This is the third time I have used Fowler Pools in the last year, first for a complete remodel and twice for minor repairs and cleaning! They are responsive and professional, Very fair pricing and service is above and Beyond. Thanks to Danny again for answering my questions and advising on how to maintain my spool and keep it in perfect condition! I highly recommend them for any Pool service!!

Fowler's refurbished my sand filter. Very good communication and friendly.
Price was as expected. Not unusually expensive.
But what I liked the most was that they came out to the pool and looked at the equipment and gave me a FREE quote unlike some other pool companies that want to charge for a quote. So I wanted to give them the business.

The customer service so far has been incredible. They offer texting as a way to communicate, not something I would've normally done, but it has been so nice with my work schedule. They have been so quick to respond and very professional. A technician was at my home in a couple of days to give me a quote. They provided pictures along with a very thorough estimate. I gave my approval they will be out to start service that same week. They were recommended by a neighbor who speaks very highly of their company and I can already see why.

Absolutely the “best of the best” when it comes to fountain cleaning! I always request Michael as he goes above and beyond to make my fountain look great!!

Fowlers pools exceeded my expectations. They had the most fair bid, and had an excellent team of workers who did great work. The best part was the superb communication from the supervisor of the remodel/repair crew. Would highly recommend.

They are all very helpful and friendly. I called on Saturday during closed hrs and although I don’t recall leaving a message I was given a return call promptly on Monday morning. Jon came out the very next day to check the pool and give me a quote for weekly service. I received the quote that same day. They all seem very on top of all that they do and I appreciated that very much!

Fowler Pools did a great job putting tiles on the Spool and fixing the steps! The guys were Pleasent and efficient! They showed up when they said they would! They cleaned up as well as I would have!!! VERY pleased with the results!!!! Mike called back immediately with answers to my questions! It was a dream to have a problem free project!!! Heather was very prompt in getting back to me about my pool needs. It’s such a full service visit - unlike Happy Pools who basically poured chlorine in and left no maintenance or skimmer cleaning at all. Looking forward to forward to a nice clean pool! Such a pleasure to work with this company.

Fowler Pool Service comes once a week to service my pool. They communicate regularly and send me a detailed report with photos after each service (even though I don't really understand what the color scale in the photos represents 😆). My pool looks and functions great.

I have had a few pool service companies since I moved into my home but Fowler's has by far and away been the best. The upkeep on my pool is beyond the norm due to debris constantly falling into it by the tree a self serving and thoughtless neighbor planted right up against the wall separating our properties. Consequently this has caused a lot of problems in keeping the pool clean but Fowler's always manages to keep my pool sparkling blue. Beyond that, the people, both techs and office personnel, have been very nice, kind and understanding, willing to go out of their way to help when problems arise. HIGHLY recommend them!

I recently found Fowler pools this past year because I was having multiple problems with my pool that the old service could not figure out how to fix. Between Mike, Kevin and Gabe they were able to figure out the problems and repair them. They were always patient with me and kept me updated. Everyone I have worked with has been very professional.

Disappointed:
The start was good with Mitch with the quote. Very professional. That's where the wheels fell off. Went downhill from there. Word to the wise, save yourself $250 and drain your own pool. Rent the pump. You will end up doing the work yourself anyway. Fowler drops off the pump and hose and will set the line. He's there 5 minutes and gone. Communication was the worst. My project manager, Mike, never made it on-site. I'm unsure how you manage a project you never see in person. The start day was delayed a day for some reason and I had to call the office to find out why they didn't show up on the start day. Communication was the worst part of the entire project. Tony's Pools was subbed out for the tile work and finished with an outstanding display of craftsmanship. Next time I will call Tony first. Cut out the middleman (Fowler). Make sure to request that they cover your main return drains.
My project manager was replaced with a new hire Josh, who was the bright light of my experience with Fowler Pools. He was sent to inspect the work and retrieve our list of disappointments with Fowler Pools. Primary one was the lack of communication we experienced. He showed genuine concern. I quickly and painfully learned that Josh was fired because of that genuine concern. Because they fired Josh, who had replaced Mike, who never showed up and is still an employee there. I would not recommend Fowler Pools for your construction project.

I just found out my corporate landlord is no longer using Fowler’s after a few years of having them and I am SO sad, as we just love them. I’ve rented the same house for many years and had many pool companies before and NO ONE took as great care of our pool as Fowler’s does. It has been sparkly and beautiful these past few years, which it had never been before, and it’s because the people at Fowler’s know what they are doing! Thank you! We love you!

Fowler’s Pool Company was absolutely great to work with from start to finish. They were very affordable compared to other companies, and they did an excellent job throughout the whole process. The owner even came out himself to take care of extreme calcium buildup on our pebble sheen—he did the work personally to ensure the best results.

He also gave me helpful advice on maintaining pH balance. Their communication was great, the team was friendly and professional, and they had a great selection of tile in their office. The project was finished on time and stayed within budget.

I highly recommend Fowler’s Pool Company and will definitely return as a customer.

Excellent pool company! Honest company which is hard to find these days. Very knowledgeable and super friendly with great customer service. They always give me my options for replace and repair by breaking them down in easy to understand quotes with an additional follow up call to answer any questions I may have. They work you in quick for scheduling and fully resolve issues while onsite. Super happy with this company and I highly recommend them to anyone with a pool. I also wanted to mention my technician Gabriel that came out and did such a wonderful job! He answered all the questions I had and gave me lots of tips to keep my pool running smoothly. Him and the rest of the team are just wonderful!
