Team #2 provides the best housekeeping services. They are polite, always within the prescribed time period and very efficient. Our house is spotless when they are finished.

Most of the time I leave when they get here, so I obviously trust them in the house! I definitely recommend. Team number 7, headed by Karissa, has always been especially great.

Team 11 came this morning and really did an impressive job on my small condo. I wanted the deep clean and there were no more dusty corners or baseboards. Tables all shined and the house smelled great. They worked efficiently and I would use them again!

I have used The Maids for several years and they always do a terrific job cleaning my house in the far northwest suburbs They are very thorough and always ask if I need anything special (liked the time I had a pie drip all over my oven) each visit. The company is easy to work with, including being very accommodating of last minute rescheduling requests. I will continue to use them.

We had the team do a cleaning for showing the house that was beyond amazing. They also did our post move out cleaning, which was far above and beyond in an unexpected way. Not only did we get a thank you from the new owners for leaving such an immaculately clean house, the team also rescued all of our prized Christmas ornaments, which were accidentally left in a closet.

Not only have we loved The Maids of Scottsdale for years, they have also saved our Christmases forever!

My experience with Kayla, Holly, Richard, Helen and the rest of the crew has been wonderful. They're respectful of my property, so kind, and always dependable. Matt and Mel are wonderful at returning calls and helping with any issues that come up!

I would *not* recommend Maids of Scottsdale. I scheduled a cleaning for last Friday at 8am, planning around it so I wouldn’t be disrupted during my workday. I even arranged for my dog to be at the groomer to keep things smooth. By 9am, no one had arrived, and I was about to begin meetings. I called *at least* 15 times and left multiple messages before finally hearing back around 10am.

Turns out, they had texted the wrong number earlier in the week to confirm my appointment, so they never actually had me on the schedule. I had to scramble and rearrange my entire day just to get a team out that afternoon—only because I had guests visiting that evening.

While I appreciated them coming out later, the team was clearly rushed and not thorough. I had to point out *several* areas to be redone, which ironically made the entire appointment take even longer.

To top it off, I was quoted $260 during a pre-walkthrough for recurring service. After the cleaning, I was hit with a bill for over $430—*nothing* close to what I was originally told. The miscommunication and lack of professionalism from start to finish was beyond frustrating. I wouldn’t have wasted my time with a pre-walkthrough if I had known the quote was going to be that inaccurate.
