Chase and JT came out to do an inspection and were polite, on-time, thorough and answered all my questions in detail. They were so personable and you could tell they are genuinely interested in their clients and doing a good job.

It's hard for me to trust pool companies but I called, they said they were booked and be in to do the service the following Monday. It was a busy day for me as usual at the complex but when I stepped into the office, I noticed the job was completed. They showed up when they said they would and the job was completed, that's a 5 star in my book. Thx Blue Iguana Pools!

Great pool service! Have had them for many years for weekly maintenance and as needed upkeep. Recently had pool drained, decalcified, and acid washed. Wow! Pool looks better than ever. Very courteous and knowledgeable owners, managers, and techs.

I love this company. Their communication is top notch and Andrew, the person who services our pool each week, is amazing. He never minds me letting our dog out to greet him and our pool looks amazing every week. Thank you!

Very disappointed. After 8 years of being a loyal customer, I sent an email to ask about my rates going up by more than 50%. I also asked about some inconsistent information the technician was giving me about why the chemicals were off in my pool. Rather than addressing my concerns, they simply dismissed me and told me to take my business elsewhere. I guess they’ve gotten too busy to bother with customer service.

Called Blue Iguana Pools for a green pool with a pump not working that had been neglected for 8 months. Luckily I was assigned a young man by the name of Jesse. Jesse "took the bull by the horns" and had the pool drained, cleaned and the pump working in FOUR HOURS! he left the hose in over night and we were swimming the next day. I strongly recommend Blue Iguana Pool Co., and particularly Jesse.

Service is outstanding. Only complaint is the dumb eReport sent after each pool service. Only numbers... which most of us cannot relate to. Need a subjective comment or two so that the customer understands the condition of the pool they own. Tried convincing them of this but they look at things from their viewpoint... not the customers. But fortunately for us, the level of performance is super and well worth the $100 service fee each month. In that regard, they cannot be surpassed!

Blue Iguana always does a great job. Been utilizing there service for 3+ years without any issues. If I have any questions, they are quick to respond.

I am so pleased with their services. My pool is treated as if it was their own personal pool. I've been a customer for almost 17 years. If and when there was an issue, it was immediately addressed. I am on Team Blue Iquana Pools.

Unethical and incompetent.

This place is a disaster of a company.

First they increased my service fee a whopping 50%! Then they decided to do a filter cleaning also at a huge increase and without getting my ok first. They had cleaned filter before and always gotten my ok prior.

Now the incompetent part. Too many things to list but here are few.

Put chlorie tabs in the skimmer.

Set my variable pump to high all the time. Resulting in a massive amount of power and hundreds of dollars more on my electric bill. The non stop high pressure also resulted in a cracked manifold twice.
Then they tried to sell me on a new pump to replace a new one!

Asked for price on heat pump. Their quote was thousands more than others. Asked how much just to install since I could buy same pump for 3k less than they wanted. Nope they won't install a heat pump unless you pay their 100% over retail price as well!

Service was scheduled once a week. On average they would not show up at least one time a month. When I ask what happened almost always I wouldn't even get a response only ignored.

They only care about getting as much money put of you as possible. They will lie if it gets more money out of you. They are a bad company run by bad people

I've been using Chase and Blue Iguana for 4 years now. They show up on time, take good care of the pool, and are great with upkeep and add ons. Best of all, issues are resolved on time. You can't beat this pool service.

We built our saltwater pool in 2008 and the team from Blue Iguana Pools has been taking care of it since Day 1. It looks as good as it did that first summer. Their staff is very professional and quite knowledgeable and the owners are kind, attentive, and hands-on when they need to be. I'd hire them again and again.

Excellent company and service. On time each week, send a detailed account via email as soon as service is completed, keep our pool looking perfect, sparkling and blue. Have never had a single issue. And they are able to answer questions about our pool equipment and are easier to reach and faster to respond than the company that built our pool. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend.

Chase and gang have taken care of my pool for several years now. They are an excellent company, reliable, reasonable and dependable. I like the new electronic report that details the time of service, chemical levels and work performed. I don't write a lot of reviews, but definitely would recommend Blue Iguana!

Chase & TJ performed a spring tuneup on our pool. We have and will continue to use Blue Iguana Pools to clean our pool tile and they always do a top notch job. We will also use their weekly pool service going forward. Thank you for providing such a reliable & professional service.

I highly recommend Blue Iguana Pools. We have used them to repair our pool equipment and then we hired them to clean and maintain our pool while our house was on the market. They kept our pool beautiful. We have used them again in our new home. They are professional, fair, honest and do a great job. We will continue to call them for our pool needs.

This company is good at staying on schedule but other than that their technicians don't seem to do their job. They notify that the pool has been serviced but the pool will look exactly as it was the days before. They come out twice a week to "clean" the pool and our pool constantly stays cloudy and full of debris at the bottom and top of water. They are not good at communicating either, never answer the phone, they don't respond to emails in a timely manner either. They seem to just be taking the money and not providing the services they're supposed to be. Our pool has not been 100% use ready since Memorial day back in May which is ridiculous due to the fact that they come out twice a week.

It is rare and refreshing to come across a company with true integrity. A check was accidentally sent to Blue Iguana for my company. Before my accountants or admin could figure out where it went, a letter and check arrived from Blue Iguana apologizing for the inconvenience. I don't know that we ever would have been able to track it down, and a lesser company may have just waited to see if anyone came asking for it. Not these guys, and now I know who to use and / or refer out to my clients. Thanks Blue Iguana

Since I moved to Blue Iguana Pools, I am very happy with how they care for my pool. Prior to them, I had several years of terrible service from many different pool service companies. They are professional, proficient, and dependable.

I’ve been a customer for almost a year now and have been very pleased with this company’s service. Seth is the gentleman that takes care of my pool. I’ve enjoyed getting to know him and appreciate how well my pool is being taken care of. I’ve referred numerous people to this company.
