The Team at Molly Maid did a terrific job cleaning the entire condo and make it look move in ready.

My time with Molly Maid in PV started off well but ended extremely poorly and I would not return to using them even if complimentary. For several months I had to continuously remind the crew of basic things (when you clean the shower, please wipe the tub of your footprints; put the garbage bags in the garbage containers, don’t set them next to containers outside where birds and critters will open them; when I lay out towels for the bathroom, please change them; when changing sheets, remove the dirty sheets and do not simply put clean sheets on top of dirty sheets or pillow cases).

After continuous complaints and conversations I simply had to stop.

However what was most frustrating was the customer service in response to this.

I was basically told that I must have miscommunicated with the crew. And that I should note exactly what I want done each week and they’d add it to the notes.

They sent me the “normal cleaning guidelines” which aligned to what I had always asked and requested. Basically, the identical services offered for a home cleaning that they, as a home cleaning company, do. But I added them all to the notes.

Even with this note, there were mistakes weekly and the level of customer care after the fact was very poor.

I had my home cleaned by Molly's Maids. Team 4 and I was so amazed with the outcome. Very thorough...gave my place a new feeling. So nice to relax and know your home is being clean the way you want it to be! WILL DEFINITELY USE TEAM#4 AGAIN AND ALWAYS!

Molly Maid is the absolute best!!! When our previous cleaning company closed service in our area, Molly Maid came to the rescue, and our experience with them has blown us out of the water. They are always consistent, communicative, prompt, detailed, and leave our home sparkling and pristine every month. We love that the same people are sent to our home every time, which means that the experience and quality of the clean is consistent, that they promptly arrive when they say they will, and it's awesome that each team consists of at least two members so that things aren't rushed or left unaddressed (something that happened with our previous cleaner). The results are the attention and care that sets this company apart. The office is also always pleasant and easy to talk to, and they were happy to find ways to work with our budget and needs. We are so, so happy with Molly Maid and can't refer their services enough. Run, don't walk, to hire them for any cleaning needs!

Update: 2 years later, we are still extremely happy customers of Molly Maid and everything in this review has still held true! We are always thrilled and satisfied with our cleaning and happy to interact with the nicest people at this company, both on the cleaning side and customer service side. Molly Maid has always been so helpful and flexible, even if we need to reschedule. Can’t imagine using anyone else as our cleaning company!

THE WORST CLEANING EXPERIENCE EVER

I have been using services from other providers(Amazon or Handy) and also from Individuals time and again for my current apartment.
Apart from the fact that this is the highest ever I paid for the similar/better cleaning of this Apartment, "Molly Maid" is the Slowest and Incomplete/Crappy Job I have ever experienced.

I couldn't find a better word to convey my experience and agony. Especially after the amount of Work I had to do to make my place easier for cleaning by getting moving most of the things to create better access for the job.

I will Never Ever choose their services again. I just want to make sure that I do my part of Responsibility by leaving a Review/Complaint to have the world apprised of my experience.

OMG! I cannot say how thrilled I am with Molly Maid! Judith and Blanca did a FANTASTIC job, and I was SO pleased! They literally did not miss a thing. Everything is so spotless. I hate using anything and messing it up. I plan to use them again and again. Thank you!

In 2.5 hours, their cleaning crew worked wonders. Great people. Great attitude and excellent work. Very happy with the service.

It came time for me to hire a service to clean my home. After several calls to different cleaning services, Molly Maid was the one and only one to return my call. I asked several questions because this was new to me, and was very impressed with the professionalism that was given me. I have had Molly Maids over a year now, they do a great job, always there if I need them for a quick clean after visitors, and has always showed respect for my home. No problem in giving them five stars.

Have been using Molly Maid for months now. My team is Tamera and another excellent staff member. I'm terrible at names. I really appreciate this team. Tamara is excellent and asks the same if those with her. The key is to communicate to them and share what is most important. Some customers want a lot of area covered fast. I don't. I want only a few key things done perfectly. Vacuum, wash floor and do bathroom area perfectly. The side of the tub feels like glass. All porcelain is glass. The mirrors and there are a lot, are perfect. The carpet is thoroughly vacuumed. I don't want a speedy job. Dirt damages the carpet. She also does the glass and other area that matters most to me. It is so appreciated. I try to tip well. I recommend Molly Maid and I also recommend Tamara and her choice of staff. Ty MM .

Jasmine and her team did a PHENOMENAL job on my house. I have family coming into town tomorrow and my house is literally spotless. They got stains out of my sink that have been there for years that I thought I couldn’t remove they put so much detail and time into every room. Will definitely use her team again.

Our house has never looked cleaner & Judith and Blanca did a fantastic job! Areas that were missed by other cleaning services were not missed by them! We will definitely be using them again!
