Cactus was very good. Would definitely hire them again. They scheduled the installation rifgt away and came right on time. There were no surprises or additional costs. Very good company.

We have been using Cactus Mechanical for many years for our airconditioning repair issues. They are always prompt and reliable. When our airconditioning went out in middle of summer, they took care of us right away and replaced our unit. We don’t go anywhere else for our airconditioning!

Call was answered right away and the Tech was here right on time. Got a quote and the Tech came out the next day. Very happy with the service and will use them again. Highly recommended.

We were super impressed with Michael and his quick, professional service! A/C went out in the middle of the night, and he was out at our house at 9AM making the needed repair. Repair was complete and cold air was blowing within the hour! Very happy with the service, fair pricing, quick work. Would recommend.

They gave my mother in-law an old motor for a brand new swamp cooler and when we asked for them to come out and fix it. They didn’t come until a week and a half later barely checked anything left the cooler broken and hung up on us when we called again for them to come back. Then proceed to not pick up their to then get a text message saying they are no longer doing “Business”with us because and that “we were rude to them. “ We are not only hurt about the response and “service “ provided but dealing with the rising temperatures with no resolution.

This is a great company. They have serviced our HVAC for 10+ years. They are knowledgeable, professional and arrive on time. They have taken care of us quickly during the heat of summer when our a/c was out. I highly recommend them!

Appreciate their quick response and availability in the middle of an Arizona summer to be able to come out so quickly. The technician was friendly and able to explain what he was doing and answer any of my questions. We will definitely use them in the future.

Contacted Cactus Mechanical to look at our A/C unit. They fixed/replaced the part. Asked to look in the attic. Suggested we get a quote for insulation in the attic because we had 4" to 6" of insulation. They recommended 12 to 14". Mike came out. Gave us a quote. No pressure. Chatted for a few minutes and left. A day later looked at it as a great investment in our house. Three business days later the insulation was installed. Mike and the two installers were fantastic. No pressure, very easy going and answered any and all questions without hesitation. Thank you. Great job!! Can't wait to get our first electric bill. should be much less.

Had a great experience with Cactus Mechanical. They installed 2 units on our new to us house. To start, the prices were very reasonable as compared to the other quotes we got. Mark and crew were awesome and I could not believe how clean their work was. They moved 2 returns and added vents and you cannot tell where the old returns were at all. I expected for the house to be half blown up with drywall dust by the time I got home on the day of install. That was not the case at all. What little dust they caused they cleaned up before leaving. Their employees worked their butt's off and were very respectful. Prices were good, ommunication was good, work was fast, clean and professional. I'm not sure what else you could ask for. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone!.

Awesome company. The technician called prior to arrival to let me know when they were coming. Pete serviced both of my a/c units to make sure they are running like they should and also checked out the air handlers in the attic. He said both units are running great. Would recommend cactus mechanical to anyone looking for a great hvac company who is honest with their work and won’t sell you on things you don’t need.

I can't say enough good things about Cactus Mechanical. They have helped me with replacing more than one air conditioning system in Phoenix.

They have replaced a package system on a roof and two split systems with furnaces in the attic. Their work has been fantastic! They lay down drop clothes to protect the flooring, the employees are always very professional, and they completed the work in way less time than I thought they would. They communicated throughout the job when some unexpected issues happened, and they already had a plan for how to resolve the issue.

On one job, they had to modify the drywall for attic access, which I was nervous about but I have to say, it looked great when finished, and they left my house looking cleaner than when they arrived! Cactus Mechanical makes replacing your air conditioning system so easy!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. We have used Cactus Mechanical for years for repairs and service for our AC units. We just had to replace both units and they went above and beyond to help us get through the weekend before our new units could be replaced. They did a temporary fix to our broken unit just so we could have some relief from the heat. The workers were so nice and cleaned up after they finished the install. They came back the next day to make sure everything was working and help set up the new thermostats. I highly recommend Cactus Mechanical. Great service, friendly workers and unbeatable pricing!!!! Best of all it’s a family owned business and not a big corporate chain, so you know they care about their customers.

Cactus mechanical has always treated us very well. We've used them for 10 years or so. This morning I called them because one of our AC units was acting up and they were here this afternoon. Fixed it and out of here in an hour. Thank you to Mike -- you always take good care of our AC!

From start to finish, the team was professional, educated us on the new equipment, and executed an exceptional install.

We ended up getting a variable capacity unit - something we’ve never had before. The outside condenser is so quiet we don’t even hear it while sitting outside, it inside you know it’s on by how consistent the temperature is maintained. Highly recommend the variable unit, and it surprisingly has been running less than our old standard unit.

All of the team members were incredibly courteous, kept the worksite clean, and were super knowledgeable and ready to explain how things work in a way non-technical way regular people could understand.

We had to do cut some drywall out in order to get the equipment to pass through to the attic, and the drywaller not only patched the hole up to look perfect as far as our texture, but even offered to re-paint a couple of areas we needed to do while he was at it. That reflects the quality of work these guys do.

Cactus Mechanical takes pride in getting the job done well, and I would trust these guys in my home to do any future install and service work above anyone else!
