I have been a customer for several years now and Ben, the service manager has always been responsive, prompt and reasonably priced. Recently had my pool water changed, chlorine rinsed, and refilled and stabilized. Also get my Pentair pool filters cleaned twice a year. Definitely recommend them.

Absolutely horrible experience. I switched to Orange Tree because my previous pool service stopped servicing my area, and I never had an issue with my pool until orange tree stepped in. My pool is cloudy, has algae, and they claim they service and “jump the fence” when the gate is locked. There is zero proof of servicing my pool and when I complain the woman that runs communications is rude. Do not recommend this service to anyone and I moved companies, already seeing an improvement. Do not use this company!

I had almost given up finding a great pool service company for this and a rental home. I tried and interviewed many that disappointed in various ways. I mentioned this to someone in another state who put me in touch with Orangetree.

Thier prices are very reasonable, and the quality and punctuality of the service is outstanding.

I love Orange Tree Pool Service. We had been with a company for a long time, but unfortunately our pool was not operating correctly and even began to grow algae! This was true for my Mom's house as well. As soon as Orange Tree was on the job both of our pools were sparkling clean in a way that they hadn't been in years. They have great communication. You always know what they are doing and when. If things break, they let you know as well as offer options to fix the issue for you. They show up as scheduled. They promptly get serious problems fixed. The people that work for the company are very nice and friendly. The pricing is very fair. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed. They are a breath of fresh air.

We had a great experience with Orange Tree Pools. Used them for 4 years before we sold our home and would recommend them to anyone in the Scottsdale area. Very responsive and they do good work.

I've been using Orange Tree pool service for 8 months or so now, they are awesome! I've been referring my friends to them as well. Very responsive, I've had a few problems with my pool and they had a tech come out the next day to fix it. All of the techs are super friendly, professional and know their stuff. Highly recommend anyone to use Orange Tree!

Updated 10/11/25: was a happy client until last week. A new tech by the name of Tim was replaced by David. David moved to the Scottsdale locations and wasn’t able to serve us anymore which I understand. What I didn’t understand was why not tell us the tech swap, why didn’t they have correct notes from David when swapping techs, the pool skimmer wasn’t on after Tim left the first time and seemed as if nothing was done and after the 2nd visit Tim put a setting on that our pump and water features were disabled. Ben came out right away to fix. But unfortunately due to their communication with all of this (didn’t tell us they were swapping techs only route day and this was always my biggest complaint no communication) and these issues we needed to stop services. Too bad as they were good for almost 5 years.

Old review 2023: We’ve been a client of Orange Tree Pool Service for a couple years. David does a good job maintaining on a weekly basis. He has only missed maybe 2 visits since our relationship and if he does someone else is always here to fill in. The only feedback I’d give is more communication via phone call would be nice every now and then just to check in.

What a great experience we had with everyone we were in contact with. Our pool was a nightmare being green with algae. It needed to be drained, chlorine washed, a light replaced in deep end and filters cleaned. After filling back up they came back out and added the chemicals needed. Our pool looks great and ready for summer.

I have used Orange Tree Pools for nearly a year now and I am overwhelmed with the service and the results of their work. My pool always looks amazing and inviting. They will not only monitor your levels and keep the pool so blue, but they also monitor the hardware and remind you when you need to do the "other" maintenance like cleaning the filter and checking O ring seals. Not only are they really good at their job, but my service person is kind and patient with my (tiny) dog. He likes to give him a piece of his mind every time he is here, which is his job, but the service person never yells, threatens, nor does anything abusive to him. Its very comforting to know that.

I've been using Orange Tree pools for weekly pool service since 2015. They have been great with the weekly service as well as the additional items that need to happen on a bi-annual and quarterly basis. The biggest thing is that we live out of town so they take great care in letting us know if something is not working properly and/or needs repair. They have handled many fixes over the years and the pools is always beautiful when we arrive from Chicago.
Ben and everyone at Orange Tree is always pleasant and helpful - thanks guys for all you do. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been using them for over a year now and I can rate them 5 stars! Their weekly service is consistent and professional. Additionally they schedule special services (cartridge cleaning) as well. Recently I had a valve pop up break in winter water. They spent two trips to fix it with a minimal charged. Ben the manager jumped in cold water to fix it right. Five Stars for sure!!

We have had Orange Tree Pool Service as our primary maintenance team on our pool for the last 18 months since we moved into our new residence.

Recently we had a water feature refurbished and had to drain the pool.

I contacted Ben at Orange Tree to help with restoration of the pool as well as a cleaning and he provided great detail and great pricing.

The team came out and bead blasted the tile area and provided a great end to a pool refurbishment.

We had a great experience with Orange Tree Pool Service. From start to finish of the job, they were efficient, punctual, communicative, professional and friendly. My pool needed to be drained and acid washed and all new equipment installed concerning the pool. Ben communicated clearly with me over the phone and Kevin came to do the job. I was very pleased with how smoothly it all went. They picked up their work area when they were done with the job and they treated my property respectfully. Orange Tree has also been servicing the pool at our rental property for the past two years without one complaint from the renters or from me. They've always treated me respectfully and have been easy to work with. I highly recommend Orange Tree Pool Service to anyone needing pool services.

We have used Orange Tree Pool Service for more than 5 years. They service both our primary residence and rental property. While we understand it is sometimes difficult to find quality employees, the current person, Adrian, assigned to service our pools is "TERRIFIC." Overall we are pleased Orange Tree.

Orange Tree performed a pool drain, chlorine wash, bead blast on tile and sand filter change for us. They were great to work with and expertly coordinated work with another contractor. They showed up on time and the workmen were very helpful in answering questions. We would highly recommend this company.

In this very large metro area, what a great pleasure to find a business that consistently does things the right way with prompt, customer-focused service, integrity, and fairness. Ben and his team have provided us with great pool service for over 3 years now, helped integrate pool upgrades, and assisted with getting us up and running right after a pool remodeling.

They charge a fair price, demonstrate ethical and honest behavior consistently, and communicate clearly and effectively. They stand by their work, and their work is always excellent.

Note: compelled to add an update. I wish I could give Ben and Orange Tree 6 stars. They helped with a warranty repair for our heating element, and restored our pool to perfection. Pumps, heater, and all features work like brand new. There cannot be a better pool company and responsive business in the valley!

We've been using Orange Tree Pool Service since 2019 and our pool has been running perfect w/no issues. Water has been crisp, clear, and just like the first day we've had it.

They come 1x a week and never miss a date. If for some rare occurrence such as a holiday or last minute changes, they email and let me know. They also send me reports of pool stats/info after every cleaning.

But i think the best part is the communication. Whenever I have a question or need additional services, their response is quick and each of their team members are very courteous and explained to me what to expect, and each step they are doing (draining/filling/cleaning).

I've referred some close friends over to OTPS, and they are all very happy! A+

It was a classic tale of my husband thinking he could handle the pool maintenance by himself and not needing to hire a pool service company, but time and time again our pool would turn green and we would spend hundreds of dollars on shock and other chemicals trying to get it back in order. And the cycle continued… over and over. But then one magical day, I finally won the battle!! We have one huge tree in our yard that drops leaves for a solid three months straight and our pool got nasty enough that my husband caved and said to make the call. My MIL referred us to Orange Tree Pool Service. Within one week of me calling them to come out and do a quote, we had signed a contract, they did their “green to clean” service on our pool, and our pool was already looking brand new! I spoke with Ben, who came out to do the quote and handled any questions and communication throughout the week. Senad came and treated our pool over the course of several days. They were both very nice and very professional. I’m so impressed by how great they got our pool looking! The three photos I’m sharing are over the course of just a few days—first day in rough condition, our pool the very next day after initial “green to clean” treatment, then a couple days after Senad coming back for follow up care and brushing. Incredible! They will be servicing us weekly from here on out. No more swampy pool!!!

Excellent and professional service. The technician drained, cleaned pool and filter then filled it and balanced the chemicals. My pool turned from terrible algae green into clear and clean pool. See pictures of before and after. Really happy with the service. Cost was also very reasonable. I’ll use Orange Tree Pool Service again.
