We had our patio power washed by Carlos today and he did an excellent job! Very professional and thorough work. We had a lot of bird stains and the patio looks brand new! Well done. We will definitely use them again.

Our down spout on a gutter was clogged with Debris. The guys with American Maintenance Professionals showed up early, were self sufficient, and got the job done in less than half an hour. They were able to unclog our down spout and clean all of our gutters on the first and second floor roof lines. Have no hesitation in recommending these guys!

I was so bummed after we just had new pavers installed and then they resurfaced our road which meant TAR! ⬛️ Tanya in the office was so patient with me and helped me understand the process. The office was responsive and quick to get me on the schedule. Carlos with American Maitenance Professionals did fantastic work and was a joy to meet. He worked hard and communicated the process well.

This was my first time ever having my driveway power washed and cleaned and I’m so glad I used them. This time it was because of the tar, but I’m going put it on my calendar for routine home care!

On time, great work. Battery rust stains in the driveway that had been there 20 years and I doubted could be removed, were removed to my amazement. Demetrious and his boss did a fantastic job. Highly recommended, and far less than those overlay products pushed for unsightly driveways.

I had driveway pressure washed after getting road tar sealant on it. Picture perfect after finished. Eric and Lisa were very helpful and easy to work with.

The guys did a great job!!! My windows are sparkling. They made my 50 yr old French doors look brand new. They were very nice, friendly, professional. I will use them again.

Manny with AZ Power Wash Pros was great! He was courteous & prompt. He got right to work when he arrived & was so professional. We had almost 70 window panes to have washed & all were gleaming when he was finished! I highly recommend Manny’s service - he was thorough & quick. We will always request him in the future!

Carlos and Mike did an amazing job cleaning our fence! It had a ton of efflorescence on it from sprinkler water. They came out on time and really took the time to explain everything to us. The fence looks so much better now! I would highly recommend this business!

After a recent blunder involving my car and fresh asphalt treatment, I had a horrible mess on my driveway. I called AZ Power Wash Pros to come out and clean up my mistake.

Tony and Mizael (Mike) went above and beyond. They explained the process and what to do post-cleaning. They stayed until all of the stains were dissolved. They were even able to get rid of an old oil stain that had been there for over a year! I highly recommend AZ Power Wash Pros for both their professionalism and commitment to excellent outcomes.

Manny was friendly and thorough and did an excellent job. We have a tricky built in fire pit area with a tree that hangs over where a flock of birds has started nesting and made the area gross. It was spotless and so clean after Manny finished.

We are super happy with the service and will continue to use!

I work for a local fire department and we had a crew out doing a large project at the station which was impressive in of itself! While doing their project we came back to the station with our brush truck that had been out on a brush fire covered in mud and dirt. Eric had noticed us washing it and without hesitation, offered his pressure washer and foam cannon to make the job quicker and more efficient allowing us to return to service quicker! He was honestly and genuinely happy to help out! I cant express enough how impressed the crew was with the customer service him and his crew provided! Manny was fantastic!! He showed up with such a positive attitude. He could see exactly what needed to be done. He explained that we'd need to stay off the driveway for at least 4 hours. He prepared us as soon as he arrived! The after photos speak for themselves! It's like a brand new driveway that just had the concrete laid today. Beyond the actual after photos that speak for themselves, is Manny! I'd find reasons to work with him again. That is a cool guy! His work speaks for itself, but his attitude and personality was fun to work with! He worked hard and clearly took pride in what he does.

This company performed parking garage repainting on my apartment complex. I was SUPER impressed at how well they coordinated and executed the service and the team were very polite and professional the whole time. Garage now looks amazing as well!

In December of 2023 I contacted AMP to for a gift certificate for my sister that had recently moved into the greater Phoenix area. Due to major health issues, they weren't able to use it until today. AMP had kept the information and provided the window washing service I had asked for. She told me they did a great job. Thank you AMP.
