We hired Jan and his crew to handle some pet issues that others couldn’t. They were punctual, professional and very courteous. And most importantly they were able to get all of the stains and odors out saving me the expense of replacing the carpet. Highly recommend. Jan will be our go to guy from now on.

Jan cleaned my light colored and pretty dirty carpeting last week. He explained what he was doing and products used every step of the way. He also gave me helpful advice on how to keep it cleaner in the future. He is very experienced, his pricing was fair, and I am very pleased with how my carpet looks now.

Jan did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in my master bedroom and my guest bedroom after my tenant and her two chihuahuas moved out. His work was prompt and professional, without making any attempts to upsell me on services that he knew wouldn't work. I highly recommend his services!

Jan did a wonderful job on the carpets I had cleaned by him. I even had him do some repair work at doorways where the tenants dogs clawed it up. Some stains that i thought would not come out did. I highly recommend his service.

Found Jan by chance when I had a water line leak in my laundry room. While he wasn’t able to help me then because he was already busy, he did call me the next morning to check on things. This one act had him come out to clean the same room. He noticed the mineral marks from the water and was able to get it all out. My cream colored carpet looks amazing again. I’ve referred him to my parents already. Great job Jan!

I have known Jan for several years and the new owner of the bar that I work at hired Jan to do the floors here. The owner was super happy and the floors looked great! The floors are cleaned on a regular basis, but seeing all the dirt that was pulled up while he was doing the floors was unbelievable! Super happy with the work and we will be using him again for sure.

The Maids of Scottsdale are AMAZING. I can’t say enough great things about Angela, Katie, and Arthur of Team 9. I have had the service for several months now and I couldn’t be happier. These guys are quick, reliable, dependable, efficient, thorough, etc….the list goes on. I always get a courtesy text the day of service for when to expect them which is so helpful. I trust these guys completely, I gave the company a spare key and the key is left at the office locked up until the day of service. Every person I have spoken to in the company has been extremely nice and accommodating. Back to team 9, they make my place look FANTASTIC every week. I don’t have a big place and yes, it probably would pretty easy to do myself, but these guys make it look like new every week and I find their service priceless. I keep questioning why I didn’t start this sooner!! I absolutely love coming home once they have been there, they get things I certainly would have missed and make the place sparkle. If there is ever a room or area you don’t need cleaned you can just close the door or leave a note and they will do as instructed. Along with any special requests, just let them know what you need and they make it happen. Another added bonus is that they bring the equipment and supplies, I literally do not have to supply anything, and if there is a product you want them to use, they said to just leave it out so they know to clean with it. Once they complete the cleaning they leave a checklist of what was done, so you can see all the great work they did and all the detail they put in each and every time! I honestly can’t thank them enough, they, hands down, make my life easier and the service is invaluable in my life.

The Maids Team 2 is fantastic and the best. And I love The Maids dispatch to let me know where the team is & approximate time of arrival on my cleaning day. This a perfect service!

This is the most reliabe & best service we've ever had-- we especially appreciate Team 2! The Maids management team, from our Team leader to the office mgr to the branch mgr are always exceptionally professional, friendly & accommodating to our needs. They have really good tech for keeping us informed when svc scheduled & when team is on the way.

Team leader: Karissa; Team name: #11 - they killed it! I desperately needed a deep clean at my house after a rat had been loose in my house & they came in & cleaned up my house so that it looked better than it has looked in over a year! Using them again to do my place monthly!

Matt and his team are awesome: they provide deep cleaning from a 300 sq apartment to a 20k sq ft mansion or business office. The best thing is they use no feather dusting hence they vacuum the dust and not just move it around.

Team 9: Angela, Katie, and Arthur were absolutely amazing! Not only were they on time but they were friendly and professional. Between the Arizona dust and my German Shepard/Rottweiler mix dog my house can get pretty messy. Team 9 was able to make it spotless in an hour. Their attention to detail is very impressive and I am so thankful to have a team that cleans my home like I would.

The Maids of Scottsdale are professional, timely, and worked with my schedule. The hand written thank you card and detailed check list of the work performed at my home are a lovely personal touch and truly show their level of care. I highly recommend them!
