These guys did a full new irrigation system at our house with 300 feet or so of PVC piping, 10 multiports, replaced inline valves, pressure reducers, backflow and electrical. Superb work. Will allow for extensive landscaping in the future.

I can’t rave enough about how happy I am with my yard. 15 years in this house struggling against the grass types and weeds has wore me out. David came to look at my yard and expertly helped me understand the 3 various types of grass growing and competing against one another. Between that and the spurge (I have learned so much about weeds too), dicondra, and clovers were winning the war in my front yard. He came up with a plan to not only help me get my yard back, but took the time (and continued to help me) to share his experience and expertise with me so I can win the battle for my yard! They eliminated all the weed/grass problems, encouraged me to level my yard, came back and planted seed and topsoil and ensured my sprinkler system was efficiently able to water as needed during the growing and germinating process. One HAPPY lady here! We are excited to maintain a working relationship and plan to have him return for winter seeding. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I am disappointed that the pool tile that was installed by Outdoor Xscapes last year is already falling off the perimeter of the pool.
I contacted them via email and phone a few times, I was told they have are waiting for the grout to fix it.

Hopefully, it comes soon!

So pleased with the outcome of my project. The designer Garrett came and met with us personally and was able to give me exactly what I wanted. His 3d walk through designs were phenomenal. The job was finished in a timely manner without any issues. I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you want something unique and functional.

Best Landscape company out there! They made my backyard paradise for me and my partner. I cant wait to go out at night and watch the stars with him while listening to the soft sounds from my fountain. The only reason I went with this company, was because Joel was so tentative to our every need. He never failed to call and check in on us even after the project was completed. My experience with Outdoor Xscapes was the best experience I have ever had with a remodel project. Joel, my salesperson, was extremely responsive through the entire process and he delivered exactly what he promised. The crew was fantastic - they showed up when they said they would, they worked hard, they were friendly and they finished the project ahead of schedule. I would recommend this company to anyone!

STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!! They don't value new customers time or business. On the initial consultation for a new pool the designer we had seemed to immediately have the opinion we weren't going to be good enough clients and told us it would take her a week to get us a quote. When we mentioned a grotto fit the pool she acted as if she had no idea what a grotto even was. Also to note we had to call to even make sure they were coming since after nearly 40 minutes from our appointment time we had no call or email stating they were running late or coming at all. She blamed her calendar being in the wrong time zone as to why she was late, cue excuse number 1. So we waited a week and still no quote, we quote them asking for the quote that was promised in a week time and was told the designer needed 2 more days, excuse number 2. Annoying but we said fine we will wait. Come two days later still absolutely no response from them so we messaged again. Cue all the excuses. First was the designers excuse of she messed up and switched up the clients so we got forgotten, then was the excuse of they do everything custom and still needed quotes for materials and would need ANOTHER WHOLE WEEK!!! for a quote to give us or even a design. We have talked to three other custom pool builders and recieved a design and quote within 3 business days trying to make sure we were getting the best of our options. The fact that they keep making excuses is completely unreasonable and just a huge waste of time for us.

Edit in response to the owner response: you not fitting our time line is not the point. There was no specific time line in place but you should meet your own time line of a week and not keep making excuses to add for another week when you forgot about us in the first place. Your five star reviews on Google are only compared to other websites like yelp that we should have listened to more where you're not even a 3 star rating. The fact is we got disrespectful comments about we were forgotten because they decided to help another client instead is unbelievable. PLEASE CHOOSE BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

We were VERY pleased with outdoor Xscapes. The workers were very professional and respectful. Adam (design consultant) knocked it out of the park with his attention to detail. He listens very well to the customer wants.

Adam provided some great ideas and was able to express best practices for pools and landscaping to help us make the best decision. He was very willing to listen and collaborate with our requests and ideas so we could develop the best solution for our needs.

We worked with Adam Dark on a proposal for a backyard remodel including pool decking, patio flooring as well as outdoor kitchen with pergola. He developed a good design based on what we wanted. When we asked for changes to the design, he was accommodating and provided digital photos. We found him knowledgeable and responsive to our questions and concerns. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Our finished backyard exceeded our expectations. Mike, Crystal, and the crews were always professional, listened, and followed through on every aspect of the project. They've created a whole other living space for us to enjoy, even during the summer months. Met with several landscape designers before choosing their services. Reasonable pricing and timely finish. We love our patio extension and sidewalk additions installed by Ourdoor Xscapes. The work was performed in a timely manner with the exception of city permits which was a fault of the city. They listened to my concerns and addressed them. I recommend them.
