I love our new backyard!!! RX did such a great job! They do very detailed work, and are very honest……and reasonably priced. We are having them come back in the fall to install plants and trees. I would highly recommend RX landscaping.

I’ve had such an amazing experience with the RX team! I recently purchased a home with my spouse & we went through instagram one day looking at different ideas of what we wanted to do with our yard… there was a quote given to us that was unbelievable & we felt defeated but with continued looking & finally the gut to try again we came across RX & the first day that we spoke it was an amazing feel that washed over us. There was this young man sitting there telling us his story of how his business got started & providing us with information as opposed to just throwing numbers & things at us he made sure to hear us out & give us the information we needed at that moment. Fast forward he & his team started working diligently to complete our front & backyards… when I say it’s breathtaking! My puppy loves it & my as do my spouse & I… we have been out there every day! Thank you all for making us apart of the RX family & for remaining professional & diligent in your work!

Highly recommend this company! Great quality and fast work! Very communicative on the options we could use to stay on budget. Will be using them again once we have some more $ for the front yard.

Careless and Unprofessional – RX Landscape Ruined My Pool

I strongly advise against hiring RX Landscape. They abandoned my project after submitting a bid, showing complete disregard for their contractual obligations. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, they ignored my requests and failed to take responsibility for their work.

To make things worse, their employees left my property in a complete mess. As seen in the attached photos, they left trash and debris in my pool, showing a total lack of professionalism and care. Additionally, they damaged my pool surface and tiles, leaving behind visible scuffs and stains. Instead of improving my outdoor space, they made it significantly worse.

Even after the Arizona Registrar of Contractors issued a directive requiring corrective action, RX Landscape refused to fix their mistakes. This company has proven to be irresponsible, unreliable, and untrustworthy.

If you value your property and hard-earned money, DO NOT hire RX Landscape. Their negligence and lack of professionalism will only cost you more in the long run.

Dear RX Landscape,

Your attempt to downplay the condition in which you left the project and shift blame for the resulting consequences is both disappointing and inconsistent with the facts—facts which have now been formally acknowledged through a legal proceeding.

The Arizona Registrar of Contractors referred this matter to an Administrative Law Judge, who issued clear and unequivocal findings. Specifically, the Judge concluded:
1. You abandoned the contract by submitting a bid and failing to perform the work as agreed, in violation of A.R.S. § 32-1154(A)(1).
2. You failed to take appropriate corrective action after the Registrar issued a written directive, in violation of A.R.S. § 32-1154(A)(22).
3. Based on these violations, the Judge recommended that your license be suspended for two days, and that you be fined $500.00.

These are not opinions—they are legal conclusions based on evidence, issued by an impartial tribunal. They validate the concerns I raised from the outset. Your assertion that the job site was left in acceptable condition, or that you were denied the opportunity to complete the work, is directly contradicted by these findings.

As for the pool damage, while you did ultimately cover the resurfacing costs, that was a reactive step taken after the damage had already been done—not a proactive act of professionalism. The burden of resolution should never have fallen to a formal complaint and administrative hearing.

Going forward, I will continue to pursue this matter within the proper legal channels, as I have done from the beginning. I encourage you to take accountability rather than attempting to revise the narrative. The record now speaks for itself.

Overall my experience with Rx Landscape was fantastic. Roman and his crew have the best customer service and made the entire process painless and fun. The pricing is reasonable and overall my family and I are extremely satisfied and love our new front and back yard. I highly recommend reaching out to Roman!

RX Landscape went above and beyond our expectations when it came to redoing our backyard. Roman was always answering our questions and provided us with all the answers we needed to feel comfortable throughout the process. The demo and install went so fast thanks to the amazing RX team who worked tirelessly even in the rain to finish the project before our deadline. Roman and his guys did a great job on our yard. We are extremely happy with how it turned out. Initially we had some communication issues but Roman came back to make it right and finished the job. The quality of the product is top notch and definitely worth the money. See photo for the finish product.

RX Landscape did a magnificent job transforming my backyard into the home sanctuary my family dreamed of. Through each moment of the experience, from initially meeting in person for an estimate to the final handshake, I felt well taken care of. I had little success getting quotes from companies that were local to me in Maricopa. RX, on the other hand, responded to my inquiry immediately. Moreover, they provided samples of the turf, travertine, and pavers that I could keep, so I knew exactly the quality product I would be getting. I had a very reasonable quote in less than 24 hours of meeting. Most commendable was their communication and willingness to work with me in finalizing my design ideas. The end result speaks for itself. They took my design on paper and constructed it better than I imagined. In spite of the record-setting July heat, the crews worked tirelessly with meticulous craftsmanship to finish the project in two short weeks! My wife and children are ecstatic with our new yard. There’s plenty of room to run around and ride tricycles, host a barbecue, or light a bonfire. I chose to not add plants and trees, yet, due to the heat, but I have big plans to add onto our new dreamscape that I will not hesitate to reach out to Roman, Karina, and the team again. Stay away! Buyer beware!! This company screwed up multiple times resulting in damage and/or death of our landscaping. We know which plants had issues from the nursery and which were not watered properly after his company (on video) programmed our water timers. His own tech came out to fix the issue and said it was their fault and that the owner was a good guy and would take care of it and replace the landscaping they killed. The owner took no responsibility and accused us of messing with the timer. The only time we touched it was to turn it on to verify it wasn’t watering properly. He took my husband in illogical circles on the phone and could have cared less. He blamed others and tried to say it must be transfer shock like the nursery said. They only offered that because they weren’t aware at the time they weren’t receiving water. The owner has proved unethical and ruined thousands of dollars in landscaping and basically said it must be you or your nursery. Not a good person, not a good company. I am sure he will post some ridiculous accusation or explanation to this review. We have video proof, reported them to the BBB and are taking him to small claims court because we can prove it was their mess up and the owner lacks any integrity in our experience. Do not use!!!!
