Lone Star Landscaping was first class all the way from planning to the finished product. Tony was fabulous and always communicated with me. Lone Star landscaped my front and back yards including tons of pavers, turf, rock and a fire pit. My yard is the talk of the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Lone star was great, we have had them landscape our front yard, work was professional and highest quality. They finished the work quickly and it really looks nice. After our experience with the front yard we had them tackle our backyard. They travertined the entire pool deck, extended the patio and the backyard is incredible all for a great price. I can't recommend Lone star enough they are great and finish out the work on time and are very professional.

Lone Star has recently completed our front and backyard renovation and it has turned out better than I could imagine! Chris was great to work with, he helped us with the design and kept within our budget. We had our old grass lawn removed and replaced with pavers, a new pool deck, new landscape rock,and landscape lighting. The crew was really efficient, professional, and they always cleaned up at the end of the day. I called Lone Star because of their excellent reviews and I am glad I did. Thank you Chris!

Lone Star just wrapped up my front yard landscaping project a few days ago. My wife and I are very pleased with it!

I met with Chris and could tell right away that he had a lot of knowledge. He was good at listening to my nebulous ideas and then helping to ground them to produce realistic solutions. I wanted to modernize and 'green up' my yard. Realistically a redwood forest type of yard just isn't feasible in Phoenix, so Chris helped select a layout and plants that will be able to handle Arizona summers but also aren't just your standard cactus and palo verde trees.

The project was completed in only a few days. The crew seemed to be hardworking and effective. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves when they left. Jamie kept me updated as things progressed (since I was at work most of the time).

During the final walk-through Chris took the time to answer all of my questions and explain things thoroughly. He noticed a cap had been left off one of the wires and said he'd be back first thing the next morning to fix it. This is something I probably wouldn't have spotted on my own so I appreciated it. After he left I realized that the irrigation controller for the front yard was just a few feet from my backyard lawn sprinkler valves (which had been controlled from the garage on the other side of the house). I shot Jamie/Chris a message asking if there is anyway I could just connect the lawn valves to the new irrigation controller. Chris said that of course they could do this. Even though this wasn't part of the original plan and was some extra work for them they took care of it. I was already very happy with these guys and this just set it over the top.

I 100% recommend Lone Star for your landscaping needs! They are easy to talk to, professional, and very knowledgeable about how to create a fabulous looking yard. Looking forward to seeing how it will look in a year once the plants have had a chance to grow a bit!

I found Lone Star through their website after seeing a picture of an outdoor fire pit that I liked. Chris emulated the project perfectly by getting Phoenix permits handled, tapping into a pre-existing gas line, extending the gas 70 feet and building a beautiful flagstone fire pit with boulders complete with new electrical outlets. The project turned out exactly as expected and we're pleased with a whole new area of our yard. Additionally, as the projected wrapped up there was a loosely-related electrical issue and he responded quickly to the problem after he had been paid, which is uncommon and highly appreciated.

I worked with Chris with Lone star Landscaping on few projects. We provided the stone work material. The jobs that they have design are beautifully and skillfully done. They pay attention to detail. Chris does a wonderful job communicating their clients designs and needs so that we are able to provide the best work. He also provides you with reasonable timelines and inspections of job completion. All of the staff at Landscaping is professional and very nice. We enjoy working with this company and if you are considering someone that is skillful and knowledgeable in the field please don't hesitate to reach out to them.

We recently completed a patio makeover which included a lot of demolition, engineering and design and building an outdoor fireplace, plants, fire bowl, planter bowls, sprinkler system, lighting and travertine patio & stacked stone. We started with another landscaper and had to terminate them due to fraud. Chris at Lone Star stepped in and helped us start over. Wow! What an amazing job they all did (Chris, office staff & laborers)! They were all so professional and hard-working and made sure every detail we wanted done was taken care of in a timely manner. We also added some additional work in the front yard once they got started. Our back yard is so beautiful and now a true outdoor living space. We still can't believe it's our yard when we look out the windows. It only enhanced our view of the golf course and mountains. We would recommend them to anyone needing work. They have great resources and are so knowledgeable in their work. We are definitely calling on Lone Star for our next project (hopefully Phase 2 of the rest of the yard). It is so comforting to know they do have your best interests in mind. Chris never recommended something that was questionable. Jamie in the office was always more than willing to help with any detail, always seeing it through to the end. The laborers were so professional and had a wonderful attitude, even though they are working outside in 110 degree sun. THANK YOU LONE STAR for an amazing job!!

We engaged them to remove and replace our backyard patios and install a beautiful pergola. Tony oversaw our project, and he was exceptional! I had ideas but Tony brought wonderful suggestions regarding both design and materials. Our backyard has truly been transformed.

Tony responded to my first outreach very quickly (when so many never even returned a call). He continued to be incredibly responsive and the utmost professional. Their team was very busy with multiple projects, as well as dealing with supply chain issues. Tony set clear expectations regarding deliverable dates and actually completed the project ahead of schedule. He stayed with every step of the project, came onsite to ensure all was being done as requested. etc.

Additionally, the construction team was very skilled in their respective areas and all were very respectful and professional.

Just a wonderful experience with an outstanding outcome.

We obtained several bids for a simple outdoor BBQ. We went with Lonestar Landscaping because their gallery of photos was beautiful, the Google reviews were very positive, and we liked Chris when he came out for the bid. In the end, we are really happy with the outcome. It took way longer than we had thought - nearly 3 1/2 months for this BBQ. There were times when we couldn't get ahold of Chris and weeks when nothing happened. While some was due to Christmas, the project didn't seem well coordinated - they had to re-do several aspects of the build due to lack of coordination of the appliances (eg size, orientation, placement). Maybe we were just a small project and work wasn't a priority, but just seemed like there wasn't precise project management.

live in Paradise Valley and I wanted to use a landscaping company that was capable of doing everything from the pool and landscape design all the way through to the small details and I wanted somebody that was easy to work with and had the ability to to see the whole project through. I talked to a couple other landscape companies prior but just didn't feel they had the skill level or the confidence for that matter to take on such a project. I had a a pool built along with a putting green a basketball court and a sand volleyball court as well as some landscaping and other things. Even now after everything's been completed they're always there when I need them just to answer questions and it's hard to put a price on that

Cris and his team did a fantastic job. They completely stripped the backyard and installed pavers, artificial grass, bar with built in BBQ, fire pit, plants, irrigation system and 20x20 shade structure. He was very attentive to ideas and gave us excellent suggestions. We absolutely love our new space.

Chris and Christy managed the rebuild of my pool and backyard and it turned out beautiful. It was enjoyable to talk about ideas to enhance the aesthetics and rely on their experience. They never panicked when I proposed another idea for a change and worked with me to flush the idea out and make it happen. The crews doing the work were friendly and professional. They scraped the front yard, widened our front driveway, added an additional driveway, gave us a new side yard and a Lanai. We use those areas now more than ever!

Landmasters was responsible for clearing our entire backyard of concrete and gravel and then landscaping it for us. Eric was terrific at advising us in our choice of materials and maintenance going forward. His crew was meticulous and hardworking and dependable, and got the job done on schedule. Landmasters installed two new drip irrigation lines for our backyard. The crew was very careful not to push a bunch of rocks and dirt in our turf, and made sure to move lights and other breakable accessories out of the way. After the install was complete they put everything back and cleaned up incredibly well. They made the place look better when they left it than when they arrived. They did an awesome job and would recommend!

Fantastic job! I’ve been using Landmasters for landscaping for seven years. We decided to redo our backyard and used them to design and build it. I was impressed with how well designed it turned out.
