I saw some of their other jobs on Facebook and reached out to them to give us a bid on renewing our 20 year old pool and cool deck, and covered patio surface.

Our pool PebbleTec had darkened, and since we have a rolled bond-beam around the pool (instead of tile like some people) the calcium build up was terrible.

The cool deck was also cracked and shedding it's texture in most areas near the pool entry points, and looked every bit of it's 20+ years.

The covered patio surface had darkened from two decades of dirt and patio furniture abuse, and looked like it was from the 1970's.

In any case, I honestly didn't know what to expect and had visions of a $10K bid (which would make a renovation of our pool impossible). But I figured there's no harm in finding out, and I'm very glad we did.

The bid was quick, professional, affordable, and they were able to come perform the work very quickly. They drained the entire pool, sandblasted (glass beads) the PebbleTec, acid washed the entire thing, then washed and pumped all the slurry out into the sewer (per city requirements).

Once re-filled, the pool looked as bright, clean, and Caribbean blue as the day it was finished back in 1999... and we are extremely impressed with the results.

The next day they sent a crew to grind down, power-wash, and re-texture the cool deck, then used heat blowers to dry the entire thing so the paint would adhere perfectly. They repainted the entire deck and back patio area using a high quality commercial grade acrylic paint that matched the house perfectly and should last another 20 years.

The result was a complete refresh of our beautiful oasis and a rekindled pride in our home.

Most of all, it made hanging out in the back yard feel like when we first moved in, and it got us really excited about entertaining guests again very soon.

Have tried numerous pool services have not felt the love till I started with Love Pool service over 4 years ago. Their service is what every pool service should strive to be. Scott our weekly service tech is reliable, courteous and always goes beyond. He arrives weekly at the same approx time. Does his thing. Knows when the pool needs added chemicals, when to vacuum and brush the walls, clean the filters and let’s me know via text updates on any issues with equipment. Love Pool uses experience service techs that handle any repairs Scott is not able to handle. Generally handled the next day and problem resolved. If you are looking for a professional pool service company Love Pool is the way to go.

Started using Love Pool Care a number of years ago. A bit on the pricey side but it is worth to have a chemical genius like Scott Kelin to look after our weekly pool service. He has a great knack of being able to keep our pool clean, pristine and ph perfect.

Our Love Pool Care tech Scott has kept our pool in immaculate condition for many years. He is very focused on his customers, and I trust his expertise completely. We recently had a mama duck and nine ducklings that took up residence in our pool showing no signs of leaving any time soon. My wife and I were clueless as to what to do. We contacted many different rescue orgs over the next couple of days and none could help at the time or would only euthanize the ducklings. We were getting very stressed out with concern for the duckling's wellbeing and long-term effects on the pool. On his weekly visit, Scott took the time to corral the ducklings into a safe space and gave us the solid advice we needed as to how to proceed. Thanks to his help and guidance, we were finally able to find a rescue service that would take the mama & ducklings with them to be raised until ready to be released. The mama was having nothing to do with it and eventually flew away. Last we heard the orphaned ducklings were doing fine. It's this kind of old-fashioned care and attention to their customers' needs and techs like Scott that keeps me an enthusiastic Love Care customer. They are hands down the best.

Love Pool Care has maintained our 30 year old pool for many years. Robert does an excellent job of keeping it sparkling clean and clear even though it’s surrounded by desert trees. We are very pleased with the weekly service as well as occasional repairs. I think the charges are fair and appreciate that they are explained in advance. Highly recommend.
