McCallum has been a great service for our pool needs. Trustworthy and honest. I love that they asked me for my threshold of spend for work to be done - so I don’t have to approve every small fix they want to make to optimize my pool. Something that if I had to fix myself would cost me a lot more. Highly recommend.

Consistent, professional, responsive and easy to interact with. I've had too many pool services over the years. Some were good then were bought and became bad, and others were just bad. That was until I found McCallum's. I've been with them now for 3+ years and have been very pleased and satisfied. I definitely recommend.

These guys are legit. They are on time, evaluate the issue efficiently and correct the problem. They know their stuff. Price is reasonable. Do not try to sell you what you don't need. Thank you Braden for a job well done.

McCallum’s Pool are a phenomenal company. I have had them service my pool for several years now and have never been disappointed. Communication has always been smooth and easy and my pool is always sparkling clean. I think they are fair with their prices. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been using McCallums for two plus years and have been very happy with them. I’ve had two weekly techs (Hayden and Noe) and both have been outstanding. The extended team does a good job with other maintenance (bi-annual filter cleaning etc) and I always appreciate that if you have to call with a question….about half the time the owner answers. I appreciate well run small businesses and this is one!

The best pool people in the Valley! More than competent pool cleaning, great advice on potential problems, always answer the phone with a nice person! Could not be better!!

Great job connecting our new heater to our software, and for doing it for half the price of other quotes. Answered ALL of our questions - and we had a lot as we maintain our own pool and replace our own pumps etc when necessary. We will be using them again.

Steve with McCallum’s Pool Service is top notch. I don’t see how you can do any better than having him servicing your pool or equipment. He is my go to call anytime I have an issue or need a new feature installed and automated. Highly recommend!

Moved into a house with a pool and had no clue how to keep it clean. Hired this company and now I don’t have to worry. They show up once a week and keep the water crystal clear. Skim, brush, test the chemicals and even emptied the filter baskets. Super thorough. The guy texts me if he sees anything off and once found a small leak early which saved me big money. Only thing I didn’t like was the first visit ran late but every week after that has been right on schedule. The pool always looks amazing when they leave. It’s not cheap but worth it cause I would have messed it up myself. Highly recommend them if you want your pool looking like a resort all year. Way better than trying to DIY it and guessing with chemicals.

There service have deteriorated a lot. They use to be good but now they are just looking to make money. I got pool cleaning from them but within a week and half the pool turned green. John said to me that it happened because weather is bad in Phoenix and you did not take care of pool. He never said any of this when I got the service done but when his treatment did not work then he is blaming on weather and customers. Poor customer service. Avoid them.

Not impressed. Gave 2 chances. Second time wrong diagnostic. $500 for a supposedly faulty valve in the SPA. That did not fix the issue. Of course $500 later, I was told it could be something structural.

McCallum representatives were very professional from site visit to repair proposal through meticulous completion of the work. Went through all pool settings and checked equipment not part of the work. Highly impressed and did not feel at any time we were being sold services not needed. This company was a referral from friends and we would not think twice about referring them on to our friends. Very knowledgeable and respective company!!

These guys are great Technicians. My Actuator needed to be replaced and the water was cloudy and yellow. I spoke with the owner John who was very nice and helpful. He had his Technicians come out and replace it. They did a great job! Pool looks clean and clear!!!

McCallum's Pool Service & Repair is First Class in every way! We needed some work done on our pool last spring. A friend recommended McCallum's, so we gave them a call, and are so glad we did! Charles installed a new 2 speed Pentair pump motor. It works great, is nice & quiet & costs less to run. Also installed a new control unit in equipment area, so all the pop-ups on the pool floor now work properly. Lastly, our pool light wasn't working, so they put in a new fixture & pool light and voila! It's like having a new pool! So to keep it that way, we signed up for their weekly pool service - Laura does a great job.

I’ve been with Mccallum’s for many years and have been very happy with how they take care of my pool. They take pride in their work and always take photos after they’re done so I know they were there. I would highly recommend McCallum’s to anyone looking for a respectable pool company with quality work.
