I know I am giving Arizona Carpet Care 2 star, but when I scheduled an appointment with today the service was not that great. Arizona Carpet Care doesn’t have a 2 or 4 hour window, the representative said that they will show up between 8am to 6pm. She did say that they will call me once they are on there way but still not the best. She couldn’t even give me a price on a small rug that I wanted cleaned and they only accept cash. This business has been around for 30 years and still can’t accept credit cards. I know it’s small things that I am complaining about but still 30 Years in business.

I called to set up a time for an estimate. The rep I spoke to was friendly, but I was informed I cannot schedule a particular time on the day they had available for an estimate. I could call in on the date of the estimate to receive a narrower window of when they would be showing, which is somewhat helpful. I’m not sure if this the industry standard, but if you work 9a-5pm and have no idea when the estimate will be taking place it makes it very difficult for a customer to plan ahead. Perhaps this isn’t an issue for those working from home, but for me it’s not good at all.

I've been living in my apartment for nearly seven years. My complex never once helped me with the carpets.
Today- Darian and Nick showed up at my place and cleaned my carpets like professionals. They not only helped me with my carpets- but explained their process and told me just what to expect for future services. I reccomend these guys HIGHLY. I immensely satisfied. Ask for them and i bet you'll be happy too.

DO NOT use these people. Worst customer service I have ever received. The only reason I am giving them one star is because there is no option for ZERO stars. I scheduled an appointment and they were a no show. I waited all day, and never even received a call that they wouldn't be able to make it out. The next morning I got a call/message asking if I wanted to re-schedule. No apology, nothing. When I called back to express my disappointment, the lady I spoke with was absolutely useless and brushed it off like it was no big deal, giving me the most bogus excuse I have ever heard. They were not even willing to try and keep my business & make up for their screw up. They don't give you a definitive quote over the phone either. I will NEVER use this "business" again. I now use Stanley Steemer and highly recommend them to anyone.

Daryian was extremely helpful in explaining how the carpet cleaning would go and the whole process went by very quickly. Not to mention, the carpet looked fantastic after it was cleaned! Would absolutely re-use Arizona Carpet Care and recommend them to anyone in the Valley.

If you have been robbed by your renter for carpet replacement, This company could likely be to blame. They are corporate shills willing to lie on move out reports about the state of the carpet in order to get the work order to replace it. Just like letting politicians vote for their own pay raise. John the Tech is a conman who has now cost me 300$ of money I do not have due to an injury I sustained after being hit by a DUI driver. If you are looking for an honest company LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Our apartment was flooded yesterday with the water leak from the apartment above us. Brad came as a saviour, such a polite and friendly guy.. He did an awesome job of taking care of the leaks and didn’t give up until he removed every single drop of water , even though it was 11pm.. He deserves to be rewarded and I wish he reaches greater heights in life with his politeness and hard work👏👏👏

I recently had Arizona Carpet Care clean my apartment carpet and it looks great! I have a dog so sometimes vacuuming all the hair is hard, but I am very happy with this service!

We use this company at a few of our Multi Family Properties. I also had them service our corporate headquarters and my personal residence. We had fantastic results and amazing customer service each time. In my experience the teams were prompt on arrival, friendly during service, and very efficient on price. Would definitely recommend.

Our apartment home flooded the night before Thanksgiving. I felt hopeless but my landlord called Arizona Carpet Care. The serviceman arrived very quickly and cleaned up the mess, vacuumed all the water and was really quick and efficient. Give this man a raise! I recommend this company.

Marie is awesome. She's always making sure our apartment schedules are on track and if I have an emergency she does get best to help us out. If you work for an apartment complex I recommend them highly.

I just want to give a quick shoutout to Chris at Arizona Carpet Care! He did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in my apartment and was very friendly and professional. They came on time and did a fantastic job. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone! Thanks Chris and thank you Arizona Carpet Care!

Extremely unprofessional. I took the day off of work to have my carpet cleaned, as they give you a wide window of 8am-5pm. Around noon I called to make sure someone was still coming, and was told the tech came out between 8am-9am, called and did not recieve an answer, which was false as I had been waiting. The person who answers and schedules the calls was very rude and unprofessional stating, they believe what the tech says and they tech was now back in Phoenix and would not return back to my location, but would be happy to reschedule. I explained I already took off work and she stated there was nothing they could do. Poor customer service and a lack of understanding I took the day off as I was told tech's only come out Mon-Wed. I don't recommend and will be telling others of my rude experience.

I absolutely love working with the company!! We have a regular guy name Gabe, he is always on top of his job. Very friendly, professional, and always on time for the job. I seen some positive and negative reviews and that's pretty normal just like any other job, everyone is entitled to an opinion. However I would recommend to get an estimate first before you get your carpet shampoo because that way you will know the cost and won't be disappointed. I recommend AZ Carpet Care.

If this company is working with your apartment complex (particularly Skyline Lofts) to determine if your carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced after move out just be aware that they are willing to blatantly lie and make up damage in order to make themselves and the apartment complex more money. They have done this to me and several friends who also lived at Skyline Lofts. Make sure to take plenty of pictures so that you can prove their lies wrong. They should be ashamed of operating this way.

Very unprofessional and fishy business.

I booked my service with them on a Thursday. I told them I already emptied my apartment and I called my apartment management and gave them entrance permission. I thought all should be handled properly after that.

One man called me 5pm that FRIDAY afternoon and asked me to let him in to clean carpet. I told him he had to get key from apartment office. He told me there was no one in office. He said he was sorry and he would come on Monday to get the job done. At 6PM!!! on Monday, the same guy called me again without any notification earlier that day, and again asked me to allow him to enter my apartment.

Of course he had to come next day earlier to get key from apartment office. The he called me and told me he was not able to find the money order I left on kitchen counter. They only accept cash or money order. I called apartment office and I was told no one had entered my apartment. I feel I should trust my apartment manager on this matter.

Please be very careful if you have to do business with them.

Choose a different company that values your time. I had an appointment scheduled for my carpet to be cleaned. When I called to schedule they couldn't give me an exact time of when they would arrive. I called back the next day and they said it would be in the early afternoon. I sat at my apartment waiting from 12:30 PM until around 5 and then called them. The lady said that she couldn't reach the tech and would call me back. Never received a call back and nobody ever showed. My wife comes home around 6:30 and finds a card on the door that said call to reschedule. Obviously this individual showed up extremely late and didn't knock and put the card on the door so that it appeared that they were here. Very shady business. There was never a knock as I sat here waiting for hours.

Called them the next morning and they sent someone out within 20 minutes to clean my carpets.

If I could give zero stars I would, nothing about this experience was good at all. I scheduled a free carpet cleaning that my leasing office gave me. I called to schedule and they couldn’t give me a specific time that they would be there to clean the carpets, I called the day of and they still couldn’t give me a specific time. Finally they told me that there would be a tech there in about an hour and a half. (Around 10am) I told them I needed to come home (as I work full time) to let them and to have them call me when they were on their way. Hours go by and nothing. So I called them again and they said it would be another hour. Over two hours go by and still nothing. Called him again same thing. It was about 5 PM at this point and I get a call from my leasing office saying that they’re at my apartment looking for me to let them in. After I told them that they needed to call me when they were on their way so I could meet them at the apartment. So so unprofessional and disrespectful of time management. When I got home my door was left unlocked which probably means that they didn’t let the leasing office know that they done, all my lights were left on and there were marks of water all over my wood floors and shoe prints. They didn’t even get out the small surface stains that I was hoping they would. Horrible experience and horrible service. Will never use them again, I understand it was a free service but you would think that they would do a good job to hopefully get me as a customer again. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!

I feel terrible that I didn’t grab both of their names but Ernesto and his partner absolutely crushed it today! They were in and out in about 30/45 minutes and did a spectacular job. We have a toddler and a cat so you can let your imagination run wild with what we had in our carpets. These two gentleman came in and made this place feel like a day 1 move in!
