The absolute worse cleaning service that was ever in business. Two times a cleaner was sent 1st time for 2 days,then another day three or four days later to correct and finish areas not cleaned
I took 14 fotos of untouched areas that had been paid to be cleaned but were not. The price charged was over $300. Complete failure and fraud

Wonderfully kind staff who pay attention to detail. Our cleaners saw we had an upcoming arrival of a baby and brought us some adorable outfits to celebrate her arrival when she came! I would recommend them personally to anyone <3

We hired Tidy Casa for a move-in/move-out cleaning and it was great! Over the course of 4-5 hours every inch of our home was deep cleaned making it seem like a brand new house by the time we got back! In addition to the move-in/move-out cleaning we requested the inside of the cabinets to be cleaned as well. When it was complete there was very little debris left in both the cabinets and the home ensuring our move in was much smoother and cleaner! I would highly recommend Tidy Casa's move-in/move-out clean for anyone moving to a new home or moving out and wanting to make your home stand out!

Adilet was the most professional and through cleaner that I have ever had. She was so amazing I can’t rave about her enough. She was a godsend and a blessing when I needed it most.💜

Hands down best cleaning crew I’ve ever had! I did a move out clean with some extras, wiping down cabinets inside & out, wiping down baseboards, oven cleaning and refrigerator cleaning. They even scrubbed down the walls and were able to remove some scuff marks we couldn’t get!! Highly recommend, you won’t regret using them.

Good clean overall, house looked great when they left. Only reason for 4 stars is they missed a couple spots in the bathroom but nothing major. Would still use them again.

HOLY AMAZING!!! I'm Yelp elite and I'm not being paid to say this.... TIDY CASA is hands down, definitely the best "cleaning service" I've ever experienced in my entire life. They are more like a life cleansing experience. Three ladies showed up and proceeded to blow my mind while immediately attacking the most needed areas. I left them and was confident that they needed no direction. I returned and I was flabbergasted how amazing of a job they did... 20/10. I'm so happy. My parents visit tomorrow and now I am so confident in them stay in my guest bedroom and bathroom let alone the rest of my house. I love Tidy Casa. Thank you.

I was absolutely blown away by the care that the team from Tidy Casa took with my home. After my mom passed away, staying on top of things like cleaning have been overwhelming and difficult to find the motivation for. The women today went above and beyond my expectations. I honestly never thought my home could look like this and I'm eternally grateful. I can’t recommend them enough.

Tidy Casa was an absolute Godsend for our family! My father recently passed after a long battle with cancer. Needless to say, cleaning took a backseat while he needed around the clock care. With all of the stress of funeral planning, I didn’t want my mother to worry about the house not being ready to receive family. I called Tidy Casa, and it was a positive experience from the beginning to the end. Matthew, and others, that I communicated with by phone, text, and email were extremely helpful and friendly. They were able to schedule us quickly, and even though they had an arrival window, they still gave us a call thirty minutes before to say they were on their way. This was so helpful, and ensured we could wrap up funeral arrangements before they arrived.
Adilet, the Care Tech, came by herself. We were concerned at first that she would not be able to do everything needed by herself, but we were wrong! Adilet worked tirelessly for hours, and was friendly and cheerful the entire time!! Never once did she not have a smile on her face, which was so very welcome in the midst of our sadness. My parents have lived in their home for 54 years, and by the time Adilet was finished, it looked brand new. The oven, the kitchen, the bathrooms, the bedrooms, the floors - absolutely everything shined like a new penny. My mom was/is both thrilled and relieved, and we are so very appreciative!
If you are reading this Adilet, your exceptionally hard work, thoroughness, and most especially your cheerful attitude gave us some desperately needed pleasure and peace before we laid my dad to rest. May God abundantly bless you!

Ariel is amazing!!! She was thorough and professional. My home smells wonderful and looks sooo nice! 10/10 recommend.

All staff are very, very kind and well intentioned. Scheduling was quick and easy. However, cleaning services were subpar. Paid almost $500 for a deep clean. The first time they came they got all the general stuff cleaned but it definitely wasn’t a deep clean. Too many places were left untouched. I paid extra for the walls and they were heavily overlooked. Customer service is great so they offered a reclean on the areas neglected which was okay, however, it still didn’t feel worth almost $500 for a “deep clean”. Staff is great, services not up to the expectations based on other reviews.

Update: They did call out to make it right. Their customer service goes above and beyond. It seems like they truly care about feedback and customer satisfaction which goes a long way compared to other money hungry services. They seem genuine and caring.

Both ladies were wonderful. They were very professional and our house looks fantastic! I couldn't be more happy with your services. Joyce and Janette transformed the house in the best way.

I love Tidy Casa cleaning service. We’re on the every 2 week plan and it is truly such a blessing to work a long day and come home to a beautifully clean home. Graciela always goes above and beyond to make our home look and feel amazing.

You were very pleased with the cleaning service on the deep clean. It was expensive at 500 bucks but well worth it as we were moving out. My only complaint was they broke One of the window shades in the cleaning process
If I use them again, I was specifically pointed out the areas where I went additional cleaning. They were good on the requests that I made on this first one.
