I have been using Joel the last few years for all my carpet cleaning needs. He is fantastic - professional, detailed, communicative, and always performs the highest quality of work. Five Stars for a Heroic Carpet Cleaner

After being completely catfished by an Airbnb listing that didn’t match reality at all, we worked with the property manager to fix at least one big issue: the carpets. They were in such terrible shape, it was like walking into a former kennel.

The carpet cleaning company that came in deserves a full five stars. They truly worked wonders. They didn’t just clean the stains—they managed to treat the carpets so the place no longer smelled like a pet hotel. They also tackled a living room rug that had clearly seen about 50 pet accidents in its lifetime.

The cleaner even called the manager and straight up told them, “You need to throw this rug away.” Then, without hesitation, he gloved up, rolled that filthy rug out, and hauled it off to the garbage. Huge props to him for going above and beyond—especially when he didn’t even want to touch the carpet initially!

I feel like the carpets that he cleaned are now sanitary and it’s safe to walk on them. It smells tremendously better.

Joel Wharton is very professional. He shows up when he is scheduled and listens to the customer's needs and concerns. His work is impeccable. I have 16 year old carpeting and Joel makes it look clean and fresh when he is completed. He also does a sensational job cleaning travertine and polishing it. My husband and I only use Wharton for cleaning our rental's carpeting and tiles too.

My experience with Joel was a positive one. We have a toddler, two dogs, and white carpets so you can imagine the struggle. We got our carpets cleaned about a year ago by someone else because we had some pet and food stains we couldn’t get up. They said the stains couldn’t come up and we would have to replace the carpet. They also left a crunchy residue on the carpet. We lived for about a year with stained carpets that we thought couldn’t be cleaned. Enter Joel. He was direct in his communication and efficient with scheduling. He had availability and was able to get us on the schedule quickly. He works quickly and ended up doing our cloud couch and two rooms. Stains are gone, no residue on the carpet- they’re soft and white again. It took about 24 hours to fully dry but it was no problem since we only did one floor of the house. We decided to book Joel every 6 months. Highly recommend!
