We had an unfortunate collision of car sickness, red Gatorade and new carpet. Michel was able to restore the carpet and put an enzyme down to remove the smell. The carpet looks fantastic again and there's no trace anything happened. Great pricing was the cherry on top of excellent service and good communication. I found Hydroclean by searching Google reviews. Michele (the owner) was fantastic. He was easy to schedule, and did a fantastic job with the tile and grout cleaning. I was so happy with the job he did on the tile that I asked him to also do my area rug/carpet. Everything looks and smells clean again—which I had forgotten was possible given that I have 4 dogs. Michele’s prices were also very fair. He does not nickel and dime you. I will 100% be calling him back in a year or two when more cleaning is needed.

My family and I moved into our current home about 2-1/2 years ago and never had the air ducts cleaned or inspected. I had HyrdoCare Services come out to check out the situation. First of all!! He came the same day!!! We have a puppy that had vomited on a very expensive couch and we tried many times to get out the smell ourselves with no luck ! M came and not only erased that smell and deep cleaned our couch , but the entire couch looks brand new! We were discussing reupholstering and now we don’t have to!! We will use him again and again and recommend him to everyone! Very knowledgeable and so professional . An A++++++ experience !!!
