Our A/C unit is about 8 years old. I called Instant Air Conditioning & Refrigeration and Henry really helped us out. The rates were practical, the service terrific and I learned a lot about how the unit functions. We are excited, pleased and have a maintenance contract! What a gift!

When I called to have a tech come out I was called within 10 minutes letting me know someone was on their way. Henry was great!!! He explained my options and also told me how I could save on getting a new furnace installed by taking advantage of the maintenance programs and using the senior discount.

I had the opportunity of working with Instant Air Conditioning & Refrigeration today and I was very pleased with my experience. The tech assigned to me was very friendly, honest and professional. He clearly explained my AC problem and outlined my options clearly. I will be sure to call Instant Air Conditioning & Refrigeration again to resolve any future Heating and Cooling issues.

This is a great company - I had an issue they came out the next day, diagnosed and repaired all in three days! They are knowledgeable, professional and can get the job done and done well!! Update: Because of the issue with my previous AC, I called IA to come make sure everything was working properly. Even in their busiest season they understood my concerns and scheduled me for a check up - All is well with the new air handler!

**Update a yr later I get a charge on my CC for Premium home service - Turns out this company has subscribed me to a membership without my knowledge. I called and they said they were going to cancel and send me a cancellation email - which I still haven't received. BUYER BEWARE - This is not ok - I also disputed it with my CC company - Shame on you IA!! Do better!

Instant Air Conditioning & Refrigeration company was able to send out a technician the same day that I called. Henry was very friendly, professional and informative. I had been worried if I could get the right company to give the contract, since it was the first time my Air Conditioner failed to function. It was a wonderful thing to find a responsive and trustworthy technician that welcomed questions about my system. I will definitely continue to work with them for maintenance on my Air Conditioner and any issues that would arise. I'd recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Smart thermostat kept disconnecting. Ugh! Tech came back (no charge!) and patiently walked me through the Wi-Fi setup and programming again. Awesome customer service. Finally got it working right.

Alex came to our home to give us a quote for breaking an over loaded circuit into two. I liked Alex’s attitude right away and was more impressed with his inspection and then options for approaching the project. Alex and team will be back next week to do the work.

Austin was a great help with inspecting and explaining an ongoing AC issue I've been having. I would highly recommend his friendly, efficient service — on top of his frequent and clear communication.

They also let you know who your technician will be beforehand, along with their picture, which is very helpful for customers who would like to choose a safe service.

Jairo was so polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. He made sure our furnace was ready for the winter, tested for carbon monoxide in rooms, and cleaned and changed the return grille and filter. Jairo also let us know of a potential problem for the future. Very happy we called.

Great from start to finish. Had to replace a large 19 year old unit that had gone out. Jesse/Anthony B were super helpful with the initial visit/estimate. Flexible payment options and clear communication without being pushy. The install crew were also great, Gio/Anthony. Super friendly, respectful and took extra steps to leave the space better than when they got there. They explained everything clearly and made sure it was all working smoothly before leaving. Highly recommend for A/C service and will definitely look to Hobaica for their other services when needed.

Dylan and Aaron updated old plumbing in our bathroom and installed new fixtures. They were so professional — super knowledgeable and great communicators. They worked very quietly and efficiently and delivered a great result. We’ll always use Hobaica for our home plumbing, electrical and HVAC needs. They are the best!

Alex Diaz came to provide us with a 6 month quality control check-up. He found a couple issues and fixed them up with no hassle. His communication was clear and he made sure to answer all my questions.

Wow!!! George and Alex came out for a service call on my A/C which was not working.
They called on their way to my house, arrived on time, and very professional and knowledgeable about my unit's problems.
After a few minutes of working up in the attic it was determined that my thermostat was not working and needed to be replaced. I was offered a few options and in no time my thermostat was replaced and the unit was back up and running.
I could not be happier with the service I received, and the price I payed.
