I have been using Aqua Shine for well over a year and they’ve been great. Always on the same day and around the same time. They have checked all the boxes and send me both photos & the chemical numbers when they’ve finished. I have referred these guys to my friends & neighbors who too have enjoyed and appreciated their work. I am a very happy customer!! Thank You Aqua Shine !!

Not accommodating. The tech never shows up on time and does not understand that I actually have a job and need to get to work. Now they send me a email after the tech just didn't show up and it says "as you may know Tim has moved out of state" NO, I don't know, I do not have a personal relationship with my pool tech. I pay you to do a job and I expect it to be done. I have to be home during the service due to my large German Sheppard dog that likes to protect the back yard. I have been in two other homes with a pool and pool service and it has never been an issue with other companies. They usually have a schedule and show up to do their job on time. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The Aqua Shine Supervisor, Brittany, was extremely helpful and listened to all of the concerns with our community pool. She took the time to further investigate our concerns and talk through a few solutions. Her input and work on our pool is greatly appreciated!

Our community has had several pool service companies over the years, and none have matched the level of service and attention to detail that AquaShine offers. Owner/residents have complimented the clarity and cleanliness of our pools ever since we hired them.Tanner, who does the repairs, takes the time to explain the repairs and why. Nick, who maintains our pools, does an excellent job keeping up our 4 pools, 5 spas and 8 fountains (huge job!) and the office staff are so sweet and responsive and ensure that any questions or issues addressed immediately. I highly recommend!

New cool decking was installed seamlessly. It turned out beautifully. A little dusty when they prepped the area. But worth the overall cost and dust. Very professional installation and bidding process. Would gladly have them re-do the pool down the road!

Aqua Shine Pool Services does a fabulous job. Recently, Tanner replaced our pool heater. He let us know when the job was done and left the area neat and tidy.
We also have weekly service from Aqua Shine. Noble is our technician and is friendly, thorough and keeps us informed as to the status of our pool and chemicals.

I have been using Aqua Shine Pool Services since I moved here several years ago and have been happy with the weekly service as well as repairs needed along the way. I wish I could remember the names of all the people I’ve dealt with because they’ve all been great. Most recently, Tanner helped me with my pool light which had quit working and it also had a very old switch that was difficult to turn on and off. He replaced that switch as well as provided me with remote control so now I can also turn the pool lights on and off from in the house. Thank you Tanner and everyone at Aqua shine for great service!

Aqua Shine has been taking care of our pool service and maintenance for the past year, and we love this company. We’ve needed a few repairs here and there, and they’re always responsive and efficient! They also did a great job installing a new heater when our old one started malfunctioning. It’s so nice to have a pool cleaning service you can rely on.

They send pictures and a breakdown of your weekly test so you know it's clean. Probably about 20-30% pricier then the other 2 companies I've tried, not sure how much of that is inflation since changing. Overall I recommend them.

I am a real estate broker and refer Aqua Shine Pool Service to my clients, family and friends. In addition, Aqua Shine provides weekly service for my pool/spa and always continues to deliver the utmost level of service. I believe you will find them to be of tremendous value too.

My pool maintenance company was sold to Aqua Shine a few months ago. Aqua Shine did an okay job cleaning my pool, which is why I’m giving them two stars, but that is their only redeeming quality.

I have a regular kidney shaped pool. It used to be a diving pool, so it is a bit deeper on one end than most pools, but it is not large. My monthly regular cleaning fees doubled in price with Aqua Shine. They add in fees for every little thing. My last regular cleaning bill from Aqua Shine was $295.35. Almost $300 for regular pool cleaning.

On top of the $300 a month for cleaning, I constantly received requests to approve additional maintenance. Every week I’d get an email saying something was broken. One week it was the vacuum wheels, the next it was the vacuum flaps, the next a seal, and so on. I understand pool equipment needs servicing pretty regularly, but not only did I get constant maintenance requests, their prices were astronomical. My pool vac is only a year old, so I doubted the repairs were needed, but I approved the charges because surely a reputable company wouldn’t try to screw me over, right? They charged me more for the wheels and flaps than a new vacuum would have cost. They conveniently sent approval requests in different weeks so I wouldn’t question why they were repairing the vacuum when a new vacuum would have been cheaper.

I finally had enough and cancelled service with them. I declined several items they said needed to be fixed. I hired a new company that charges less than half of what Aqua Shine charges. I also asked that company to look at the supposed needed repairs quoted by Aqua Shine and guess what….my new company said my equipment is fine.

I would not recommend this company.

I can’t tell you how happy I am with Aqua Shine! Our former pool service was terrible, taking advantage of the fact that we are gone during the summer. After literally one service by Aqua Shine, our pool looked like a resort pool… Clean, clear and beautiful! I would particularly like to single out Tanner on the Aqua Shine team for tsking the time to come out for several issues that we had. He is very responsive which is unusual and when he says he’s coming, he’s coming! He and Mike came out yesterday to install pool lights, which had never worked since we bought this home and as of last evening, the lights were on, and beautiful! Tanner is an outstanding employee, very knowledgeable, takes all the time you need to feel comfortable with the situation in the pool. Mike was also great! He and Tanner restored our pool lights to where it should’ve been when we bought this home. Thank you for hiring great people like Tanner! I would also like to recognize a new service tech named Islam. He serviced our pool last week possibly for the first time, I went out to talk to him, and he could not have been nicer! Aqua Shine just has great people Including the young lady that answers the phone that is named Liz.

Aqua Shine has been servicing my pool for several years, and I couldn’t be happier. My pool tech is always very thorough, and he’s really mindful of my dogs! We’re very happy and highly recommend Aqua Shine.

I have had the pleasure of utilizing the services of Aqua Shine Pool Services for about 11years. They have always been quite professional and responsive. Recently the light inside my pool malfunctioned, burned out and the whole fixture (new wiring included) needed replacing. Service technician, Tanner came to evaluate, got bid options for replacement and installed within a 4 day period. Thank you so very much Tanner. Your expertise have been stellar and exemplary over the years of caring for my pool. 👍🏼

this morning, I parked next to one of your trucks that had they're side view mirror folded in. when the driver of that truck came out of the store (QT- 26st and cactus) he cursed me out like I was the one that did it. please go ask qt for camera footage, as I would never touch a car that didn't belong to me.

We’ve been using Island Time for the last 5 years, they’re awesome! Our pool is always clear and ready to swim in.

We have been with Island Time for 15+ years. During this time, I have found their service to be of great value, consistent, diligent, honest, and caring.

Specifically, the pools cleaners assigned to us (Larry, Kyle) have always taken time to converse with us about pool/pump/cleaning, issues which help us save time and money.

Their service department is also exceptional. Recently (this week), I had a service technician (Scott) solve a problem in minutes after I had spent hours trying to address. Thank you, Scott.

I don’t even have a pool, but I felt like I had to leave this review because people deserve recognition when they go above and beyond.

A guy named Steven with Island Time Pool Service had just finished servicing a house across the street when my veteran grandfather was outside unloading groceries. He’s struggling physically and already has a hard enough time walking on his own. I was busy trying to get our dogs into the backyard so they wouldn’t run out the front door.

Without hesitation, Steven finished putting things into his work vehicle and came right over to help. He helped my grandpa safely walk to the door, got him seated, and then unloaded the rest of our groceries for us.

He absolutely did not have to do that. He could’ve gone on with his day and continued on, but instead he took time out of his day to help complete strangers. In a world where everyone seems busy and focused on themselves, that kind of kindness genuinely catches you off guard.

After everything, I asked him what company he worked for and what his name was because people like that deserve recognition. He handed me his business card and I told him I don’t actually own a pool, but my sister does and I’d be giving her his information because companies should have people like Steven representing them.

Moments like this restore your faith in humanity. I can’t thank him enough. Island Time Pool Service if you’re reading this, employees like Steven are the kind of people who make a lasting impression. You can teach someone how to clean pools, but you can’t teach a heart like that.
