Brandyn was great! I just bought an older home in Phoenix and found out that the dryer vent was just pumping lint in to the crawl space, and not through the outside vent flap. I called AZ Dryer Vent Specialist and Brandyn came the next morning, got everything connected, did a thorough inspection and cleaning. Super happy with the service - punctual, friendly, and solid work. Highly recommend!

DON’T EVER USE THIS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. If I could give zero stars I would. Cleaners scheduled for 7am, nobody called to tell me of a delay, when I text Angeleena to inquire at 7:30am she replied at 8am that they were on their way. At 9am nobody has shown up, I text Angeleena again and she says she is out of town and is sorry for the delay, I let her know she has wasted over 2 hours of my time, which is more valuable than money. At 9:10am Anna shows up alone, and tells me another person is coming. So I walk her through the house and assume she will begin. At 9:20, Anna tells me she is leaving for another job. I could have made better use of my time this morning than this. I guess Angeleena doesn’t like being held accountable.

This is an excellent pool service company. Christian did an excellent job cleaning and maintaining the pool. He also got me parts and supplies at a discounted price. He is very reliable, honest, respectful, knowledgeable and trustworthy!

We've lived in our house for five years so it was way past time to drain and clean the pool, the chlorine wouldn't even take anymore. Our pool was pretty disgusting, hired Pool Chimps to give it the deep clean acid wash and they did a fantastic job. Extremely reasonable pricing, good interactions all around with the intake and Christian who did an awesome job cleaning, and they fit us in like a day after we called. Plus he gave us additional maintenance tips and recommendations to keep the pool in good shape moving forward, highly recommend

My partner and I live in Goodyear, and he found Christian on OfferUp. We've been having some issues w/ our pool for months, trying one thing after another to do the work ourselves to save a little money. When it got to the point of no return, Christian answered our inquiry quickly and came out to give us a quote, which was significantly more reasonable than the other companies we called. It was obvious he was a professional and was able to turn our pool from a swamp green into a crystal clear blue in two back-to-back visits over a holiday weekend! He drove all the way outside of his typical metro area to help us, offered solid advise, was super knowledgeable, friendly, easy to communicate with, and very responsive to what we needed. We would recommend this business to anyone and will be telling anyone we know to choose this business for any of their pool needs! Thank you!!!

Pool chimps does a great job at cleaning and maintaining our pool. The last company we worked with was not doing a thorough job but since we switched to pool chimps our pool has looked great. He also pointed out and fixed some issues we had that went unreported by our last company. I would definitely recommend.

I work in multi housing and using Arizona Carpet Care for the last 12 years at every property i have worked and managed. They do an amazing job. They are accommodating and always flexible even last minute. Vernon makes everything possible!

1) They don’t give you a specific time. 2) They won’t move or offer to move any furniture, so definitely lift up your bed and expose the carpet as many places as you can. They were nice enough to come back when I insisted they get under the bed. 3) Cleaning was very quick, seems like the edges against the wall were missed and carpet still has the slightly matted feel, not fluffy and light like I would expect with a deep clean. 4) Cash only. In 2021. Seriously!

A little over a mount ago, my rental house got flooded. The tenant at that time decided without asking me first to call Az carpet care for extraction of the water.The tenant stated that he paid the bill and now I need to reimburst him. On november 8, I receive a call from Roshelle asking me to pay the bill. After I refused, the owner of the buisness Barry spoke to me, treatened me that if I dont pay the bill, he will give me to collection and will put a llien on my house and all of will count against me.I tried to explain to him that I did not order any cervice, did not sign any invoice, but he continue to be rude and insisted I need to pay the bill. Verry RUDE and UNPROFFECIONAL owner of a buziness.My question to Barry is: if a tenant decides to upgrade the carpet with the most expensive carpet withouth the landlord permission, is landlord responsible for the bill. Also, dont theey ask for credit card upfront? I reaaly hope more people read the rewies before requesting cervise this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company came recommended to me by my apt complex... I made an appointment TWICE and they didn't show up TWICE. After the first time, they were so apologetic saying this never happens, so I decided to give them another chance - purely off the convenience of not having to call another company and they didn't show up AGAIN. Forget it! Don't waste your time!

Guess what reviews are real and what reviews are fake. All five stars and all one stars. I was told they were coming around 11am when I called at 4pm they said the truck broke down and would be here at 5pm. It's after 6pm now and I'm still waiting

I used this company roughly 20 years ago for my office. I currently use them at my home. The office staff is wonderful, they are a large company which makes it easy for them to come out quickly if needed. I have had them do my carpet, tile and air ducts. I would highly recommend Arizona Carpet Care.

Arizona Carpet Care is the best! I work in the Mutli-Housing business and have used them for years. I've worked with Vernon for years he has great customer service and follow up. All the ladies in the office Karla, Xotchil and everyone is so quick to answer and very friendly. Aaron & Jason are amazing techs. They do such a great detailed job and are very friendly.
