a price of $236.00, which seemed on track with the other quotes I had gotten. I scheduled a date and time and all seemed well. They called to confirm the day before and I verified the service to be provided. They did not get the Scotchgard or sanitizing on the quote. When I asked how much to add just the Scotchgard, it was an additional $90, which was the most expensive I had come across. With no time to find another provider, I opted to keep the appointment without the Scotchgard. The representative showed up and immediately asked when the last time I had the carpet cleaned, in which I responded 2 yrs. He immediately started shaming me and told that it should be done every 6 months. I immediately googled it and find that it is recommended every 12-18 months. Within about 20 minutes after starting the job, my carbon monoxide detectors started going off. I then had to open all the doors and windows to air it out. It took about an hour after they left for the alarms to finally stop. Very frustrating. Overall, I found them to be a bit on the pricey side with a bit of carpeting shaming. My carpet did look nice and I was happy with the results.

Stuart and his son did an incredible and quick job in cleaning up our apartment carpets. There was the usual dirt and pet paw stains from living there and they were all cleaned off! They were easy to talk to on the phone when scheduling and were timely with their services, I'd recommend to anyone looking for a high quality and affordable carpet cleaning service!

Amazing carpet cleaning service! Very professional over the phone and in person. Stuart and Chris did an awesome job. Had several stains from pets, coffee, and mud from boots. They were able to get all stains out and the carpet looks amazing. Highly recommend for anyone looking to clean their carpets!

I do not even have words to describe how badly you should AVOID this business at all cost. On the surface, they have a well put together website and some good reviews. Dig a bit deeper and you will find reviews that match my experience. We hired Done Your Way to come out on March 8th, 2021 to clean about 900 sqft of tile and carpet in 3 bedrooms. Before they ever did any work, they called to say there was more tile than we estimated and that the cost would be more. Given that we were doing construction still on our new house and our lease expired on March 10th, we had no choice. We approved the new cost of $451 and hoped the floors would look amazing.

When we arrived back at the house that evening, the floors looked horrible. We have done a better job regularly with our $99 Amazon steamer over the last year.

I called Done Your Way and spoke with Vanessa. Vanessa was so polite. I wish I had just continued to speak with her. Without warning, a man named Stuart jumped on the phone. He was immediately hostile and told us how he spent 4 hours there and no way it is bad. He angrily said he was coming right away to "look" at it and wanted me to send him pictures. We had somewhere we had to go, and I could not really meet him right then and there. He then informed me he is booked through May. No other options were given for him to return.

I sent pictures to Stuart (attached to this review) and he had all sorts of excuses. Coupled with the hostile call and then trying to blame multiple rooms worth of poorly done floors on "walking in to drop off the invoice", I told him not to bother coming and I would just mop.

We should not have to welcome someone back to our home that has been confrontational and hostile. We have a right to feel safe in our house, and that trumps any right Stuart and Done Your Way have to return and fix it.

Fast-forward a couple weeks: I reach out on Wednesday 3/24/21 to Done Your Way via email. Their website mentions if not satisfied, you do not pay. Period. I explained the entire situation, how uncomfortable we felt and that I would not have left my fiancé alone to meet Stuart at the house. I requested that they honor their guarantee.

Surprise, surprise. Stuart responded. Stuart Sampson is the OWNER of this company. I am blown away by the lack of professionalism. Also, to no surprise, Stuart declined to refund and continued to make excuses. After I pointed out AGAIN that he advertised a 100% guarantee, HE REMOVED IT FROM HIS WEBSITE. Talk about consumer fraud. All he continues to go back to is that he said he would come fix it. Which is not at all true.

At this point, I was trying to be reasonable and resolve this on our own. When I mentioned I was prepared to settle this with the legal system, Stuart said he is prepared to resolve this legally as well. Unfortunately, this companies’ actions have left me no choice but to file suit against them for a refund. I will also be making a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's office for consumer fraud under ARS§ 44-1521. I will update my review after the case has been resolved.

It is so disappointing to have to go through these measures and spend this amount of time over a few hundred dollars. We were absolutely ripped off and intend to have this situation made right. This company should not be in business if this is how they do business.

Bottom line: hire this company if you want to throw away a few hundred dollars for a mediocre cleaning with a side of blatant disrespect.

Stuart and Chris were professional, quick, and did a great job. Previous homeowners had a dog which left bad staining throughout the carpet, but about an hour later, the carpets looked and smelled like new. Fully expecting to fight an upsell of additional “treatment” that comes with typical carpet cleaners, but didn’t get that with Stuart. Just a fully transparent and well explained process. For anyone shopping around for a carpet cleaner, don’t waste any more time as Done Your Way will exceed your expectations.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company to any of my friends, family and strangers as well for ALL my carpet & tile cleaning service needs. I could shout from the roof tops right now expressing my JOY with the service provided. We just moved into a rental and the floors were not cleaned prior to our move in. I reviewed them on line extensively requested a quote late pm, had an email the next early am and schedule my appointment. Stewart, the owner and Anthony arrived on time ready to get the job done. I was very impressed by their professionalism, knowledge of their industry and AWESOME customer service. They will be coming to do my tile next week and I can't wait. Request your quote make your call, DO NOT pick another provider for this service. These guys are AWESOME!!! You will not be disappointed!!!
