I bought a new build home and hired Outdoor Xscapes to do the backyard landscaping. Joel did a beautiful design based on what I explained I wanted, with a very detailed and fair estimate. He showed how it would look at night when the lights were on, which none of the other contractors showed me. He also explained the warranty in great detail. All of that together sealed the deal for me to hire them. I got a patio overlay with pavers, walkway, drip system, lighting, artificial turf and many flowering plants. One plant died while under warranty and they were very prompt to replace it. I love my back yard!

Many companies can transform your yard, but few can do it with exceptional customer service like Outdoor Xscapes provided to us. Turning our dated yard into the space we have dreamed of began with a thorough meeting with Cindy. We wanted all grass replaced with artificial turf, a (rather large) brand new travertine patio, resurfacing of our pool along with pool upgrades to modernize our set-up.

Cindy made sure that she understood exactly what we wanted and took MANY measurements and photos before diving into her detailed design work. We were provided with many digital, full color images and videos before we even signed a contract or were asked for any money. This service alone took much of her time and it is hard to find a company that will do this leg-work before requiring a deposit. After some back and forth on the design, we knew we wanted to work with Outdoor Xscapes. The detail that went into the design and quote and the time spent discussing our dreams made us feel that we would be well taken care of during the whole process. We are so pleased to be at the end of the process and to see that we were absolutely right to go with this company. The yard looks exactly like the design and exactly what we had in our mind. The crews that worked on the property were respectful and spent much time here visibly working hard to get the job done right and in a timely manner. Any time we had a question, concern or thought we needed a change Cindy or Megan was easily accessible by phone, text or e-mail. Cindy and /or the project manager came out personally multiple times to walk the property with us and address little things as they popped up during the project. They always gave us options to try and keep the work economical and had many great ideas. As with any job, there are going to be "hiccups" or unexpected things that come up: We truly feel that we were well communicated with on these issues and that the conversations were always polite and professional. Sad to say, but this is not the case with every company either. I will happily recommend this company to any one that needs outdoor work done and I personally will be using this company for any needs that arise in the future. The whole experience was above and beyond what we expected (after bad past experiences with another similar company). A huge thank you to Outdoor Xscapes for all of your time and hard work on our yard. You have certainly earned our loyalty and this 5-star review.

We are so pleased with Outdoor Xscapes. We had them demolish an old built in fountain, & putting green, & replaced it all with tile pavers and turf. Ask for Adam, who designed the plan, and gave us an estimate. He was great and he remained very available through the completion, and his design was just what we wanted. The manager, Megan, and all of the crews were awesome as well. We highly recommend them & know that the next time we want anything done in the future, we will use them!

We found outdoor xscapes at the home and garden show and were a bit hesitant but had them out to take a look at our front patio. From start to finish, it was so easy and fast! Adam was so great to work with and we felt prioritized. Design process was easy and he brought our ideas to life. He gladly showed us his design and was happy to make changes as we saw fit. They did the project in a quicker time than expected and came out and checked afterward. We had a slight crack in the stucco and within two days of emailing, the crack was fixed.

Amazing staff, quality product, effective project timeline & very accommodating with top of line rendering to put your vision in a 99% exact 3D model! Adam was outstanding from the start of the quote with excellent communication, competitive pricing & very knowledgeable! Would recommend to anyone wanting a dream oasis & also for flip/investors to utilize them as they travel far/wide for their customers!

Outdoor Xscapes did a great job on our front yard. We met with Adam and he put together an amazing design
that we were super excited about. He led us through the process of picking the stone for the courtyard patio/sidewalks and specific plants. The crew showed up on time and worked hard to get it all done in a timely manner. They were super responsive and if we had any concerns or questions they took care of everything. From start to finish every crew that was involved with the building of the pool and landscaping was spot on with their workmanship. They were all on time, friendly and left everything finished and clean. The entire process was done within 3 weeks from the day of the excavation, which was great. Adam came up with a great design and Megan kept us informed all through the entire process. We would highly recommend them and Outdoor Xscapes for any pool or landscape project you may need. We have used Outdoor Xscapes for multiple projects now and have been extremely pleased every time! Adam is very knowledgeable and provides valuable information as we work together on the designs. I already have plans for the next backyard project I will have them do!
