Tom and his team of HVAC professionals responded quickly to my home AC “emergency”. They were very helpful. I HIGHLY recommend AZ Trademasters for your HVAC needs!

Had my ac tune up in April of 2024, the technician marked the ac unit in great condition. Fast forward to Sept 2, 2024 my ac stopped working on a weekend in 100 degree weather. The new technician I hired from a completely different company reported that the tune up wasn't done correctly and the original Technician should have checked the ac pipe for clogs and this company always inspects for clogs during tune ups. It cost me $260.00 which is very inconvenient when I had originally trusted trade masters to tune up and take care of my ac unit.

I would not recommend this company to anyone

Bryan and Brady were personable as well as professional. I received my invoice via email along with pictures of the work they had done. I noticed the condensate line was disconnected due to other workers being there, so they were happy to re-glue that for me as well. Thanks for the great service!

They have a fast response to your HVAC needs. Leonard was very informative as he worked on the unit keeping me up to date on what he was finding.

They replaced two ac units for us in December, they were very accommodating to get us scheduled and the install was super quick. The installers were polite and answered any question I had. Leonard was super helpful explaining the units we needed and payment options.

Update: had a cooling concern and called Monday morning. technician Johnny was here in the same afternoon and got everything fixed quick. I appreciate the fast and always through work you all do.

They arrived 2 hours ahead of the expected, did a thorough inspection, found, and repaired the problem. All for a very reasonable fee.

Marko did a fine job checking out an older AC Unit. He checked the temperature splits first, and then, being a second floor unit, climbed up his very tall ladder to inspect the unit on the roof. He was very thorough and reported his findings in a clear, easy to understand manner.

Came home last night to AC out, called Arizona TradeMasters at 8:30 a.m. the next morning, they had the repair done and us up in running 2 hours later and it’s a Sunday! I am in awe and so grateful for this positive experience. We do have a new AC in our horizon, but they went for the repair first and gave us honest information for our future unit. We are certainly looking to Arizona TradeMasters for our future AC needs.

I have used this company for years. They installed my 1st ac unit in 1997 and it has worked fantastic until recently I had a small problem. I decided to just replace the unit due to its age. They did a fantastic install again in a timely manner. I am very pleased with their service and work. If you need any type of heating or cooling don't hesitate to call you won't be disappointed.

AZ Trademasters did such an AWESOME job replacing our old AC units as they were dying. Tom was great to work with and was never pushy at all. He worked with our timing and made sure we got the best!
