This 5-star review is long overdue. Chas Roberts has taken care of our home HVAC system for the past 8 years. The service is beyond excellent. When I call to make an appointment, the service representatives are friendly, efficient, and helpful. I am consistently surprised and pleased by how quickly I can get an appointment. Every time a technician arrives at the door, I know that he or she will be professional, courteous, and a truly a nice person. I can trust the technicians to work hard and make sure the job is done well. In my opinion, Chas Roberts maintenance programs are a great value and essential in our climate. If you are looking for the best HVAC company for your home, you don't need to look any further than Chas Roberts.

New water heater. Santiago was great. Was efficient, informative and professional. Cleaned up after completion of job.

Two days before Thanksgiving, I had water heater go out and a garbage disposal. I called and two service people were out immediately and replaced the water heater and disposal. They were professional and efficient.

Tech I had was fantastic. Couldn’t recommend him enough! However the labor costs are a damn scam. Labor was almost 300 dollars for 2 bolts and a few quick connects. Tech completed it in minutes.

Had a brand new install for a new build. A month later they ended up replacing the the evap coil because they said there was a leak. They installed a poor quality, cheap aspen evap coil for a Lennox condenser. I had paid extra to install a 16 seer system but that went out the window when they installed the wrong evap coil. I’m sure a lot of our neighbors had the same issue. Maybe someone over pressurized the systems. Who knows. The installer was unprofessional and just kept complaining about his job. Air handler was all banged up as well and they threw their garbage in the attic.

Amazing customer service our tech Ernesto sent text updates on his arrival and was on time. Ernesto was was very professional answered all are questions, he even vacuumed the floor after coming down from the attic. We have always used Chas Roberts and will continue to do so.

It's aways great to see my service technician Paige! She know her job and she gets it done. My wife and I feel we are in good hands. Thank You Chas Roberts

We have used Chas Roberts for years and have always been impressed. Courteous service from setting the appointment to the well-trained service staff. We use both air conditioning and plumbing.

Technician Caleb was extremely professional and courteous. He was exceptionally thorough and clearly communicated his examination results every step of the way.

For the first time, I had a technician from Chas Roberts that listened to me and tried to understand my concerns. His name is Storm and he was great! I’m giving five stars to ensure that Storm gets the recognition he deserves! This was warranty work for a new build.

Update, 7/21/2023: After having another HVAC company service my AC yesterday and tell me I need a new unit, Chas was there for me today for a 2nd opinion. Not only did Chas fix the problem, they showed me how to fix it next time e.g., reset air handler A/H switch in breaker, not the AC breaker. Thank you Mike, Noah, Cartwright, and Cameron for your helpful advice and support, always! You guys rock!

June 2022:
Wow! After listening to new AC units vibrate the walls, I'm really grateful Chas came out with a different crew to assess. Joey and Leonard were very insightful as to the cause of vibration and in less than 20 minutes fixed the problem. Thank you so much!

Nick Dunn came out for my new homeowners orientation of my HVAC. he was very informative and patient going over all the details. I’m very happy with Chas Roberts AC and plumbing, they made it a priority to come out and go over my HVAC system with me and gave me very good information

Everything went smoothly. It was the first time we met Anthony and we were very pleased. He called ahead and was there promptly. Then he set into the preseason check up, changed our filters and was finished without a hitch. We have always received good service with ChasRoberts and this time was no exception.

On time as scheduled. Professional service, and I'm confident my units are performing as designed. I did pay for the maintenance plan, and glad I did, just in case things go south during our blazing summers....winter too...even though we don't really have one here...which is fine with me.
