I'm a snowbird and Orange Tree Pool service has made it easy to ensure that my pool is getting the best care; they are excellent with communication, providing photos of service work, and keep my pool sparkling. After a year of working with Orange Tree pools I reluctantly changed companies due to complicated repair work that was done on my pool, but the new company was nowhere near as professional nor competent as Orange Tree Pools and within a few (green!) months I was back. Thank you Orange Tree for making life easy and my pool beautiful.

Orange tree pools have been maintaining our pool for the past several years and their regular maintenance is excellent. But most of all they are incredibly responsive. When we have a problem it gets fixed quickly, reliably and at a reasonable cost. Great organization, highly recommended.

I was paying for weekly service and they couldn't even manage the water chemistry properly! We were getting skin irritation and bloodshot eyes from swimming. I showed Orange Tree the water test results from Leslies and Orange Tree admitted the chlorine was too high. (Orange Tree charges extra for chemicals so maybe the high chlorine amount is a way for Orange Tree to scam customers and charge more) Then next week the chlorine dropped from 12, to .25! .25! in the summer time! Are you kidding me?! That is almost zero! The pool started turning green! Luckily I was home when this happened, bought pool chemicals myself and corrected the problem. When I asked to be reimbursed for the chemicals I had to buy while having a weekly pool service; they refused to reimburse me and even blamed me for complaining that the chlorine was too high!
At first I thought Orange Tree was just incompetent, but probably they want to just add extra chemicals to make more money off people; even if the chlorine is so high people are getting skin irritation and blood shot eyes, Orange Tree doesn't care who they hurt. They just want to make money.

We had a great experience with Ben and Orange Tree Pool service. They were always on time, sent update photos, and were honest about the services and materials they were charging for.

We have been using Orange Tree Pool Service for a few years. They provide great service and are always very responsive. They notify us right away if there are any issues with the pool or the equipment and work with us proactively to resolve. We had to get some work done recently and Zach was extremely helpful and we enjoyed working with him. We recommend them.

I have been a customer of Orange Tree Pool Service for many years. They have always had excellent service and my pool is always clean and in great condition. They keep me informed when it's time to have the filters cleaned, as well as when repairs on my equipment are needed. My technician Juan is always there on time for my weekly service. I have always had a good experience when I contact Bev with questions about my pool, or any billing related questions. Ben on the pool repair team helped me out recently when I had my pooled drained, and had an acid wash and tile bead blasted. I highly recommend Orange Tree Pool Service. They are a great team and I have my pool to prove it :)

We have been with Orange Tree Pool Service for about six months now. The owner Steve was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about pool maintenance and care from the first moment he came to our home. The service has been excellent down to the smallest detail. Communication with the office and recommendations for upgrades or improvements in equipment or parts have been totally appropriate and helpful. I trust this company for excellent and long term care of our pool and its equipment. Pricing is fair and competitive with a notification always if something needs to be done beyond the normal weekly service. Ben Orange Tree pool was amazing to work with! I was very nervous because I’m an out-of-state investor, I feel like his prices were very competitive, he plays the heater for the pool and later came back after there was some issue and quickly found the problem. He’s very easy to talk to And explains everything really well. If you’re on the fence about a pool guy, stop the search and just go with Orange Tree Pools .

I have always dealt with Ben who has always been very responsive, courteous and helpful. This is the first time we've had a pool so I always asked a lot of questions, Ben and the rest of the staff have always been so patient and informative, overall a great company to work with. I recently had heater issues and contacted Orange Tree Pool Service. Both Service desk and technician/installer were extremely professional and I felt values as a customer. They provided me with proper assessment on the heater issue and the installation of a new heater went smoothly and within a timely fashion. The technician took the time to explain the improvements to the new equipment. I would definitely use Orange Tree and recommend them for any pool equipment assessment, repairs and installation. Have been with Orange Tree for 3-4 years now and have used other companies in the last 10 years. So far, the service from Orange Tree has been the most responsive and satisfying. The technicians and customer support members were always knowledgeable. Their price is also very reasonable. I like how they always leave a note after each service so we know that the pool was serviced without reviewing our cameras. Our pool pump recently died after 5 years of service and they were able to replace it within 2 days of notice. Excellent service. Thank you!

Orange tree pools was recommended by our neighbor. It was an excellent recommendation. Our contact at orange tree was Ben - he was extremely responsive and gave complete and detailed answers to our request (new filter, pump repair). He quickly gave a quote and answered all questions. Our tech was Fernando; he did a great job and was very customer oriented. Our pump repair actually turned out to be slightly cheaper than originally quoted; Ben only charged for what was done rather just keeping to the quote. It is very nice to see a company that is honest and competent. We highly recommend using this company.

Orange Tree drained, chlorine rinsed, put start up chemicals in my pool, and cleaned the pump filters. They provided great communication, were very reasonably priced, and completed a job well done! I definitely recommend Orange Tree Pool Service!

Their work has been top notch quality and they stand behind what they do without trying to upsell.

I’m very happy with the level of care Orange Tree Pools takes in the maintenance of my pool. They have a regular schedule for filter cleaning and routinely check to see if everything. Is working correctly. They efficiently and expeditiously do any repairs needed. Without reservation I would and have recommended Orange Tree Pools.

From the time I first contacted them, everyone I encountered was pleasant, courteous and professional. The weekly service people always showed up on time and did an excellent job cleaning, managing chemicals and equipment. They periodically made suggestions or recommendations which were always followed and always yielded the desired result. For the services provided, I think their pricing is extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Orange Tree Pool Service to anyone -- and I have recommended them to several friends and neighbors. Great job, Orange Tree. Keep up the excellent work you do!

So glad I made the switch to Orange Tree Pool Service (just wish I had done this 5 years ago). They are a professional full service pool company. They email weekly log reports reviewing what was done during each service as well as the monthly billing report. Ben was super quick and helpful in getting us our initial quote and recommended repairs and cleaning suggestions. Justin was beyond amazing getting the pool up to speed and cleaning the filters, I felt bad because it actually started to rain the day he came out and he didn’t even seem bothered by it! Clint is our weekly service provider, he arrives at the same time each week and does a fantastic job making sure the water is balanced and sparkling. Honestly, this company should be the model for all service providing companies. Everyone is kind and helpful and they do their job. Highly recommend!!
