Johnny is a rockstar. I had a list of odd things that had to get done around our house including removal of our pool fence, some interior sheetrock patches and repaints. Johnny's estimate was super competitive, he was available quickly, and he completed the work beautifully. We are so happy we found him, will be using him again, and highly recommend you do too.

Last year Johnny remodeled half my condo; removed walls, added walls, fixed the last plumbers job, corrected me on code compliance when I suggest where to put the new outlets, beautiful job texture coating and painting. I had him back recently to remodel the rest of the condo. He picked out the LED lighting, filled in where the ugly fluorescent lights were, suggested the molding and door trim design; another perfect job from Johnny. I would recommend him for any repair or remodel large or small.

Johnny has been my Go Too repair person and renovator for over 20 years. He has always been timely,fair and provides a quality service. He has always handled decisions as if it were his own money. I contacted 7 handyman companies to inquire about installing a new water softener and Johnny was the only person who returned my call and I'm so glad he did. Johnny was great to work with. He showed up on time, communicated the steps he was taking during the install. Also, even before his scheduled date of installation, we were in communication about the type and brand of softener I was purchasing. My texts never went unreturned. I will work with Johnny again in the future, Oh, and he even texted me after the install to relay that he will return in a few days to check the connections and ensure there are no leaks. Fantastic!

Johnny C started doing home repairs, electrical jobs, painting for me in 1994. You name it, he can do it and do it right. Johnny C is so punctual, clean and above all else he is trustworthy. I sadly had to move to Texas and he can not be duplicated or replaced. I highly recommend Johnny for any home repairs you might need. You will not be disappointed

JCPro was hired to redo my kitchen ceiling, install a kitchen ceiling fan,
new pot lights, and install an island stove top range hood fan. Johnny C did all the work and did a beautiful job. He is very accurate on his performance on the above mentioned items. Johnny C cleaned up the area everyday. There was no mess for me to clean up. I highly recommend JCPro for any type of electrical or plumbing work. You will

My husband and I have used Johnny several times now. Johnny is a jack of all trades. We've used him for electrical, plumbing, and general construction. There doesn't appear to be anything he can't do. He's always been on time, great with communication, friendly, professional, honest, and works for a fair price. Johnny has become our go to for any home repairs and I feel very comfortable recommending him to anyone, including family and friends.

I didn't get to use them, but the phone experience was pretty telling. An actual person answered the phone, not a call center (yay!), but they said "hello", no business name or professionalism. Surprised at the response, I asked if this was a handyman and he said, "oh. Yeah". I told him “I needed an estimate for an exterior door repair”, and without asking for more details, or pictures or other information about the repair he said, "oh, well, uh, what are your cross streets". I felt like I was talking to "the roommate/buddy" who answered the work phone by accident and was looking for a way out of the call. I told him my cross-streets, which according to Google Maps, was five miles, about ten minutes away from his “business address” and he said "Sorry, we won't be able to do that, it is too small of a job, and we really won't make any money.” I felt like he didn’t have enough information to make that statement and felt brushed off, dismissed. Certainly, not someone I want to do something for me. I would not hire somebody like that.

I got quotes from two other contractors before this call after sending pictures and discussing the repairs over the phone/texts, one for three hours/$400, and the other for four hours/$650, so a $500 quote would not be out of line. It seemed to me that he just didn’t want the work, which is fine! He is his own boss (hopefully), he can make those choices. When you are on the phone, just be honest, don’t try and pull one over on the homeowner. Here is a quote from his website, which I read before the call:

“For over 25 years JCPRO has satisfied numerous clients when it comes to their need for any and all home repairs, renovations and installations, no matter the size of the job.”

Maybe he is good at his job, but maybe someone else should take over the phone duties.

Johnny came in on short notice to patch a hole in my shower ceiling after a plumber came in to do an emergency repair.Johnny is great to work with, easy to talk to, responds to emails quickly, and gets the job done with a high level of care and skill. No mess, excellent quality work. Highly recommended. His pricing was in line with another quote for the same work. When he saw the job in person after quoting, there were some unexpected challenges that were not part of the quote, and he explained clearly what they were before going forward. Very honest and reliable. Top marks.

John is absolutely THE BEST! My family had an emergency plumbing situation on a Sunday (of course) and he came over right away and stayed for hours to fix the issue. John goes above and beyond. He takes pride in his work and in helping people and there is no one I trust more for any kind of home or handyman services. I haven’t found anything yet that he cannot do….from the big issues, like plumbing, to hanging curtain rods for us! Add to that - he is honest and kind, communicates well and explains everything (with no mansplaining!). As someone who is NOT handy, there is no one I trust more or that I would rather call. I unequivocally recommend John for any of your home service needs. 5 out of 5 stars!!

Johnny at JCPRO Home Services is a true professional. We have hired him a couple of times for projects at our house. Johnny is fantastic! He came in on a minutes notice to repair our ceilings after the monsoon caused massive leaks in our roof. He worked with our schedules, cleaned up all the debris from the job, and was trustworthy and professional. His work is absolutely excellent.

Johnny added and repaired electrical and plumbing fixtures in my house. He also fixed the drywall, corrected the previous electrical work that was done incorrectly by the electric company, and ensured that everything was up to code. I suggested where to place the new outlets and lights, and he made sure to follow those recommendations.
