We had a great experience with Grey and her staff, they were on time, the cleaning crew did a nice job on the move out cleaning-Grey the owner came and shampooed the carpet in the bedroom and closet. This company is professional and hard working. I highly recommend them.

Mopstar Cleaners did an amazing job cleaning our home. They did an especially good job on the glass shower doors (which needed so much help!). They were friendly and professional, efficient and detail-oriented. When they were done, the house was so clean and it smelled clean, but not like chemicals (which i really appreciated because I'm sensitive to most household cleaners). I'm looking forward to them making my house feel brand new twice a month!

I hired Mopstars for a deep clean of our home and I am so pleased with the work. We have two dogs who shed a ton and I didn’t see a single dog hair. My husband and I moved from Queen Creek about 5 months ago. When we left the house, it was sparkling clean as it was up for sale. After a few months, we decided to rent it & sell at a later date. The new tenants were due to move in and in a very short time. I searched the area and locked in on Mopstar Cleaners. The reviews I saw were off the charts with over 300 extremely happy customers. I immediately called & spoke to Grey. We did a FaceTime together and I couldn’t believe the filth that was done to our home. There were even 2 bathrooms where toilets were left with urine inside! Grey reassured me countless times that I had nothing to worry about as she and her crew would bring it back to the condition it was left in. I called Grey countless times with questions. She was always calm & always set my mind at ease. I can’t find the words to express Grey’s professionalism, respect and empathy she consistently gave me! She refused to charge me until the house was fully cleaned, & I was happy with the job that was done. Unfortunately I was unable to FaceTime with her, so she waited until the tenants moved in & told me how the house looked AND if anything was missed. Our tenants LOVED how clean our house looked and there was nothing left undone! My husband called Grey and thanked her for doing such a great job with the filth she was left to tackle. I absolutely and completely recommend Mopstar Cleaners to anyone who wants a sparkling clean home!!

Fernanda did an excellent job. She removed all area rugs and mopped the floors very well. She also wiped down all kitchen cabinets. I am very impressed. Everything is clean.

We also appreciate that they go above and beyond for their clients. There have been times we are in need of various household items that they are willing to provide. I got a deep clean after living in my home for 5 months and just doing regularly vacuuming and cleaning, but haven’t had a deep clean since moving. I had Mostar cleaners come and it was really great they could accommodate my schedule and do it on a Sunday. Fernanda arrived on time and did a great job. I have a golden retriever who sheds a lot and they got all of her hair from the carpet. The service took about 4 hours for my master bedroom, master bathroom, kitchen and living room and another full and half bath. It seemed a little pricey considering I didn’t do the inside of the appliances but I’m still pleased with the service I received today!

The service was great. From the initial intake and bid to the cleaning. They went above and beyond to get me scheduled for a last minute clean service for an event I was hosting. The “Deep clean” was super thorough and they made sure to walk the home afterwards to make sure all expectations were met. 10 out of 10 would do again!

Vanessa and her crew did a fantastic job cleaning my apartment as I was due to move out. They met with me at my apartment and spent one hour to clean the apartment while ensuring all stains and debris were cleared. After an hour, I came back and did a walk through with her and everything was spotless and the place smelled amazing. I highly recommend having them help out with your cleaning services if you live in the Phoenix metro area.
