Aquashine is awesome. They've been doing my pool for years. They are reliable and trustworthy. Sometimes they've helped me avoid having to pay a big equipment replacement cost by just giving me some advice about cheaper solutions. Of course the pool always looks great, but you kind of get that from most of the people you hire.

Aqua Shine is simply outstanding! We're a new customer (3 months) but couldn't be happier with their service, professionalism... and results. Our pool hasn't looked this good in years. Peter, our service tech, is great... and the timely email updates/service reports and autopay set-up makes it so easy to do business with them. This is the best pool service company in Phoenix. If you're looking for a new pool service team for your pool then your search is over. The techs are professional, friendly, and thorough. The administrative team is responsive. We simply can't find fault with them. Our only wish is that we'd found them sooner.

We have lived AZ for over 20 years and have used several different pool companies with varying satisfaction. We finally landed on Aqua Shine and hit the jackpot. Great service, my pool looks beautiful, and wonderful, responsive customer service. Yes they are busy, no surprise there, but they make us feel as if we are the only or at least the most important customer. I highly recommend this company!

Aqua Shine cleaned my cartridge filer and cleaned my pump's impellers today - the guy was very professional and positive. He was super nice and left the work area clean. He seemed knowledgeable and informed about what he was doing. We had some initial scheduling issues, but once that was resolved the work was completed in a very timely fashion. I really like that they responded quickly to the scheduling issue. Thank you Aqua Shine.

Aqua-shine s a reliable and not a scam just to make money - pool company. My weekly pool maintenance person, Shane is absolutely amazing.. I have used them for many many many years. Very pleased with the service and that’s hard to say in Arizona with so many pool, companies that don’t take care of your system or your pool, or your situations, yet bill you. Anytime I have an issue I can always reach someone by phone or if I email immediately there’s a response. Thanks Aqua-shine!!!

I’ve purchased all of my pool equipment over the years from Aqua Shine for my homes in the valley. They offer industry leading brands and competitive pricing. What’s most important is that they back their labor and materials. Hardware with moving parts and water exposure breaks, it happens all the time. They have gone above and beyond to make minor fixes on out of warranty pool components at no charge to me. I’m a customer for life and highly recommend that you consider them for all pool filter, auto filler, pump motor, etc. needs for your pool.

Updated: We've been a customer for nearly 3 years and in all that time the pool has never been out of service because of poor water quality. We've been very happy with the quality of service from Aqua Shine. They are very responsive to any issues we have and always do good work during the weekly cleanings. They've provided good advice about our older pool equipment without trying to up sell us on anything.

We have used aqua shine for many years at 3 different homes. They have done a complete pool remodel for us, equipment repairs and replacement, weekly maintenance, we are always very happy with their services. We recently bought a new house with no pool and knew aqua shine was the only company we trusted to help us build a new pool. They made this process as easy and non stressful as possible. I've had Aqua Shine pool service for over a month as a new customer and they are top notch. From the very beginning when I spoke to a guy named Shawn on the phone who explained their services, prices, etc. He was very professional. The very next afternoon the owner Brandon came by my house for a complimentary inspection to see our pool size, equipment and was very friendly. The weekly service is fantastic. Even if you are not present when they come by the technician will email you a detailed explanation of services done that day and will attach 2-3 pictures as well. They've done a really great job and my pool looks fantastic! Anybody that is looking for a high quality pool service would be foolish to go with anybody else. Aqua Shine is the only company to go with!

I started using Aqua Shine this past fall. I had tried so many pool companies and had so many issues in the past.
I needed a new pool pump and Aqua Shine walked me through my choices, and offered a very fair price. I had them install it and I have been super happy.
Recently I noticed that my pool was almost full. We have not had any rain so I assumed the auto-fill had stopped working. They came out on time and changed out a part. Excellent service. He explained everything he had done and was super friendly and professional. I can't say enough good things about Aqua Shine. They are very honest and are extremely professional from the individuals that you talk to over the phone all the way to the Techs they send to your home.

We hired Aqua Shine for our pool/spa maintenance a few months ago, after getting rid of a handful of other companies who were either misleading and/or just not doing a thorough job with maintaining our pool and spa. So far, Aqua Shine is really working out well for us. Our tech always texts when he's on his way, he does a detailed job with cleaning, scrubbing, and clearing any debris in our pool, spa, filters, etc. There's a gentleman named Tanner who works for the company, too. He's repaired a couple issues we had with some pipes and a couple leaks. What impressed me most with Tanner is that he gave us his personal cell number and told us to call if there's something the tech can't resolve. Two days ago, in the middle of the night, our Pentair system started turning things on within our pool and spa system, and we just couldn't figure out what was going on. I texted Tanner for some troubleshooting advice, and he texted me back within a few minutes and said he could swing by our house in the late afternoon; he did. At no cost, Tanner showed us how to clear out and reprogram our Pentair system and provided us some advice in other areas on how to take care of our pool and spa. We're looking forward to having a continued relationship with this company.

I have never had a pool company be as thorough and as meticulous as aqua shine pool service. The tech that comes out to our house goes above and beyond to take care of our pool. He’s also good with our dogs!

Tanner arrived quickly and fixed our problem in the same day! It wasn’t an inexpensive fix but we needed it right away. Aqua Shine was new to us last year and we’ve been happy with their service.

BUYER BEWARE of this company! RECEIPTS ATTACHED. This company purchased the pool company I used for several rentals. They proceeded to charge me several times the amount for each property (raised service fee with no contract and then added insanely high fees for chemicals each service and provided no notice to me of their change in charges). Their techs made mistakes (reset the pool controls, didn't clean filters on fountains, left the pool cloudy, etc) and they charged me an add'l fee each time to review the mistake, and then would charge me again to fix it. I tried to resolve professionally, and they made very small modest changes for obvious mistakes like charging me for more visits than they actually made, and then they sent me to a debt collector. I am attaching debt collection invoices for two months at two different properties. These are JUST the service costs, and don't include extra service visits for their mistakes. One property is $381 and $457 for two months maintenance service and the other is $440 and $330 for two months. I moved my service to Gold Cactus Pools where I pay $175 and $250 each month respectively (these amounts don't change and include chemicals) for each of these properties and am getting better service for less than half the price. I have more receipts to add if I need to. These are predatory practices by a company consolidating smaller pool companies and price gouging the customers it acquires. Stay away!

I felt this company was shady. My bill randomly jumped month to month due to chemicals. The charges were quite high. I spoke to a supervisor about it and was given some pretty vague reasons why. The new pool company has not had any issues or need to gouge me. If you don't pay your bill within roughly a week, they start hitting you for finance charges. On one occasion, they tried to charge me for pool filters, which they had just serviced a month or two prior. Had I not been diligently checking my bill, it would not have been caught. Because the bill is never consisent, you're constantly having to check what misc. charges they're hitting you for month to month. When I cancelled the service, they stated that they had just been there "coincidentally" the morning I cancelled, and charged me ANOTHER service fee. Poor customer service and expensive. The company's response to my review isn't entirely true. Use this company at your own risk. I'll leave it at that.
