I have used them for over 8 years now and they never seem to disappoint. Brandon is the BEST. He is so friendly always has a smile on his face. He does an amazing job!

AZ Carpet Care is the best carpet cleaning company in the valley. Not only do they perform several services, but their prices are very reasonable. I have worked with this company for several years and will continue to give my business to them. Vernon is amazing, professional, and quick to get out to my apartment community for estimates. The ladies in the office that handle scheduling are always super sweet and on top of things and can get you scheduled for next-day services if needed. Even the techs are awesome! If you get Buck, Chuck, or Nick, you'll be in great hands. WE LOVE AZ CARPET CARE!!!!! If I could give a million stars I would!! Thank you, AZ Carpet Care, for all your team does for us. We appreciate it!

I had my carpets cleaned in my apartment today and when I came home there wasn't a "clean" smell at all in the room they cleaned. I got down on my hands and knees and smelled the carpet, it still smelled dirty and the carpet was still wet after 6 hours of drying. At least turn the fans on high to help the carpet dry while you're cleaning them and afterwards. On top of it all of that, there are dirty footprints throughout my apartment that I need to clean up now. Definitely will not be recommending Arizona Carpet Care at all. Totally worthless!!

It is Saturday at 6:15 AM and everyone was asleep until this company’s trucks decided to turn on very loud generators for a long time. Very inconsiderate of other people surrounding the homes they are serving.

Excellent and professional, service from Hezekiah & Dre. They did their job, with a great attitude, and even cleaned up, the slight dry wall dust, that came out of the air ducts. Here at the Montellano Apartments, on 8830 N. 19th Ave, I assume, that the ducts, have NEVER been cleaned in 30 years. They said they NEVER had come out here, so most of the residents, are NOT even aware, that this service, is available, for free, when YOU move in here. It took the manager, and staff, ONLY 2 months and a week, till today, to get the job done. Also after 5 , of the same work orders posted, for the above length of time. GREAT SERVICE, from the guys, but NEVER move, into this rat hole location, YOU have been advised.

One of your employees almost ran me off the road this weekend. From what I can see it isn’t the first time your employees are called out for their bad driving!

Brandon is truly exceptional at his job! I hired him to clean the carpets in my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. Stubborn stains that I thought would never come out completely vanished, and my carpets look brand new again!

Brandon took the time to explain his process, used high-quality equipment, and showed great attention to detail. Our carpets needed quality care, and Arizona carpet care was reliable for the job. Not only did they communicate as one is supposed to, But they were on time. Left room carpet smelling Amazing and Clean the first day we moved into our apartments. Especially they came and did their job Not Only fast but a good quality work! I LOVE AZ Carpet Care!! And am so grateful for them!!!!! Over the weekend I had a prospective resident spill coffee/hot chocolate all over the white couch in our leasing office and with a simple text to Vernon, he was able to make sure I got taken care of the next business day. Buck is the best technician EVER!!!! He is, by request, one of the only technicians I like to perform cleans for my community because his quality and effort is the best! When I made it into the office just after 8 am on Monday, I already had Buck waiting to do his thing and remove the stains from our furniture. Of course I remain a loyal, happy customer. You will not regret choosing AZ Carpet Care for your carpet/upholstery cleaning needs!! 5 stars just doesn't do justice =)

I scheduled a move out carpet clean 2 weeks ago for today May 22nd between 12 - 5pm. I called the office at 2pm and ask what the ETA was. She told me after 5pm. I called back at 545pm and got the after hours operator. I explained the situation that this was a move clean and she said she'll have the tech call me. It's 620pm and as of now no call back. I ended up calling a well known company and got in tomorrow morning first thing and this new company excepts all forms of payment not just cash. That was the red flag and I should have read all the reviews and not wasted my day away waiting for this unprofessionally runned unknown company.

Free cleaning and carpet stretch was scheduled per my leasing office. They have a 6hr window and said they’d call when on the way. Ok sounds normal enough.

I arrived home to find them finishing up and when I looked into the one room we have carpet in they didn’t stretch the carpet at all before cleaning. So when I asked him if someone else would be coming out he said he could do it, came in with dirty shoes ruined the ‘cleaned’ carpet to stretch it.

After he was done we scrubbed the dirty spots with detergent and towels and lo and behold THE CARPET WAS FILTHY after their ‘cleaning’. I’ll be telling my leasing office that they shouldn’t be using. This company. Do not for the love of god pay for their services.

Unfortunately, the service was terrible, the carpet was poorly cleaned and the closets were emptied prior their visit and still were not cleaned properly cared for without any notice.
I had left them a set of Keys, the persons that came into my home Stole cash about (200$) from my kitchen where I kept a couple bills inside a jar that they took. I would never use their services again and do not recommend, mostly for the fact their management did nothing when informed about the robbery.

EVAN , AND JR. we're outstanding! Patient with hearing out my concerns. Friendly and well knowledgeable of how to properly clean apartment Air Ducts. Both went above and beyond, with great professionalism. As well as great customer service. Great Teamwork! My only recommendation. Is that smaller, more flexible brush-heads are provided for the Techs as well.

The worker was rude and unpleasant to say the least. Arrive at a decent hour so no complaints there. On the other hand, the worker was completely unprepared, and astonished to not be servicing an apartment, but instead a loft. He did not arrive with the proper tools, a mask, nor foot booties, so we provided them to him ..considering he walked the property before entering our home, defeats the purpose of carpet cleaning.. right?! He left puddles of water on our hardwood floors and throughout the hallway ..I’m sure, all the way back to his vehicle. He was disrespectful for throwing his germ infested mask on our hallway floor on his way out. Arizona Carpet Care you have some sort of partnership with this city, so we expect some sort of professionalism, today fell short.

They came to clean out my vents since I was having a bug issue. I have to have maintenance now come out to repaint my walls because they messed them up so bad.

Well, since they are not responding to my calls and basically stole $125 dollars from me, I have no choice but to leave a review and take them to small claims court. We hired them for a move out cleaning on our tile flooring. The day he was supposed to clean, a Wednesday, we had given the landlord the keys to the apartment to let him in. When we arrived, he told the apartment manager that we must pay him first. Nobody told us we had to pay ahead of time so we didn’t leave a check with the landlord and they don’t accept payments over the phone. He told us he would come back the next day. He didn’t show up. We call Arizona Carpet Care and they told us the technician said we rescheduled for Monday. I let them know that was absolutely not true and he needed to come before the weekend because we wouldn’t be living there anymore. Well, he did end up coming on Friday. We had our final move out walk through with our landlord and I was shocked at what we walked in to. Shoe prints everywhere, streaks all over the floor, and some odd stain on the baseboard. This was on September 16th. It is now September 24th. I have called every day, emailed, Facebook messaged, and even spoke with a supervisor who said he would call me back. There has been no resolution and now they aren’t responding to me at all. They cashed my check and now I know why they require payment before the cleaning. These people are SCAMMERS!

Chris and Chris team came to our apartment and were very nice and respectful. They did an excellent job at cleaning our carpet and it looks amazing. Thanks for the excellent service.

One star because only ONE person from their staff actually did a good job. They are a vendor at my apartment complex and came out to my apartment several times for a water leak. Bad experience. Poor workmanship. The office staff was very rude and lied to me several times about when to expect the carpet cleaners to show up. Because they are a vendor at my apartment complex I had no choice but to allow their services. After I had a meeting with my apartment complex manager they finally sent someone that was experienced and completed the work. In my opinion and based on my experiences with this company I say buyer beware.

I don’t know who the two drug addicts that were sent yesterday by my apartment complex, but I did not feel comfortable with them even being in my residence. However, Chuck and Kenny came this morning, They were very professional and quick with taking care of everything.
Top notch customer service! These two guys deserve a raise. And not a pizza party because you could get a hot and ready from Little Caesars for just a few dollars. People would appreciate that little bit of change in their paycheck!
