He kept changing prices. He made inappropriate comments. I felt afraid . His work was good. I was very sick. I just got out of the hospital.He would not let me change appointment. Then he kept calling for more work. He wanted to clean my screen porch. I saw no sense in that. He called Adult Protective Services on me. I told him I was ill.

I gave him an unusually difficult carpet cleaning job, where a previous company had failed, and the owner continued to return and inquire and follow through until there was no question that the job was a success. Jan and his associate did a fantastic job on my tile floors. I had a room where a cat box was and the smell was so bad it was making me sick. Jan completely got rid of the urine smell. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.

Jan and his partner were great! They normally don’t do apartments for understandable logistics reasons but came back to mine since an adequate spot wasn’t available the first time for unloading his equipment. Once here they got right to work and left my sofas spotless. Pet hair, stains and a couple years of dirt were gone once the solution dried. I highly recommend this service!
