John and Joseph were fantastic! They arrived on time, were incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my move was as smooth and successful as possible. They even offered to assemble my bed frame at the new place, but I declined because they had already done such a great job. I didn’t want to take advantage of their hard work. I’m extremely satisfied and would highly recommend their services!

Absolutely great experience! The team unloaded a 15-foot U-Haul in under an hour—quick, efficient, and professional the entire time. They went above and beyond to protect the floors and entranceway, and made sure everything was placed with care. I’d definitely work with them again and highly recommend their services!

From the beginning, my moving process was a breeze! I had previous issues with MovingHelp.com in the past, and when I booked my two U-Boxes, I knew I wanted to hire movers on my own. I picked POG and Tim reached out immediately to see if he could help in my booking. From that point forward, I have nothing but rave reviews from Tim’s attentiveness, to the ease of use with their online system, to constant updates/communications/confirmations, all the way to the day-of when Joseph and Alex were extremely polite, communicative, and extremely efficient! They moved me into my 2nd floor, 2bd/2ba apartment in less than 2 hours! 10/10 for POG movers. Thank you so much for making my move 100% seamless!!!

I hired the POGS movers to load a pod container for me. They were very professional, clearly very skilled and experienced, clean (they layed a mat and ramp at my door; and brought their own equipment) and very friendly and polite.
Pods take skill to load (I've used them many times) and they appeared to be experts.
They handled my belongings with care and even wrapped a few things I didn't have time to get to.
I have moved many times and these guys are probably the best I've ever hired.
Thank you so very much.
I would highly recommend their services if you want professional, conscientious and polite movers.

* UPDATE* POG Moving & Helpers BEWARE!!!!
We had a move scheduled with them on 01/16/24 and they ended up canceling our move after not showing up in the window of time that we were scheduled. They were going to be 2 hours late and then after being questioned they cancelled us. The owner will totally lie and try and turn this around onto the customer and use terms like God Bless You! Do not be fooled. If you have any trouble they will lie to get out of it. Just found out today that they tried to reschedule our move which we didn’t need anymore to 05/11/25 hoping we wouldn’t catch it and be charged. I have reported them to U-Haul and will be sending copies of the screenshots from their moving crew that was supposed to show up but never did. We were able to cancel the move. U-Haul said that if we wouldn’t have caught it the moving company could have been paid after a certain time. Nice try POG!

We had a scheduled move with this company to unload a truck. The movers called early in the morning to ask if they could come early. Our truck hadn’t been delivered yet so we needed them to come at the appointed window from 12-2. At 2 PM they contacted us and said they were an hour and a half away from us after we waited for them all day. When we complained and said it would effect their review they completely cancelled us and left us in a bad situation. Then they began to lie and say we threatened their employees livelihood. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional and worst company to deal with.

We were moving our offices to a new building and POG was fabulous to work with. They communicated timely and frequently and handled all the heavy lifting and loading/unloading. We highly recommend them to anyone needing to move!

Absolutely phenomenal experience with POG Moving Company! Joseph and Gabriel were total pros from start to finish. They were fast, yet incredibly careful with all of our belongings.What really stood out was how communicative they were throughout the entire process. I always knew what was happening and felt completely at ease. Moving can be stressful, but these two made it smooth and efficient. Highly recommend POG Moving Company and especially Joseph and Gabriel if you want a team that gets the job done right!

TL,DR: we hired these movers for a local move, their high-as-a-kite movers damaged our items during the loading phase and they refuse to take responsibility.

We hired POG movers to assist with a local move from North Phoenix to North Peoria (~20 min away). The helpers were hired for four hours to help load and unload only. Off the bat the experience was poor as we hired them via uhaul’s moving helper website for the “morning” of our move. Apparently they get to dictate which time “morning” actually means and you as the customer don’t have a say. They were set to arrive between 7-8am, when I called to push it back a bit I was told they have other jobs after mine and it wouldn’t be possible…but I could ask the guys to get there closer to 8am. Okay, great, we’ll roll with that.

Movers were supposed to arrive at 8am—instead they arrive around 9am. The two guys that showed up were high as a kite and reeked of weed. During the load process, the movers had access to many moving pads and shrink wrap to protect items, but only chose to use it on certain things. For example, our bed set was wrapped very tight, but our leather sofa and dining room table had little to no wrap at all. As a result, during the load process our dining room table was damaged as it was dropped and slid across the metal floor, and our leather sofa had the same fate. No big deal, we purchased moving load/unload insurance through U-Haul. Or so I thought. This company is so difficult to not just get a hold of, but to work with at all. Claims were denied because the movers “said they didn’t do it” and because I didn’t have “video evidence” nothing could be done. So note to self, wear your body cameras when hiring this company because their stoned movers will damage your property and plead the fifth.

Now, a month after my move, the company is combative and difficult to work with. They’ve stopped returning calls (three calls with voicemails left went unanswered) and take days to respond to anything through uhaul’s moving help website.

Save yourself the hassle and hire a different company.

Update: as you can see by the response, the owners are now accusing me of fraud & theft for trying to file a legitimate claim. Again, save yourself the hassle and future headaches.

I hired POG through U-Haul and these guys were great. Showed up right on time and worked extremely fast unloading a U-Haul trailer. They also were very thorough communicating ahead of the job so there was no haggling or anything like that when they arrived. Helped set up some furniture too. I knew it was going to be a good experience from the start because the crew grabbed a load of things to carry up before even seeing the apartment we were going to, just showed how they were ready to work and worked extremely fast and efficiently. They even sent a 3rd guy to make it go faster. Would highly recommend them as it was money well spent for a fast and easy way to get everything into my apartment.

WARNING! They crew of young men that were assigned to my move were friendly and nice but definitely not professional. They basically could care less about the QUALITY of my belongings. Several boxes were stacked on their side - including those that were clearly marked as FRAGILE. One box of toiletries was brought into my brand new house that was crushed from being on its side, with liquid spilling out of it. Turns out the baby oil bottle was crushed but they continued to carry it into my house, over my brand new pavers! They also did not properly cover/wrap my formal dining room table and scratched it with the boxes that were stacked on top of it during transit. I reached out to the owner, Lacy, and she could care even less!! Her response was "file a Homeowners claim". She has yet to reply to my follow up email with the pics that I sent.

Alex and Jesse are two of the hardest working guys I’ve met and got our 26 foot U-Haul unloaded in three hours. They absolutely crushed it and we would hire them again in a heartbeat. Thank you guys!

Recommend highly! Our movers were Jason and Vashon and they were quick and efficient! Finished the job in less than an hour and a half with both loading and unloading! We’re super helpful!

The movers themselves were very helpful however their “arrival window” was a suggestion, they showed up 40 min after their arrival window. I had to extend my U-Haul twice and move my move in time to accommodate for them. Aside from that they were skilled in making sure everything was able to fit in the U-Haul however a few things were broken during the move, I would have preferred to make a second trip rather than having broken things and having to replace them. They were good for my last minute change of plans and moving help but I would make sure you’r plans are flexible and get the moving insurance!

This is the 3rd time using POG. They are totally amazing and take such great care of our things. Definitely always goes above and beyond. Tip them handsomely as they work super hard. Thank you so much Jonathan, Elijah and the entire staff.

I was so impressed with my move! Both Alex W & Alex E were incredibly professional—so much so that I honestly thought they were the owners of the company. They treated my belongings with care, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t recommend them or this company more highly!

Alex and his coworker where very fast and efficient, they were ahead of scheduled and gave me a call asking if they could come earlier, whichwas perfect timing. They let me know when they would arrive and before I knew it the job was done. I would recommend POG and book with them again when the time comes.
