I have used Arizona Trademasters for over 20 years for all my heating and air conditioning purchases and maintenance, both in my property management business and in my own home. Their prices are always fair and their work is excellent and reliable. They are really good people to work with!!

AZ Service Masters came out promptly to fix my air conditioning and when it came time for a new AC they delivered an excellent product at a fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their AC repaired or replaced!

My AC went out on Sunday night. I called first thing on Monday AM. They came right out, determined the issue, ordered the part and had my AC fixed by Tuesday morning. Very professional, polite and prompt.

Excellent FAST EFFICIENT service. My home warranty company AHS FAILED me, air unit went out during height of Summer in AZ August, with temps outside 112° & in my home 95°. AHS said it will take 2 days for their company to assign someone and then still have to wait for the actual appointment by assigned company. I was like are you kidding me😱😡. I called Arizona Trade Masters, spoke with Tanya, who helped greatly. They got a tech out the NEXT DAY, part ordered and the following day installed, talk about excellence!!!! AHS is a big disappointment and also the assigned contractor who i won't mention, who never called me back even after I left them a VM. Thx you JESUS for helping and partnering me with ATM, I'm grateful.

Recently hired Arizona Trade Masters to replace an old AC unit that gave out. They had great pricing, didn’t try to upsell me, and were able to schedule the following Monday (I had confirmed on a Friday but they still were able to send techs out to do measuring and inspection as well as get all materials for Monday). Brady and his coworker were great. They tested the unit and set up the thermostat. I noticed a noise a couple days later and they came out to take a look. Issue wasn’t the new unit but they took care of it. Even explained what they found. Highly recommend these guys.

Prompt service call. Let me know when he was on his way. I need to buy a new system.... my Carrier units have been working for 24 years and it's time. Brady was great. Fixed the problem to keep us cool while I consider options and make a decision about what I want. No pressure sales and took time to explain all my options.

I had a wonderful experience having Tom come out and give me an estimate on putting in a new unit. Unlike a lot of folks in this industry that I've interacted with over time, he never felt the need to create any unnecessary urgency. He calmly and clearly answered my questions, explained the options, and gave his advice. Ironically, the absence of high pressure sales tactics and urgency generation ensures that I will 100% be going through AZ TradeMasters to replace my unit in the coming weeks. 100% vouch for this company. I got my 3.5T unit replaced by them, technicians Brady and Bryan were highly experienced, patient and thorough in their job. Owner Leonard is also very approachable even though highly busy especially during summers. Highly recommended!!

We have been using ATM For several years. They have done HVAC work on three homes that we have owned. Their prices are fair and reasonable, and they have proven time and again to be exceptional in their work. Every one of their employees that we have dealt with over the years from the office staff, including management, the installers and their technicians have been helpful and basically flawless. Special shout out to Mike, who is an excellent technician and a friendly professional. He has even corrected pricing in our favor when something ended up costing less. My only regret is that I could not give ATM six stars. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Leonard and the team. They installed a brand-new AC unit in my condo in December. I haven’t been able to test its full capacity yet since it’s still winter, but I’m looking forward to seeing how it performs in the summer. They were very responsive to all of my calls and texts and were on time for every visit. The team was reliable, friendly, and never made me feel like they were trying to sell me anything. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with clear, educational explanations. I would definitely recommend them!

I called Cactus Mechanical to get an estimate to replace a mini-split A/C in my workshop. It was a unit they originally installed about 20 years ago.

Mike came out the same day and worked up an estimate. After we decided to have the work done the installation was scheduled for the following day.

Kevin and his crew of installers arrived on time and got right to work, taking about 4 hours to complete the installation. They cleaned everything up and removed our old unit.

Mike came out before they left to inspect the work and got the NetHome+ app installed and working.

Throughout the entire process Mike was easy to get in touch with and quickly answered any questions I had.

Overall it was a great experience and I won’t hesitate to use them again.

Was able to come out the same day I called for a diagnosis on my A/C unit - confirmed that I needed a new unit (yes ouch), however the offered a better warranty. Between the person on the phone (Lisa), person who gave me a price quote (Mike) & the installers - friendly, polite and very easy to work with. Highly recommended on my part - 5 STAR SERVICE !!!!

When I experienced problems with an aging heat pump, I was able to schedule a technician for the same day. The technician was very professional and diagnosed the problem as low coolant. Due to the unit's age, the recommendation was replacement. Estimates were provided for adding coolant and replacement. I chose replacement and it was scheduled quickly. The day of installation went smoothly and was accomplished with minimal disruption. I would recommend Cactus Mechanical for problem diagnosis and repair or replacement work.

The guys who came out were great. In speaking with the manager he was very honest and upfront about the process and prices.

Received an assessment from a competitor, so I had Cactus Mechanical come out and give me a second opinion. Cactus Mechanical confirmed the unit is in good condition and they made minor adjustments to ensure its reliability throughout the summer. This is why I continuously go back to cactus mechanical.
