Vanessa and her crew were friendly, quick, and most importantly amazing at cleaning! We will be re-using their service and highly recommend to anyone needing their home cleaned!

Mopstar Cleaning Company has been an absolute blessing to our family, and we cannot thank them enough! My Godmother was out of the country for a year, and she generously allowed a family to stay in her home rent-free. The company was very great with communication and making sure we were satisfied with the job! We had Nataliia who came to our house at the time they said she would be there. She cleaned our house very thoroughly and efficiently. Our house looks and smells amazing. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone! Vanessa with Mopstar Cleaners was awesome! She and her team deep cleaned our home very well in preparation for the holidays. She showed up on time and performed a walk through before and after service to ensure everything looked good. I spoke with Camille to get the initial quote and she was very helpful and responded quickly. She also gave me a call after the service to ensure quality. The pricing was also the best I received after chatting with 5 different companies. Highly recommend and will be using them again!

I’ve gone back and forth a lot about whether to leave this review, because I genuinely don’t like doing this and I’m not trying to hurt anyone or damage a business. However, the more time I’ve had to process this experience, the more I feel that it’s important to share, especially for anyone considering booking a “deep clean” and/or has pets.

This was my first time hiring a cleaning service. I scheduled it while I was driving back from California so I could come home to a clean apartment for the holidays. Unfortunately, what I came home to was not what I paid for.

On first impression alone, many items were left haphazardly out of place. Furniture pushed far from walls, items taken from behind chairs and left piled on top, my couch cover left half lifted, and things clearly not put back after cleaning. Beyond that, the cleaning itself did not meet “deep clean” expectations: marks still on walls, spots left on mirrors, residue left in the kitchen sink.

There were also small but frustrating issues. My A/C was changed from “auto” to “on” without my knowledge (which I didn’t realize for some time), and magnets on my fridge were broken off their items and left scattered on the counter without any explanation.

Unfortunately, the more serious issues involved my cat and damaged items.

I specifically requested that my bedroom not be cleaned and noted that I have a cat. My confirmation email for this service explicitly stated “Excludes: bedroom.” While my initial question during the follow-up call was about whether I would be charged for that room, my primary concern was, and remains, that despite this written exclusion, the room was entered and my cat’s access to water and litter was blocked.

When I went into the bedroom, it was clear someone had been inside: the closet door (where his litter box is located) was shut, his water fountain was blocked by his carrier, an outlet had been unplugged so his air purifier and light were off, and items had been moved. This was discussed during my follow-up call. This room was intended to be my cat’s safe, undisturbed space while cleaners were in the apartment.

Additionally, multiple items were broken or missing with no communication about it:
• The top of my in-wall glass wax melter is completely missing (I can only assume it shattered and was thrown away).
• A shower shelf that had been securely mounted for two years was broken off and left in the tub, leaving behind adhesive that is very difficult to remove.

I did call to report all of this. Initially, I was offered a $50 refund. After expressing that this did not feel appropriate given the situation, including damaged items, entering a room that was explicitly off-limits, and compromising my pet’s access to food, water, and litter, I was put in the uncomfortable position of being asked what I thought was fair. Ultimately, I accepted a $100 refund just to be done with the situation, but I still paid $125 for an experience that caused more work, stress, and expense than it saved.

I want to be clear: I’m intentionally not naming the individual cleaner involved, because this review isn’t about targeting a person. It’s about accountability, communication, and safety. If items are damaged, customers should be told. If rooms are marked off-limits, that needs to be respected, especially when a pet is involved.

I truly wanted this to be a positive experience, and I hate having to write this. But based on what I experienced, I can’t confidently recommend this service, particularly for anyone with pets or specific instructions.

Edit for clarity: I’ve added two screenshots from my booking confirmation email that show “Excludes: bedroom” and that I noted having a cat in the home prior to service. I’m sharing these only to provide context and transparency for future customers, not to argue further.

I’m overjoyed to have finally found a cleaning company worth the spend. I like the structural method of cleaning options to choose from based on the needs of my home; but more importantly, a team of three people arrived promptly, to execute the job with an incredible attention to detail. I will caveat this message by saying I have only had one cleaning service thus far with Vanessa and her team, who did an exceptional job with the deep clean service I selected. Thank you very much to Vanessa and her team!

They were able to accommodate my custom needs for moving out of the apartment on very short notice. Showed up on time and worked hard all the way through. Fernanda was very nice and hard working and the company has excellent communication skills. I will definitely hire them again! Thanks ladies!

Mayra and her partner did a great job. They arrived right on time, did a quick walkthrough with me to make sure we were on the same page. They were thorough, efficient and considerate. At the end they asked me to go through and offered to address any areas they may have missed — I found some closet doors that hadn’t been dusted and the fixed it right away, happily.

Very impressed with this company, 100/10 would recommend! I called them this Monday to help with a deep clean of a friend's house who is just getting back into his home after a long hospital stay and the house has not been cleaned or even opened in months. Based on pictures alone I assumed it would be a multi-day clean. Mopstar worked with my timeline and got me scheduled for Wednesday to get it ready before he was scheduled to come home on Friday and got it done in one day with a 5 person team who worked tireless to clean everything that could be cleaned! Walls, doors, floors, appliances, countertops, toilets, shower doors where you couldn't even see through earlier that are like clean glass now. It all looks incredible! I'm just amazed at the attention to detail. I'm out of state and the communication was terrific from the start to the very end till the neighbor checked everything because Mopstar insisted on making sure it looked good before they leave! I have not seen service like this in a long time and if I could give them 100 stars I would. Worth every dollar of what I thought was reasonable price for that condition ! Can't go wrong with Mopstar for any cleaning needs you have, Thank you again for being outstanding and so kind to work with!

This company helped me out when another cleaning company shamed me and called animal control claiming I had 5 cats. I needed help with a deep clean and was hesitant at first since the other company made a stressful situation worse. They helped me get my place clean and smelling amazing again. I couldn’t believe it. The best part is they are pet friendly and were more than ok with my two cats. The kindness mopstar provided along with no judgement and complete understanding was something I really needed. I felt comfortable enough for a target run even. Thank you so much for the help I needed and highly recommend.

Mopstar Cleaners did a fabulous job for a move out clean in our Fountain Hills property!!! They got there exactly on the time they said they would and cleaned the entire 2500 sq. foot house top to bottom in about 4 hours. Everything is sparkling and ready for us to hand the keys over to our next tenants. Also side note, very nice people to work with and communication is so on point! I can't thank Grey and team Alexis enough for the excellent job they did and for getting me scheduled on short notice when my other cleaning service cancelled on me. I recommend Mopstar Cleaners to anyone who's looking for any cleaning and a 5 star experience!
