We have used Chas Roberts for plumbing for the past few years, and the service has been top notch! Ramon has installed two ADA toilet risers as well as two bidets in both of our bathrooms.
He's on time, friendly, and professional! We have also used them to completely rebuild our shower drain a year ago, and it was also done in a very pleasant and professional manner. if you're looking for a great company for plumbing services Chas Roberts is it!

Faran Was awesome. He went through my whole system, heat and cool and just checked out everything thoroughly. He explained everything that he did afterwards. He was very friendly and cordial. Thank you so much for having such a great employee.!

Spring Maintenance done. Air & Heat. Tech was very informative to help me through the Summer season to keep my filters clean, to make sure I spray my outside AC Vents & grills, after we have a monsoon dust storm or more often. Also, to keep the inside house vents & grills clean from dust. And, Very important: If Temp on Thermostat struggles to maintain temperature; need to call Chas Roberts for tech to come out and check AC. Keep up with Air filters changing them every month or two. Filter would work better if I use a 6 or 8 rating , & make sure Air is coming out of vents. Also, the ceiling fans must be kept clean from dust accumulation. Fans will work better. Thanks and Five***** rating on Tech, Jesus, (I would give him more stars for he did a great maintenance check and was very polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful, plus tips on how to keep the outside part of the AC working better). I was surprised at the customer service and technician’s expertise:………especially when coming
through a home warranty program. Home Warranty is with Elevate Homescriptions (very pleased with them). But I can’t say enough good things about Arizona Trade Masters. Fixed my HVAC issue in a jiffy. Their tech who came to my home is named Johnny. I would definitely ask for him, should I need further service. Kudos all around.

Reasonable, fair price. Appointment reminders sent. Arrived on time. Very professional. Clearly interested in doing excellent work. Very willing to answer my questions. I've hired them several times in the last few years and will continue to do so.

ATM is best in class: honest, reliable, a company you can count on when you need just a simple tune-up or you have to purchase a new AC unit. Marko did a great job. I've been with ATM for 23 yrs.

I get nervous when I have to rely on my Home Warranty company to repair my A/C - but in this case, it was wonderful! The office kept in close communication with me (which is much appreciated). The tech arrived and got right down to business. He was patient with all my questions, and was able to come a day earlier than anticipated! My house was 88 degrees yesterday, and now it's a luxurious 76! THANK YOU so much!

HVAC technician, Johnny, was outstanding in providing a seasonal AC tune up for me recently. His workmanship and professionalism was clearly evident as he explained the status of my air conditioning unit and the preventive measurements he found while working on my unit. ATM was dispatched by my home warranty company (OneGuard). DJ was awesome to work with. He diagnosed our issue (blown capacitor) and had the part on the truck to fix it. Even then the AC was not very cold, so he checked our coolant and informed us we were a bit low. Within 90 minutes all was working as expected. I'm a handy guy, so I ask tons of questions and try to learn while any technician works on my stuff. DJ was happy to let me lurk and answer any odd questions I had. I would call ATM again outside of my warranty coverage. Would recommend!

Brady was absolutely fantastic! Quickly resolved our thermostat problems and clearly explained how to manage the systems which the other company we’d called earlier were unable to do.

Arizona TradeMasters fixed my decades old AC after others couldn’t. I had three different AC companies try to fix my broken AC and fail, one of them actually made it worse. After weeks of frustration, I luckily found Arizona Trademasters. They were very empathetic to my situation and were able to fix my AC quickly. The technician was very knowledgeable and personable. I’m a customer for life!

After reading some of the reviews from customers with home warranties I was skeptical, since I am using my home warranty as well. After meeting Leonard all worries were put to rest. He was filled with so much knowledge, experience, and compassion. It’s unbelievable how anyone could rate this company below 5 stars! Not to mention, he diagnosed and fixed my AC promptly. I also had an experience with one more technician, Kurt. He as well, was wonderful and full of knowledge. You can tell they only hire honest, reliable, hard working, and just plain good people!!!!! So anyone who reads the home warranty reviews that are negative DON’T BELIEVE IT!!! This is the only company that I will use and trust!!!!

Called Arizona Trademasters for an estimate to replace my existing air conditioners/air handlers. Spoke with Leonard, he was easy going, knowledgeable, and honest. Estimate was well under the cost of 2 other companies so I had him come out for a closer look. After conducting a 2 hour assessment a revised estimate did go up, but slightly. I hired them, the install team of 4 arrived on the day and time as communicated. Install team was polite, clean, and efficient, done in 6 hours, it was remarkable. Very happy with my Trane equipment. Highly recommend this company for your air conditioning needs.

We love the unit itself as it runs well and cools great. Company sent someone out immediately and the technician was very nice. Drain off pipe from unit had somehow disconnected, which he reconnected and reinforced. Very disappointed that they won’t fix the drywall that is ruined from the water damage. We were told the coverage is only for AC unit itself and not the lines, which makes no sense to us. Seems like it’s all part of a whole.

Big Bertha (my old a/c) put in an impressive 20 years but it was time to retire her! I received one quote before receiving the recommendation of Leonard and Arizona Trade Masters. ATM quoted quite a bit lower than my initial quote. Leonard was very knowledge about what I would need and not need. He sent out Brian and Brady to install my unit a few days later. They are such great guys and very professional. They helped explain the unit as I'm a first time home owner. Brian even fixed my garage door wheel on his way out. Not sure he understands what a little extra blessing that was to my day!

I called Arizona TradeMasters thinking we would have to install a missing air handler filter base in our newly purchased home. Johnny came over promptly and found it in an unusual location. Kurt was scheduled to visit us for our semi-annual checkup, but he was unable to make it, so Tom and Brady arrived in his place. We have had AZ TradeMasters service our HVAC for several years now, and they always provide wonderful service! We can't rate them highly enough. Honest, trustworthy, and always available to help even when the summer heat causes breakdowns. Highly recommended.

Once again, Arizona TradeMasters was extremely responsive to my plea for help. Our unit was working fine until midday on a warm October afternoon. For some reason, our rooftop Trane unit could not keep up with the set temperature and the thermostat continued to rise along with the humidity. It stayed in 2nd stage for continuously with the inside fan running non-stop. It was after 5:00PM when I called and left a message regarding my situation. At 8:00AM sharp the following morning, I received a call from Leonard stating they would have a tech out shortly. Marko diagnosed the problem and retrieved and replaced the part. It took a few hours, but all seems to be back to normal. Anytime we had a question, needed service, or biannual maintenance, they came as scheduled, and their experienced techs performed the tasks admirably. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for service or a new unit.

Arizona TradeMasters came highly recommended because I am in the process of moving to the area. They put in a new unit while I was in town and responded to a service request within hours.
