AMP cleaned my windows and left a huge etched in scratch across my big kitchen window. Of course when I called them they said it was already there. I can assure you it was not. Do not hire this company. They will damage your property and not be accountable.

This company was professional from start to finish. Tania answered all of my questions over the phone, gave me an estimate, and was able to book my job within a week.
Manny showed up right on time and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We have A LOT of windows but he took his time and made sure everything was done right. He had to come back a 2nd day because our job was bigger than expected. Manny was on time the 2nd day as well and got right to work. He was sure to walk with me through my home to inspect that everything was completed to expectations, and it was! My windows look beautiful! I definitely recommend this company!

We recently hired American Maintenance Professionals to handle our commercial property’s exterior, including pressure washing sidewalks, gum removal, window cleaning, and refreshing the dumpster pad. They were always on time, highly professional, and paid careful attention to every detail. The entire building looks incredible, and I would absolutely recommend them for any commercial exterior work!

First off I will start off by saying I have been in the construction industry of 28yrs. I requested a proposal walk from this firm to which they sent one of their estimators out to look at 3 commercial covered parking stalls. He viewed and then gave an estimate. We were clear on the instructions as we would be billing our client for the requested power wash. They came out and never called or communicated any "extra work" then they sent an invoice for over 4 times the amount of the quote. The big excuse was the fine print at the bottom that states hourly rates. The whole point of having someone come out to do an estimate is to get a proposed price. I understand the rules of estimating and it definitely should not total over 4 times the estimated amount. The owner himself said he would check the recordings as he had special instructions from our Project Manger. Never heard back and received another invoice with minimal insulting discount. This is not a trade partner for commercial contracting and they are not a firm you can trust as home owner. The scam comes straight from the top down to folks in the field.

I hired this company to do a sweep in my parking lot, which on the invoice of the service for a sweep. It stated that they will blow out. Curb lines Blow the parking lot, pick up debris and dump in the dumpster. Let me be clear of that never happened. None of what I just said about the description, they didn’t keep there promise as described in the invoice of services being delivered Secondly, they sent out a technician that was unexperienced on driving the truck. She hit my fence and bent my pole. She kept going in the circle of my parking lot, which was older and it was fragile she tore up asphalt. I had to make her stop. I notified American maintenance professionals. I also sent pictures. I told them that I don’t want her to do any more sweeping cause she’s tearing up my asphalt which they did not to take responsibility. I’ve showed them pictures how she hit my fence and the Oh, she made in the middle of my parking lot look horrible. I sent photos to American professional maintenance they denied her tearing up my asphalt which he was not there before she started which they did send out a technician about four days later to repair my fence only because I told them I have cameras, and I have proof that she hit my fence. I never received what I paid for and they were still trying to make me pay the full service of $585 which I didn’t even receive the proper services that was promised to me. I advise for any Customer reading this review to please go seek another company that will be honest with you and actually deliver the job as promise. My experience with this company was horrible. I will never hire them again. I will never have anything good to say about this company? I just wanna let people be aware because your money you work hard for and you don’t have money to throw away.

Excellent job done by Carlos and his assistant. Efflorescence was gone after concrete was dried due to chemicals and pressure washing being applied. I wouldn’t mind having them come back, thank you…
