Olusola is an outstanding service provider at McCallum’s Pool Service. We tried several other pool cleaning company’s who were cheaper. Their work reflected the price. Since switching to McCallum’s a year ago we could not be more pleased. Their service is amazing all around, from the office help to the repair team. Our pool is dazzling. Worth every penny.

These guys are great! They are professional, timely, smart, kind and extraordinaryly helpful. They've helped me with so many things to be independent with my own ability to care for my pool properly. They go out of their way to explain things in layman's terms for me. I really appreciate this company. They even brought my trash container back into the yard after the garbage truck left 😁🫶🏼☮️

This is a follow up to my first post about McCallum’s pool service and repair. We’ve now been using them for several years and they are “on the job”. Happy to recommend them to anyone considering a new service.

I have McCallum's looking after my pool and would highly recommend. They have been very responsive whenever I need them, as well as friendly and thorough. They troubleshoot any issues, are great about explaining the work they do, and I have high confidence in them.

Braden came today and worked on my pool pump and changed out cartridges and some other things on my pump and was so great!! He was so professional and good at what he does! This company is awesome and would recommend this company!!

I never have to worry about my service being less than the best… and they keep up with my warranties and repairs. They stay on it, so I don’t have to. My pool has been maintained by McCallum's Pool for a few years now and I have to say they do excellent work at keeping my pool looking beautiful. Their pricing is reasonable, they keep me apprise of any issues found and service is always punctual. I definitely recommend them to anyone in search of pool maintenance.

Always timely, detailed, and professional. Our pool pump went out and kept tripping our breaker box. They actually noticed it before we did and let us know that our pool doesn’t have any power during one of our weekly services. They provided two different price options, were patient while we discussed our options, and ultimately were able to install quickly. We never feel pressured and we always feel like their staff is extremely knowledgeable! Our pool servicer Anthony is always timely, kind, and has given us opportunities to give feedback if we have any (which of course we don’t because he’s great). We switched from another pool company and went with mccallum’s pool service because of their reviews, and we have been receiving their services now for roughly three years. They know what they’re doing, and they’re definitely doing it right!

McCallum's is excellent. Very communicative, always helpful, transparent and honest. I take care of our pool, but I'm always quick to call for larger repairs that I can't handle or weekly service if we go out of town for longer trips. Highly recommend for anyone in need of pool service in the North Phoenix area!

Braden was our technician. He came out quickly as our pool was losing water, diagnosed the issue and made rapid and efficient repairs. Thanks Braden for a job well done. Plus Braden is a very nice guy to boot.

McCallum had serviced our pool since we’ve moved to the area 2 years ago. We have been happy with their attentiveness and attention to our needs. It’s nice not having to worry if the pool is clean or properly treated. And, our turnover in technicians has been low and those folks are respectful and competent.

We absolutely love McCallum's. They've saved our 30 year old pool on more than one occasion. They are always friendly and explain everything they do. On top of all of that, they're very reasonably priced. 10/10 Definitely Recommend!

Only a few days ago your service technician Edgar Carillo identified that the water level in the Spa was low, so he recommended that to be looked at. So contacted McCallum's service dept. and was promised that a technician was going to come out mid-next week. Now, today is only Monday 09.16.2024. and I have just received a Service Report that Steven Dale had installed a New spa return check valve at 01:27 PM today. Thank you very much for your always prompt attention to maintaining our pool and spa in proper condition.

We've had very good service from McCallum. Issues are promptly addressed and rectified. Our pool always looks and feels great!

We tried another service Company, we were not happy! We switched to McCallum's and they have been solid! Great service every week. Good communication, always lets us know when time to clean filters, or any other service necessary. I highly recommend McCallum's.

We’ve used MacCallum’s for 3 seasons now. They are always thorough and happy to help if we have any questions. Their communication is excellent and they are good at getting warranty items covered. They have replaced a few components as our system was old. They are very quick with repairs. Thumbs up!

McCallum and crew have been great. I have a rental and live in another state so really have to trust them with our pool and hot tub. They have been great. My pool is always beautiful and anytime there is any issue they are right on it! Highly recommend!
