Outstanding experience having a new Samsung mini split installed in our master bedroom. Brad and Sean were terrific to deal with. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient in getting the job completed in a matter of a few hours. After completion of the install, they took the time to thoroughly explain and demonstrate the operation of our new unit. If I could rate this company 10 stars I would!

The Mini Split Guys were professional knowledgable and focused. The installation was a breeze. It doesn’t get any better than the Mini Split guys. They are the simply best.

Bought a 2200 square foot home in the Biltmore area which had a 500 square foot addition but the AC (4 ton) was never upgraded. My master (in the new addition) was warm on hot days. Could not get below 76 degrees. I like to sleep in a very cold bedroom. Contacted the Mini Split Guys. Kevin came out that day and gave me a quote on a 1 ton Mitsubishi mini split unit which was way below other quotes I received. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Got the quote that afternoon via email. I researched and found the Mitsubishi is a very top end unit and up to 40% more efficient than a traditional HVAC system. I was then was contacted by the owner, Brad. Very nice guy with huge experience. He talked me through all of my questions and set the install date. The team arrived at 7am and everything was done by 10am. Clean and neat install. Amazing results! Today it was 107 degrees outside and my master bedroom easily got to 69 degrees! These guys are the best of the best! Highly recommend the “mini split guys”!!!! Thank you Brad!

I highly recommend the Mini Split Guys. Brad and Sean were able to come out within 48 hours and install a Samsung unit. They did an incredibly professional and first class job. Sean took the time to paint the conduit and make sure that everything looked great.

Brand and Sean made sure I understood how to operate the unit and that the wifi and app were working properly.

They made everything very easy; I would work with them again and recommend them without reservation.

These guys are awesome! They came out and gave me a quote for a mini split in my garage and recommended an appropriate unit for me. I had done my homework and thought a 1.5 ton unit was the right size for me - which is also what the mini split guys recommended to me.

Sean gave me a quote and install date within 3 days. Everything went super smoothly, they helped get the smartphone feature set up for me and completed the install within a few hours.

The installation was well planned and took into account my preferences for location and aesthetics. The system is energy efficient and keeps my garage very comfortable. It is very quiet both inside and outside. The outdoor unit is right near where we entertain and relax, but we can only barely hear it.

Great service from Mini Split Guys. Our large and mostly unused storage room now has AC. We have bigger plans for a full conversion to add a bathroom and make it livable space but getting the room climate controlled was the first step.

The team was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and this was the best pricing I received from multiple quotes.

I see other reviews about follow-up - I was contacted by the company last year and the owner continued to gage my interest through the first of the year when we are able to move forward - I appreciated their drive and care for doing business with me.

Because our HVAC will suffer planned obsolescence in the Arizona sun over time, we'll also plan to continue to add 1-2 more to our house over time and we will directly call Mini Split Guys again!

So glad I contacted them. We’ve been needing one of these units for years and another company that was reached for a quote didn’t even bother to contact me. Steve, Sean, and Enrique did an amazing job of explaining and installation.

There was a slight hangup with the inverter (not their fault) and they made it right. Communication from Steve was outstanding. Compressor warranty of 12 years is unmatched in this industry (not even close for that matter).

We also added 6 solar panels which help during the peak hours in the summer. The unit puts out extremely cold air and we located the indoor unit perfectly to maximize the temperature range for this addition end of our house.

Why did I wait so long to get one of these installed? It is SO nice in my home gym. Instead of the LOUD LOUD LOUD fan I used to have to use during the summer, my new mini-split is SO QUIET! And boy can it cool a space FAST! The Mini Split Guys did such a beautiful job on the install, too. Seamless process from start to finish. Everything from the moment I called to inquire, to scheduling to install was awesome. I would recommend them to anyone.
