I was nervous having had a bad deep clean experience before, but I'm really happy with Tidy Casa's deep clean of our home! They paid special attention to the details I asked for and operated with care in our home. They were in and out in two hours. Our sofa is so perfectly vacuumed and fluffed, I don't know where to sit ☺️
I really like the portal that allows you to pick from a menu of specifics that you want - this is so great for clarity, expectation setting, and having a record of what was agreed upon. You can see exactly how much the extras are. I think the value was fair and I plan to use them again.

I'm a returning snowbird and hired Casa Latina to deep clean my home prior to arriving and I couldn't be happier. They did a fantastic job and I will definitely hire them again. They even made my glass shower doors sparkle ( and they were far from sparkly before).

We paid for a move out clean. The fridge and cupboards were not cleaned out so we did it ourselves before we did our move out walk through. Apartment “looks” nice but doesn’t feel clean like a typical move out clean should feel. They also showed up 15 minutes late outside of the hour window they give you. Anyone who has recently moved know how valuable time is when you’re moving. After hanging out at the empty apartment for an hour, the additional 15 minutes was frustrating. No update on the time until I reached out myself. This was the cheapest company we found online so you get what you pay for.

They were very patient with me as I still had items in the home and they worked around it and did an amazing job... I very much appreciate their work. I took a chance on a cleaning service as it's hard to trust people now days and they came through with flying colors. It's nice to not have to do anything else really especially when your so tired from moving into another place no on has time to then clean up another place.. The number one question you want to ask me??? Would I utilize them again.. Absolutely 💯..

We had a wonderful cleaning experience with Tidy Casa. They were very respectful of us and of our home. They worked diligently and thoroughly. They were on time and they were done in the time they estimated it would take after looking at our home. The cleaners we had were Sara and Damien. What also impressed me was they seemed to really enjoy cleaning - not something I ever really enjoyed. The products they use are eco-friendly and our home smelled so wonderful when they were done. The pricing is very reasonable.

My experience with Tidy Casa was that they were well organized. They tried immediately to accommodate my schedule for cleaning, which they did. They showed up within the time they stated and were very personable.

My house is just 1100 sf and they were here at least 3 hours for a deep clean. I was happy with my service!

Yelenis does a fantastic job with my apartment, and is very kind. Easy to work with the company as well as my schedule is tough and changes week to week with work travel . Was not sure at first I needed this service but its been a real game changer and allowa me to spend time at work /with friends

Cleaner arrived within hour window and was very nice. But he did end up missing my laundry room. It was also not clear on the website what exactly the move out clean included. Which was quite frustrating because I had to go back and clean my fridge, oven and drawers when all of my cleaning supplies were already packed. I understand if that is probably the standard it should just be clear on the website. The cleaner also quickly left before I could review anything so I saw he missed a patch of dirt in my living room too.

We scheduled a move out clean for our apartment and our experience with Tidy Casa was amazing from start to finish! The website is extremely user friendly and shows you costs up front- no need to wait for a quote and they clearly display their availability. Communication was great. Pricing was very fair. It was so nice to walk in and not only see how clean the unit was, but it even smelled super clean. You could probably eat off of our baseboards, ceiling fan, or blinds! Cass did an amazing job! Tidy Casa did an amazing job with one of my rental properties. The team was professional, thorough, and left everything spotless. Their attention to detail and great communication really stood out. I highly recommend Tidy Casa and will definitely use their services again!

The cleaners did a great job but missed a few places such as the edge of the countertop and baseboards in the kitchen.

When I brought up these issues over the phone, one of the workers Salina was very understanding and apologetic and was able to have the cleaners come again the very same day I called about it. I just had to show pictures of the areas missed. The cleaners came again and were very thorough, confirming every location in the pictures was cleaned to my satisfaction, and they even cleaned some places that weren’t in the photos. They were awesome and very nice!

My only concern is that over the phone I was told the cleaners could do the balcony of my apartment because it is small even though on their website it states they don’t do any outside areas. The person on the phone stated they wouldn’t be able to clean some of the stains but they could sweep. However, the cleaners stated they only did the inside of the apartment and nothing outside. They did offer to at least quickly wipe the table on our balcony which was very nice of them, especially since I’m now assuming the website was correct that that wasn’t in their job description. The person I spoke to must have been misinformed. So I would just be aware that they are not meant to do outside areas!

WOW! Truly such a fantastic experience and excellent service. I’ve never used a cleaning service before but hired TidyCasa to help clean my house before my upcoming wedding, and they did a phenomenal job. Our two cleaners showed up right on time, were super professional and kind, and let me know when they were done. My place was absolutely spotless! Will definitely be booking again!

For the most part it was a great job. One of the gals was very detailed, she left a couple nice little touches. Study did not get dusted but over all a good job!!
