We have been using Dave to service our A/C units for quite a while now. You will not find a more honest, reliable and knowledgeable A/C person out there. We recently had Dave install two brand new units and we could not be happier. Our monthly electric bills are nearly half of what they used to be. It seems to be harder and harder to find companies that honestly care about providing excellent customer service but Gladiate Air seems to excel at it. They will have us as customers for life!

Sadly, HVAC companies and integrity do not often go hand in hand. However, Gladiate Air is an exception. They do great work and show up when they say they are going to show up. In addition, if they do screw up, they admit it and fix the issue without delay. They eservice my home and commercial building with lots of units. I'm not writing this as a result of one good experience. This is an overdue positive review based upon many good experiences.

Did a great job servicing my HVAC system. Gabriel courteous, on time and fair priced. He was friendly and even took the time to explain in simple terms why I was having some issues with my system. He goes above and beyond for the customer. I would definitely recommend using Gladiate for your HVAC needs.

Marlon was the technician that came out for the coil cleaning I requested. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process. The price was very reasonable and I was very happy with the work and the A plus customer service. I will be using them again in the future for air conditioning needs.

Gladiator Air Conditioning & Heating has serviced our heat pump / air conditioner for the past 4 years. No doubt the have extended the life of my unit with their thorough cleaning of all the coils. I'm impressed with this company and I have used them twice so far. Once to give me a quote on my AC, and once to fix my heater.

Both times they followed up quickly and tried to troubleshoot on the phone to save me the cost of an unneeded house call.

Both times I did have to have them come out, however I was impressed with the service detail and prices. I will continue to recommend them to friends.

Gabriel was the technician that came out today and did a great job! He educated me on the dos and donts as well as the importance of staying up to date on the filters. Overall experience exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be using Gladiate Air again!

Gabriel, the service technician did a fantastic job diagnosing my issue with my furnace. Prices are competitive, but quality is top-notch.

This is like the 4th or 5th time we call Gladiate Air for service. They are polite and honest and don’t try to upsell us. They state the problem if any and solutions and let you decide no pressure.

I.e. about 2 years ago we had another company come out to service our AC and they stated the AC was very old and we should replace it before it stops working. Even though it had not given us any issues. So we decided to skip the new AC since they quoted us about $15k.
The following year we contacted Gladiate Air to service our AC as they had helped us before and we wanted it serviced before summer started.
The owner had come to service it and we asked him how it looked and he said your ac is old but it’s working great. As long as we keep up the service and replace parts as needed we should be good.

That was a year after the other company had told us we should replace it ASAP.

We just had them come out today to service it again for summer and although it needed some replacement parts we are confident it will last us a while before we have to replace anything else.

We highly recommend Gladiate Air and if/when our AC goes out, they will be first on our list to contact!

Miguel was very thorough and he explained what needed to be done to my HVAC and I think the price was very reasonable. Even though my unit is getting very old he did not try to convince me that it needed repairs that it did not need or that I needed a new unit.

Very satisfied with Miguel of Gladiate Air. He did a thorough maintenance check and didn't rush it. I only use this company for my AC. Dave and Miguel are super friendly and trustworthy.

Our a/c unit went down late one night, and Gladiate had Miguel here by noon the next day. Miguel was professional, and very communicative. He explained everything he was doing, and did his best to try and salvage our motor. In the end, he did end up replacing the motor, but we appreciated he tried to fix it first. I will definitely be using Gladiate Air from now on and would highly recommend this company.

First time dealing with Gladiate Air and we are very impressed. Starting with the office call and the completion of the service call everything was handled in a very courteous and professional manner. They take time to explain in detail current and potential upcoming issues. Very fair on pricing which is a big issue in today's economy. If your searching I would highly recommend this company.
