Just became a new member!

My sink started leaking around 4pm. So I went on the nextdoor app and this company popped up. Aaron Hernandez arrived a little after 6pm, said I needed a new garbage disposal. So I asked him how long would it take to get a new one, he said he had one in his truck! 😭 He replaced my garbage disposal within an hour, if that!

He told me what perks I'd get if I bought their subscription and showed me the list of serviced I'd get as a member, and I was literally calling around earlier that day looking for something similar, so I jumped on the opportunity. He also gave me a welcome bag as a new member. Aaron was polite, informative, and did a great job with replacing my disposal.

The Hobaica crew are well trained and professional. Gio and Anthony installed a mimi split for me and did a great job. They explained everything well and did a good job troubleshooting and training me on the new system.

Had to replace my whole HVAC system as it was ~ 20 years old. Hobaica was able to installed it within 2 days. The installation was quick and efficient, less than 5 hours from when they arrived .Ivan, Nacho and Adam were great. They were very friendly and helpful. And did a great job.

Today I had my plumbing inspection by D'Andre. He was very friendly and after a thorough inspection he talked me through the current status of my condo's plumbing, with photos and videos. As usual Hobaica showed why I continue to use them. I definitely recommend Hobaica.

I'm so thankful for Leo and the wonderful service he provided. After struggling with continuous issues and no hot water, he came out the very next day and repaired our tankless water heater. The relief I felt was truly immediate and made a big difference.

Jairo was very professional and polite. I noticed from the moment I opened the door that he put booties on to protect my floors. He provided answers to all my questions and also explained why when I asked. I had switched to Hobaica because the company I had been with for several years seemed to have a high turnover of employees and their service people quoted me extremely high prices to clean the A/C coils and also tried to upsell me on services at very high prices. I plan on using Hobaica in the future provided I receive the same level of service and professionalism that Jairo provided.

Luktan came out to my home for a no charge plumbing inspection. He was very professional and friendly. After inspecting all the faucets, drains, bathrooms, and water heater, and conducting a water he reviewed his findings. He helped me set up a date for Holbaica to come out to fix a stuck shut-off valve that he found. Great service!

Always friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Scott K came out last week. He explained everything thoroughly to me, showed me video of what he was working on. This is the second time he’s been out and we love to have him.

Luktan was amazing. He conducted a thorough plumbing inspection of our home, identifying issues and patiently explaining them. I was impressed with how kind and thoughtful he was during the visit and even set up water leakage alarms for me before he left.

I have been a Hobaica customer for many years. Thus I had very high expectations for the purchase and installation of a 1.5 ton mini-split unit. I was not disappointed!! The technician, Gio was outstanding!! He arrived early, explained what he'd be doing, gave me an estimated time frame for the install and got right to work. Gio quietly and quickly went about his work and was finished, including clean up, before I knew it. He thoroughly explained and demonstrated how to use the unit's remote and the went through the accompanying paperwork. I already can tell that I'm going to be very pleased with the unit in the hard to cool/heat room where it was installed.
Now, you may think that Hobaica's prices are on the high side. But you are also paying for a company that is trustworthy, responsive, professional, and extremely competent at all levels. How many companies can you say that about with confidence? I would not consider doing HVAC, electrical, or plumbing services with any other company. Thank you Gio, Thank you, Hobaica.

Prompt and very knowledgeable. Tech Alex Diaz very pleasant and smart. His assistant Devon also efficient and pleasant. The company that reroofed our house messed up connections on our AC & evap cooler. We appreciated Alex for having the knowledge to fix it for us.

Hobaica performed duct-work modifications that balanced the flow of air throughout our home. Steve designed the solution, Adam and Nacho executed the installation. The outcome met my expectations. Joshua Call was great to work with. He took time to listen and understand what we were seeing going on with the toilet. He presented a few recommended options for us to choose from concerning the repair itself, and there was a reasonable cost with the one that I chose. He explained the benefits of Hobaica's 'Total Care Club', which I went ahead and signed up for. Joshua took care to clean up after the work was done and gave a full summary of everything that was done. Can highly recommend to anyone looking for plumbing repairs.

Eric and Anthony showed a few minutes early to prep themselves outside so they were ready to start right on time for my appointment. Great communication skills and quickly established their professionalism and competency. I knew I was in good hands before they even went up on roof to start the project! The timeline they conveyed went exactly to plan with continued communication throughout. I highly recommend Hobaica and this team.
