They were able to get rid of stains, including food, dust, and markers (kids). They were easy to communicate with, on time, and gave us a great price. Hyde Care Cleaning is the BEST! Michelle was kind, respectful and timely. He cleaned tile and grout with phenomenal outcome. Grout was black and he was able to get it to its original color which is an off white. Is you are in Moon Valley or North Phoenix and considering a tile, you will not be disappointed with Michelle or anyone at Hydro Care Cleaning.

Michel was professional and a straight shooter, which I appreciate! He came out to our house in New River right away to clean the dryer vent which is great because we do several loads of laundry every day! Highly recommend.

Michel did an incredible job deep cleaning our sectional. We also needed some reupholstery work, and he went above and beyond by connecting us with someone who could help. He even picked up the cushion himself, took it to the upholstery shop for an estimate, and brought it back to our home once the work was completed. He communicated quickly, showed up fast, and was professional and friendly throughout the whole process. Hands down way better than Stanley Steamers or any of the big-name cleaning companies! He also added a pet treatment solution to ensure there were no traces of pet smell anywhere and it worked perfectly! He showed up as promised - I’ve had about three people schedule and no-show! I had HyroCare Services clean 3 rugs and our L-shaped sofa sectional for us. We are very happy with the results, everything is looking brand new again! Wow, great service and experience. The owner is very professional, communicates quickly, and very reasonable prices. Carpet looked like new after he was done with it!
