Fowler Pools has been serving my pool for years and has kept it in excellent condition maintaining all features as necessary. Very reliable and highly recommend.

We have been using Fowler pools over a year or more now. They are very prompt and do a great job. If you have a question or a problem they are there to help you. The only problem I have is I didn’t use them sooner! I had highly very highly recommend them!!!

Great communication and affordable pricing. Mitchell was great at explaining process, answering my multiple questions, and adjusting the project bid to allow me to complete some of the work myself.
So far so good and recommend. Looking forward to the project getting started and see the transformation.

Fowler's Pool does an amazing job of taking care of the pool and the equipment that keeps it clean and usable. They only recommend repairs that are critical, and will advise if there are any "watch items" that may need to be addressed later so nothing is a surprise.

When I built this pool in Rio Verde, I was told it was going to be hard to get service out there. WRONG! Fowlers showed up and has made my life so much easier. They have done an excellent job maintaining my pool - spa and all equipment on the grounds. I feel lucky because it’s not always the case. Thank you guys, I love you all.

Fowler's is easy to do business with! The communication was thorough, they scheduled me to put in new grids that I had. Unfortunately I had bought the wrong ones. They cleaned my old ones instead and did a terrific job on those. From my first call through to the service, everyone was very nice. They made it easy and I really appreciate that!!

SO happy I found Fowlers Pools! Very easy to coordinate with the, rates were VERY good, and so far am extremely happy with my choice. I’ll repost after I get back on how they did, but so far so good!

I am very disappointed with Fowler Pools. They did a very expensive install for me for my pool, which breaks down often, they can't fix it, and they always have an excuse to avoid taking responsibility.

We've been very impressed with the quality of service we've received from Fowler's Pools. They're actually the third company we've tried since buying a home in Scottsdale five months ago, and it's evidently true that "the third time is a charm." They quickly and accurately assessed our pool and determined what it needed to be operating and looking it's best. We were in need of a vacuum, and instead of trying to be a middleman and gouging us like company #2 did, they told us exactly the model they recommended so we were able to order it ourselves on Amazon for a very reasonable price, and then hooked it up for us on their next visit. Also love that they're full service - we've had them re-mortar our waterfall as well as repair a missing chunk of cool deck along the pool's edge, and both jobs were done beautifully and for a reasonable price. They are knowledgeable, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I found them by reading reviews, and they well-deserve the many glowing ones they've received. I feel like our pool is in good hands under their care.

Fowler’s offered an in-person visit to estimate cost of servicing my pool. I appreciate their friendly and knowledgeable personnel. My brand new pools is kept sparkling clean!

I did a lot of research on pool repair and got many estimates and decided to go with Fowler pools as they were very responsive and were licensed and bonded. Unfortunately my experience with them was nothing like I anticipated. We had a scheduled appointment and no one showed up, I reached out and someone called me back saying they were behind on their schedule. Okay I didn’t mind. But this happened over and over, I would get emails saying they weren’t coming out then someone would show up randomly on a Sunday . I constantly had to reach out to see if someone was coming out or what part of the project was happening. I received terrible communication with Fowler pools, they boast about communication on their website but for me that was not the case. I was having my decking replaced, there was no plastic sheeting put down on anything in my yard so everything was covered with dust , concrete and over spray. They left the job without cleaning it up and I spent hours cleaning up everything that was left behind. My bushes were also chopped up with no one reaching out and letting me know they needed to do this. Again I contacted multiple people at Fowler and no one seemed concerned about my experience with them. Sad to say I picked the wrong company and I wouldn’t recommend them .

We had Fowlers replace our sand filter with a cartridge, replace the power supply, and swap out some old electrical parts. They did a great job that was clean and quick. Kyle did a great job answering our questions and helping us plan the project. Kevin executed the project and we were very happy with his work. We felt the price was competitive, and wouldn't hesitate to use them for future projects.

AMAZING - WE BUILD POOLS - FOWLERS DOES IT ALL, SEASONED, LOOK NO FURTHER - HERE HERE HERE HERE - FOWLERS SHOWS UP!

In December 2022, we contracted with Fowler Pools to do a complete makeover in our back yard including resurfacing our pool plus remodeling our entire deck and patio. We worked with David Fowler and his team, who were nothing less than amazing. While David was the “front man” on the project, every member of his team was professional, friendly and very easy to work with.
Not only does David know his stuff, he is very personable and remained flexible throughout the entire project, which took about 6 weeks start to finish. It is clear that David is “customer satisfaction” focused and he definitely hit it out of the park on our project.

We would be remiss if we did not give a special shout out to Luis and his assistant for the amazing job on the deck and patio surface. They were meticulous, reliable and very much driven by ensuring we were getting exactly what we wanted.

Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the quality of workmanship, the ease of doing business and flexibility provided along the way.

Beware - when something goes wrong, they come up with every excuse they can to avoid having to fix it. We had our pool renovated and most of the work was done great. However, they missed several pieces that were supposed to be added and did not replace pieces that the sales guy (who I was told was fired) confirmed would be done. The owner brushes the issues off and does not respond; simply passes you to his guys. The guy who was fired, showed back up at my property and laughed and said he was not fired buy he "saw the writing on the wall" and was leaving the company as it was not being run properly. They take the full funds directly from your account with no warning, and no way for you to get any sort of compensation when they fail to do their job properly and in it's entirety. I have pursued further action against this company, but not before trying to work with them directly for months to replace the broken pieces their guy broke, and the pieces they were supposed to add. This company had great communication PRIOR to the work being done. Once "complete" they do not help at all in getting things done properly. If you want cheap work and are OK with it not being perfect for the tens of thousands you'll spend, go with them. If you want perfection for your money, seek another company to do the work. Very unfortunate situation - which could have been avoided if the owner simply showed up when he said he would and helped us through these issues rather than brushing us off.

Just finished having Fowler’s pools resurface my swimming pool and install brand new turf in back yard. I couldn’t be more pleased with them and the job they did. The turf and pool came out beautiful. Their office staff, their pool resurfacing teams and turf installing team did amazing. They were communicative with me very step of the way when I had questions. They got the job done well and months faster than any other company. 5 stars all the way- great team and I highly recommend them.

Skyline came out on time and provided a very fair estimate. He promptly started cleaning carpets and took care not to touch the freshly painted walls. The carpets turned out fabulous, and we will definitely be calling him again.

Top notch company. Thanks to our dog’s tail, we had a stubborn coffee stain on our carpet. After the first cleaning, they came back twice, without hesitation, to make sure it was gone. I was ready to accept that the stain wasn’t able to be removed, but they insisted on returning until they exhausted all of their professional options. Third try was a charm. No more stain. I would recommend them to anyone. Quality company!!!!
