I have used Gladiate for years and they are the best air conditioning provider out there. They are honest and come quickly, don’t over charge. They have been keeping my older machine running for much longer when it tried to die on me a few times.

They are always able to help me right away if I have a problem with my a/c. All of the employees and tech are always courteous and very knowledgeable. Christine helped schedule my appointment and I had to call back a few times for questions & reschedule and not only was she extremely friendly, she was so patient & accommodating. There was 1 occasion they had to contact me back via text and it was almost immediate correspondence and had my question answered in minutes! Highly recommend Gladiate AC!!

I bought a home and it needed a lot of work. I wasn't confident in the AC units. I just wanted a check up, but I learned that the companies mailing coupons for inspection deals were just looking to add more charges. I was referred to Gladiate Air and the tech was friendly and informative. He inspected the units and gave me tutorials and explanations. No upcharges or nonsense necessary and I was happy to pay the fee for his time.

We've been customers of Gladiate Air sunce they started, and they have always taken care of us well. The tech Garrett (tech) took care of the PMI on our units today. One of the capacitors on one of the units was reading borderline but he thought it would would be hold up until the spring. He was ontime, friendly, competent, and professional.

Garrett was able to service my unit ahead of schedule and responded to all questions I had. I would recommend.

For thermostat replacement. Tried to sell me a cheap one for over $100. Went and got my own nicer one from Lowes for $50. But charged $260 for service and install. First time i touched it, it fell on floor. Had to make my own adjustments and remove wall plate.

I got a text about a hour before our service tech arrived letting me know the techs name and that he was on his way. Rudy was polite and respected my space, I appreciated being able to watch Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets without interruptions. I was comfortable in my pjs, eating cereal in bed well passed noon and didn’t feel judged. He also didn’t seem to mind the messy house and 3 big dogs. Needless to say he came to service our A/C unit, asked the right questions and was informative about the type of preventative care and maintenance we could expect until our next service in 6 months.

Tackled a tricky A/C dismantlement efficiently and left everything spotless in just under an hour.
