Angelica did such an amazing job! She showed up on time and was very efficient! She even got this stubborn tub stain out that had been haunting me for months. The front office coordinator Grey was so friendly, detailed, and helpful, it really made the entire scheduling and follow up process very easy. I am so extremely pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend Mopstar Cleaners!

They ripped off command strips taking the paint with them rather than taking them off carefully. They broke a piece of the floor and didn't tell me.

DO NOT use them! We have to make them come back to clean again on multiple occasions. The service has being going down the last 3-4 months. If we don’t clean the house before they come to clean the house, nothing is getting cleaned. What I mean by that is they won’t move anything when they clean, they just clean around things. The manager didn’t show up as promised to fix the situation. After 3 times of the manager not showing up and the service being poor. We canceled their service. And now it’s being 20 days, they don’t pick up the phone any more and we haven’t got our key back yet. DO NOT use them!!!

A Mika Cleaning Solutions team arrived precisely on time and after a survey of the job at hand immediately went to work on the carpets. I don’t know what cleaning solutions were applied but the carpets were cleaned beautifully, even the tough stains. I highly recommend Mika Cleaning Solutions to insure excellent outcomes.

During the final weeks of my pregnancy, I was nesting and preparing for the new edition to our family. I contacted MIKA Cleaning Solutions to complete a spring house cleaning. The service included a top to bottom detailed cleaning including the base-boards, shutters, and fans. After the cleaning, I was extremely impressed with the customer service, efficiency and the immaculate results. The house was sparkling clean. I was more than pleased to bring our bundle of joy home to a dust and spot-free home, thanks to MIKA Cleaning Solutions. I have recommended the GREAT service to my friends and family!

I had couple rooms with carpet that really needed a cleaning. I can say that the work was excellent and the carpets look and smell awesome like if they were new. What was even better is that they even cleaned by living room rug that I thought would never cleanable and now looks great.
I didn't know much about rug cleaning but the workers where able to even explain how the whole cleaning machine system what to look out for so that the work is done properly.
I'll for sure continue using MiKa Cleaning next time.

WHB cleaning has been amazing to work with! We hire them to take care of an HOA for us and Elena always sends us before and after pictures! She is always asking what we need for the property and I’d hire them in a heartbeat

Disappointed with the full move-out cleaning service. The cleaner arrived on time and the company was responsive via text, but they did a rushed wipedown despite charging for 5 hours of with. Swept dirt was left in the room corners, dirt on the mirrors, most surfaces untouched, and window sills were dirty. I had to spend hours re-cleaning the entire apartment myself afterward. 2 stars – would not recommend
