Absolutely terrible! Justin came for the quote, didn’t turn the pump back on and then left without explaining why he wouldn’t service our pool. Also, he walked out on my friend during her quote without ending the conversation or even closing the gate for that matter. This company is absolute trash. Don’t waste your time.

Justin’s been taking care of an older pool at our rental house for the last few years. He hasn’t heard been doing an excellent job for so long I hate to leave a bad review but when he calls me to tell me about issues that have been going on for the last few weeks and hasn’t mentioned them in his “detailed reports” I started to question him. I was on property 10 days ago and noticed the vacuum was not moving and didn’t have time to look into it and then he calls saying it’s been going on for a few weeks and then I started questioning him on why hasn’t it been addressed, why wasn’t in his reports? He then says he’s not the guy anymore and says I’m pulling straws because I’m paying him to do his service and then starts cussing on the phone and raising his voice. Don’t get me wrong he has done a great job for the last few years I’m not saying that but I don’t think anyone deserves to be treated that way after being a customer for so long. I guess you aren’t the guy Justin, thanks for the previous job but I definitely wouldn’t be cussing at your customers when they are asking questions about your job. Not even accusations, just simple questions is all. Be careful with him, maybe he’s to busy, maybe he had a bad day but treating customers like that will not earn anyone business.

I have had Justin Servicing my pool since 2019, I’ve recommended him to a few neighbors who also use his services and we are all very satisfied. He does what he says he’s going to do when he says he’s going to do it. He communicates well with texts and is very personable and friendly when our paths cross. Justin is dependable, honest, matter of fact, no nonsense and we trust him. Justin is also his own boss and in demand because of these qualities. There are plenty of pool services available, you’d be lucky to be one of his clients. If not your loss.

Arizona Splash always has my pool clean and sparkling. They are always friendly and do an amazing job. We have had a few instances where our equipment had an issue and they were quick to spot the problem and promptly make the repairs necessary. After being left high and dry from past pool service company Orange Tree stepped in. The weekly cleaning with Jimmy has been exceptional (Daisy, my Labrador, even loves Jimmy)! The couple of times I needed minor repairs - the team has been quick to respond. Our pool has never looked this good. Highly recommend the team at Orange Tree Pool. Great value for what we pay.

A new home was purchased and the pool system was a mess and completely needed to be looked over. Orange tree pool service came out and made all the necessary repairs and fixes. They were very prompt and they communicated everything with me. I am 100 percent satisfied with the work that was done by the techs and the commutation that Ben provided me. Great weekly pool service company. Long time customer with zero issues. Pool cleaners are always friendly and polite to me and my dogs, always show up which is huge to me, pool always looks great. The Team at Orange Tree Pool Service is everything you want in a service provider - knowledgeable, responsive and value for the money. After getting an inspection report when buying a new house, the team worked through each item with me, letting me know what needed to be done right away and what could be scheduled into the future. I got a little Pool Maintenance 101 from Kevin as he completed the work! Definitely recommend.

These guys are amazing. I'm a first time owner to a salt water pool and had to get some mantinence and cleaning done when I moved in. They did and exquisite job on the cleaning and informed me about my salt cell that went bad. They explained that there is different types of salts and helped me find the right one for the chlorinator I got. Extremely helpful and rates are great. I have some trees near the pool so I have them come by once a week and they keep it in perfect shape. Highly recommend them.

I needed a reputable/ROC licensed pool service company to treat algae growth and replace the sand in main filter. After a short search I found Orange Tree Pool Service, and I'm very glad I did. Everyone who worked with me was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. All costs disclosed up-front, and staff took their time, thoroughly cleaning up my pool deck/surrounding area after job was complete. I have been using Orange tree for my pool for about 6 months now my pool has never been cleaner! They always show up when scheduled and i have never had any issue with anything! Also had to replace a pool pump Ben called me and gave me a bunch of different options for the replacement and had the pump installed in a very timely manner!
