They did an entire "pre sale" deep clean for me at a house I was selling in the area. Everything turned out great. I scheduled with them about 3 weeks in advance, and they were right on time and charged me just what they said they would. Good job!

They do an extremely thorough cleaning at fair prices. And so fast! I am not sure how they do it because I've never been able to get my house so clean:) if you are looking for a cleaning service, definitely give them a call. The staff was also very courteous and I commend their customer service!

He crew came in and cleaned for 2 hours nonstop. My condo looked fantastic when they were finished!

The team is very nice and the head girl, Nori, #2, was exceptional. I highly recommend them.

AMAZING we had the ladies in to clean my moms house she recently passed away and we wanted the house ship shape. Just got back and the house looks AMAZING! My mom was there 20+ years and it looks and smells like the day they moved in. Every detail was taken care of ceiling fans, stove, oven, fridge, even under the stair cupboard. Money well spent!!!

This company is amazing. I have used them three times for move in cleaning in the last year. They are prompt, courteous and do a fantastic job. We had three different teams and they were all friendly and professional. The standards in this company are clearly communicated to their entire organization.

I have been working with SPECIAL OPS for three years and had excellent cleaning services every two weeks with a great team leader. Three weeks ago I had my windows cleaned after having done so with Tim the owner before we moved in three years ago. The work was very disappointing. I have 65 windows on one level. One group of windows in a front corner were not cleaned and a screen left on the ground. Also my blind valance in Master bedroom was not put back on securely and fell and the ends broke off. Tim would not come back to inspect or repair even though I sent photos. I will continue housecleaning services every two weeks because the leader is excellent. But I will it continue with the windows carpet cleaning ir tile cleaning as I did and had planned to do because I feel that as a long time tehikar customer there was no empathy or spongy made for the oversights and damage. The window cleaning this time compared to the first was mediocre at best.

Special Operations Clean Team did a great job cleaning for us. They cleaned after a complete interior remodel before we moved in. Everything looks great. Very happy with the work and the cost.

Larry is the lead on the team I had. They were absolutely amazing. The 8 bedroom, 7 bath home was alot of work clearing out and then cleaning. Talk about hustle. Very impressive

The team worked hard and were very respectful. Upon doing a walk through i noticed a couple of places that were missed. When I showed them, they cleaned them before leaving.

After having an insulation disaster when a gentleman stepped through the ceiling of our dining room while a new air conditioner was being installed, we needed to have a deep cleaning done of most of our home. Team 6 was absolutely amazing. They arrived on time and made our home sparkle like a new model home in 4.5 hours. They even made a bow out of toilet tissue in the bathrooms and a fan in an envelope fold on the paper towel roll in the kitchen. I highly recommend this cleaning company

This company will come out and say they can do a full cleaning and will be perfect! But when they came they stretched almost every window in the house that was worth over 5 millions dollars! They don’t not care about your home they are just trying to make a quick buck! Don’t use them

I live in a 938 square. ft. Condo. Which I keep pretty clean. We were putting our place up for sale and needed someone quickly. Wish I had checked the reviews. I was quoted 50.00 per person, a team of 4. About 2 hours. They were here over 3 and cost me 666.00. Never again.......

They were very good. They did a good job and they were fast. And on time. Thx larry

Special Ops brings to mind military with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail. That is not what I experienced. Instead, I had 4 women (all of were very pleasant and smiling), only one of whom spoke broken English so communication was hampered. They were to be here 2 hours for a deep clean and if they needed more time, they were to call with permission to keep going. They went an extra hour without calling. After a few phone calls and clarification of the issue (thank God for technology that documents calls), they agreed to the original price.
Some things were well done, cleaning-wise. Not deep cleaning, however. This was to include moving the refrigerator and cleaning behind it. I had a plumber come today for an unrelated fix, and when he moved the fridge - well, I'm attaching that great
cleaning job that was done. Needless to say, I will not use them again nor refer any of my friends to them.

Top notch in every way; thorough, diligent and so helpful! So glad to have the team available for those extra projects we don't have time to tackle, and they do a much better job than we would even if we had the time!
