Amazing service! Aaron is incredibly detail-oriented and noticed things I had never even considered. His knowledge of plants and landscaping is impressive, he knows exactly how to care for vegetation so it thrives. My bougainvilleas have never looked better!

I just recently hired Big Boss Landscape after finding them on Google and checking their reviews, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Aaron and his team did a great job. The young man who came out to gather the information for our quote asked all the right question, was very knowledgeable and pointed out some problems i didn’t recognize as problems. His equipment was squared away, that gave me confidence his work would be done right. The price was fair, the work was done on time and as quoted. Aaron did an amazing job removing two Sissoo trees that were becoming a serious risk to my home’s foundation, including the stumps and invasive roots. He truly went above and beyond and made the whole process easy from start to finish. His communication was clear and transparent before, during, and after the work, which I really appreciated. A few months back Stillwater was doing landscaping for the HOA and they damaged our trampoline net so giving a 2 star since Glen tried to send us a new one however it was the incorrect size so to make it up he said they will trim our willow tree on the side of our house so we agreed and they did it about a month ago and this week I received our water bill which was over $200 and normally it runs about $80. After searching around panicking we found they broke off our irrigation head and failed to tell us so water had been gushing out when the sprinklers would turn on and of course we don’t go over to that area and they run during the day alot set up on timers so we had no idea. I called and spoke with the receptionist earlier this week who was going to relay the message an also I messaged Glen and still have not heard anything back, I tried calling again yesterday an today and it goes to a answering system that says voice mail is full. I’m so ticked off as I was not expecting such a high bill to pay and no extra funds to do so at this time. I just don’t understand why they couldn’t of reached out right away so all this could of been avoided! Hopefully this will get back to the owner/s and if they correct it I will update my review. I received my answer back from the company and they are denying they damaged it. Its pretty cut and dry they kicked or stepped on it bit is what it is and I updated my review!

Not landscape related at all.. I'm a contractor and was stranded on the side of the road on the way to the gas station. As Moises and Edgar were driving by I was able to motion to them I needed help pushing Tahoe out of the way. They understood and made a u-turn to help me..

After learning I was out of gas they quickly offered a bit of has to get me to gas station., they refused payment as it wasn't their gas.

Imagine how well they will do for landscape clients!

These guys do my HOA and it’s awful, but that’s not my complaint. My gripe is that their trucks repeatedly cut the line at the dump and squeeze in front of others instead of getting in the back of the line. They tried doing it to me today again and then flipped me off when I wouldn’t let them in, and then pulled ahead to cut off the truck ahead of me. It wasn’t to weigh out either as they had a full load.

they are spraying leaves all over people cars and then blowing it off, I live in Surprise farms 1. If the is damage on my car I will sue you

If you are a Business Owner or HOA looking for a Landscape Co, then I highly suggest you Not Consider Stillwater Landscape in Phoenix.
I live in a community that the HOA hired them to do the landscaping for 580 homes with parks and green belt areas and I feel they are the Worst Co we have ever had in the 12 years I have lived here. They have been so bad that I don't let them trim my bushes or mow my yard. However, their weed sprayer guy came when I wasn't aware and you can see from the pictures that he can't control his hose and killed the winter grass in multiple yards in the community...2 spots are in my yard. I can't believe how bad they are. We pay them $40,000 a month and I am not sure of anyone that is happy with them. No one speaks english on the crew, the manager that oversees the crew isn't on the property regularly, they did major cutbacks and killed bushes and plants, they turn the water timers off and forget to turn them back on, it took them 3 tries to get the winter grass right in many homes. I can share multiple problems with them and I would fire them if it was up to me. I suggest you Not hire them.

As the president of our HOA, we spent a significant amount of time searching for the right landscaping company and ultimately chose Stillwater Landscape Management due to their reasonable pricing.

After hiring them, we were assigned a manager named Tony, who has been a tremendous asset to our community. Our neighborhood looks beautiful because of the hard work and dedication he brings to his crew.

Tony is always communicative when issues arise and addresses them as quickly as possible. Our grass has never looked greener, and the new bushes and trees added to our common areas look incredible.

I truly appreciate working with Tony. He is easy to communicate with, friendly, and provides fantastic customer service.

Steve is a landscaping artist! He walked us through step by step to pick out of perfect yard. I know mothing about trees and plants, but Steve was able to reccommend a variety based or some colors we chose or the maintenance required. I did not think choosing options for the landscape was going to be such a daunting task, but Steve S was able to make it as painless as possible. Ficus trees all the way!

Horrible service. Do not use their services as they do not do a good job at all. Waste of money. I am so disappointed. Grading is not consistent and sloping is also not done properly. Water is accumulating at many spots. This so so disappointing. I do not recommend Gothic Landscape to anyone. I wish I had an option to give zero or negative stars.
