I can’t say enough good things about American Maintenance Professionals ( Pressure Washing Division) This is our third year using them for window cleaning and we added two areas of our home to be power washed. The job was done by Tony and Delfina. They were absolutely amazing! My windows are so clean they sparkle! The whole house feels lighter and brighter thanks to the amazing work Tony and Delfina did! They also power washed an outside table, chairs, and a circular fire pit area! They were on time, polite, and professional. You could tell they took pride in their work! Thank you AMP for a quick booking appointment and making the whole process easy! Great job!

This whole company is amazing. Tanya was quick to reach out and help get me scheduled and the price was very reasonable. Carlos and Mike arrived the day of and were incredible! Arrived on time, super friendly, fast & thorough. They went above and beyond and even moved a few things to make sure they got every inch. Our travertine was horribly stained and it looks like brand new! Will absolutely be getting set up on a quarterly program with these guys. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Eric performed a concrete test cleaning area that proved to be the perfect solution to the challenges faced at a particular job site.

Eric and DiMitrio were AWESOME; professional and personable.
We bought a house built in 1985, the pool terrace had layers of hard water and dirt build up.
Estimates in the THOUSANDS to refinish and/or replace. 1-1/2hrs with these guys on site and it looks brand new!!!

I had a nightmare stain on my driveway from a power steering fluid leak that was several months old. My HOA was fining me and my efforts to clean it myself ended up with poor results. Manny showed up right at time I expected, went over the stain and process with me and said when he was done, the driveway would look “brand new”. My expectations were not only met, but exceeded! Scheduling happened very quickly and they were willing to accommodate an unavoidable schedule conflict. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. Our technician was well within the arrival window, called 20 minutes in advance, and was extremely pleasant to work with. The quality was beyond the expectations for the amount of oil on the concrete and the fact that the slab is a carport that is almost 40 years old!

Had my windows done today by American Maintenance Professionals, Manny was so good and detailed that my view does not look like a window is there!!! He made the glass disappear it’s so clear and clean!!! If you are looking for greatness…look no further hire AMP and ask for Manny!!!
