I have been working with Nate and Rogers aire for many years now. They are always helpful and knowledgeable about what's going on and try to explain so you as the customer also have a good understanding of what the issue is. Have recommended and will continue to recommend.

Fixed the issue promptly and saved me $400 compared to the other quote. Nathan was super friendly, pleasant, and just great over all. And I regularly get scammed by fix it guys as a single women but I did not this time! Highly recommend!!!

They came and did a bid, which while not the cheapest one of the 3, we're not bottom pr top, but better value with warranty and services going forward (ie, type & model of unit plus labor), Far better compared to other 2 companies I asked for bids from. They came recommended from a friend. Great small company. They have my ac business going forward! My new ac unit is way better than what I had. I am thankful I did call them.

Of course the AC stopped working on a weekend—because when else would it, right? 😅 Nathan was out of town but still took the time to arrange for someone to come fix it quickly. Truly top-notch customer service. The billing was 100% fair and honest, which is so refreshing these days. Highly recommend!

Our heating system felt like it was struggling, so we called in for duct and vent repair. The technician arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and completed the job efficiently. Now our home feels cozy again, and the airflow is noticeably improved.

I booked an appointment, purchased a service warranty and received no service, no communication. Hopefully you will have better service that what I received.
