This is the best company I’ve dealt with after living in Phoenix for almost 20 years. I’m so glad I called them for a 2nd opinion on the condition of my HVAC unit. Really great service! Our heater randomly stopped working! So we called and they came out the very next morning! Mike fixed the issue and explained everything in detail! The price and service was awesome!!!

We had 2 units, one in the attic and one outside. Our tech was Mike. He checked out both units and found we just needed some freon added. Mike was polite, professional, thorough, and on time. I would highly recommend Arizona Gold if you needed HVAC services.

After being quoted a RIDICULOUS amount of money to fix my a.c by a different company, I decided to reach out to Arizona Gold Air. From the very first conversation I had with the the owner, a gentleman named Saul to meeting him in person everything was wonderful. Came on time and was nothing but honest with me. He inspected my unit and fixed it without having to do the unnecessary replacements the other company wanted to do, saving me thousands of dollars. Saul took the time to talk and explain to me what was going on with my unit and even offered to do an inspection in order to help prevent problems in the future. It’s hard trusting some companies, especially when they try to take advantage like they did with me. I am glad I came upon Arizona Gold Air. I really appreciated Saul’s honesty and I will DEFINITELY call him again in the the future.

I called Arizona Gold Air for some AC Maintenance and they were able to send someone out the next day. Mike was fantastic. On time, personable, professional. He was here over 90 minutes making sure my AC was ready for AZ summer. No upsales. No unneeded parts. Just 100% transparency. My go to in the future AC issues. Fantastic job!

Saul and his team blew my expectations out of the water. He arrived on Labor Day to assess our unit that wasn’t working properly (we knew it was on its last leg), gave us the hard truth, presented us with options and returned two days later to install our new unit. During the time we were without air he set up portable coolers to keep our family comfortable. He was professional, on time, and honest. Very good experience with Gold Air company. We were doing a major remodeling at home and AC duck needed to be adjusted.
Miky came the same day of the call for the estimate and they completed the job the same day.
I was able to meet the owner Saul. He was very friendly, and he took his time to explain me the benefits of the new air duck installation.

Wanted to say thank you to Gold Air Finally was able to replace the air conditioning units on my rental houses two different houses two different ACs. They did a great job on both and luckily I got them to service my Personal house as well ready for summer. Thank you.

I had Mike do an AC service check and cleaning and he was very nice and professional. He took care of the inside and out and gave me a full review of my system. I am very happy with the service and will use them again! update 6/2025 I don't know about their listing for 24 hr service as I called them late at night because my thermostat died and never heard back from them. I would think they would want repeat customers but apparently not.

Our company does fix and flips, so we have to have the quickest service with the best price ASAP, saul and his team not only is out to our jobsite ASAP, they get the work done the same day, the price is unbeatable, AND its 5 star quality work which passes all city inspections.
